背景
发明背景
本发明一般涉及组织治疗系统,且具体涉及具有用于区分泄露状态和罐脱离状态的系统的减压治疗系统。
相关技术描述
临床研究和实践已经显示,提供减压接近组织部位增加并加速新组织在组织部位的生长。这个现象的应用很多,但是减压的应用在治疗伤口上特别成功。这个治疗(在医学界经常提到为“负压伤口疗法”、“减压疗法”或“真空疗法”)提供许多益处,包括更快康复和增加肉芽组织的形成。典型地,减压通过多孔垫或其他歧管装置应用到组织。多孔垫包含能够将减压分配到组织和引导从组织提取的流体的小室或小孔。多孔垫往往并入到具有促进治疗的其他成分的敷料里。

发明内容

参考图1,根据本发明实施方式的减压治疗系统110包括与患者的组织部位114流体连通的管道112。管道112通过管适配器118和分配歧管122与组织部位114流体连通。分配歧管122可以是能够将减压提供(manifold)到组织部位114的任何材料,为生物可吸收的,或者为非生物可吸收的。在一种实施方式中,分配歧管122可以是开室的、网状聚氨酯泡沫。覆盖物128放在分配歧管122上并在组织部位114的周边周围密封,以在组织部位114维持减压。
管道112流体地连接到减压源134。传感器138布置在减压源134处或布置在减压源134的附近,以确定减压源134产生的源压力。在一种实施方式中,传感器138可以是压力传感器。罐142在减压源134和组织部位114之间流体地连接,以收集渗出物和从组织部位114提取的其他流体。罐142可包括位于罐142的出口附近的疏水过滤器144,以防止流体离开罐并污染减压源134。在一种实现中,罐142可与包括减压源134的治疗单元148可分离地合作。
减压系统110可进一步包括与减压源134、传感器138和警报指示器156中的至少一个相联系的处理单元152。处理单元152可包括一个或更多个处理器、逻辑、模拟部件,或能够接收包括例如在减压源处的源压力的信息的信号的任何其他的电子器件。处理单元152处理该信号提供的信息。例如,处理单元152接收源压力信号,处理单元152驱动泄露警报和/或罐脱离警报。
在一种实现中,减压源134可以是电动机166驱动的减压泵或真空泵164。处理单元152可配置为,接收来自电动机166或与电动机166相关联的部件的信号,以确定驱动真空泵164需要的实际功率级。处理单元152将实际功率级与一目标功率级进行比较,该目标功率级是减压源134初始被校准以运行时的功率级。当实际功率级超过目标功率级一段选择的时间时,泄露状态或罐脱离状态存在于减压系统110里。在任一状态中,组织部位114至少经历减压供应的部分中断。例如,如果泄露发生在覆盖物128和组织部位114的周边之间时,在组织部位114维持减压就变得非常困难。类似地,如果罐142脱离了治疗单元148,则减压供应中断。在任一状态中,电动机166和泵164需要另外的功率来试图在组织部位114维持特定减压级。
为了区分泄露状态和罐脱离状态,处理单元152监视传感器138确定的源压力。当罐142脱离时,源压力实质上小于当罐在连接状态时的压力,因为不需要真空泵164维持通过罐142的疏水过滤器144的负压。因此,为了确定罐的脱离状态,处理单元152比较源压力与第一警报压力。如果源压力在第一警报压力下,那么处理单元将罐脱离警报信号传送给警报指示器156。当源压力保持为高时,这指示罐142处于连接,那么这个状态默认为泄露状态。在一种构造中,处理单元152比较源压力与第二警报压力,当源压力超过第二警报压力时,揭示泄露状态。当确定泄露状态时,处理单元将泄露警报信号传送给警报指示器。在一种实施方式中,第一警报压力和第二警报压力相等。
警报指示器156响应于接收到来自处理单元152的泄露警报信号和罐脱离警报信号而能够产生明显不同的警报。警报指示器可以是听觉指示器例如扬声器,或视觉指示器例如LED或其他灯,或可选地为LCD或其他显示器。

Claims (20)

1.一种减压治疗系统,其包括:
处理单元;
减压源;
管道,其流体地连接在所述减压源和患者的组织部位之间,所述减压源配置为在目标功率级操作,以将减压应用到所述组织部位;
罐,其与所述管道和所述减压源流体连通,用于收集从所述组织部位提取的流体;
覆盖物,其配置为定位在所述组织部位上,以维持所述组织部位处的减压;
传感器,其与所述减压源相联系,以确定在所述减压源处的源压力;以及
警报指示器,其与所述处理单元相联系,所述处理单元配置为,当所述减压源的实际功率级超过所述目标功率级一段选择的时间时,将泄露警报信号和罐脱离警报信号中的至少一个传送给所述警报指示器,所述警报指示器配置为,响应于接收到所述泄露警报信号和所述罐脱离警报信号中的所述至少一个而产生警报。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中:
所述处理单元配置为,当所述传感器确定的所述源压力大于第一警报压力时,传送所述泄露警报信号;以及
所述处理单元配置为,当所述传感器确定的所述源压力小于第二警报压力时,传送所述罐脱离警报信号。

所述警报指示器响应于接收到所述罐脱离警报信号而产生罐脱离警报。
11.一种用于区分减压治疗系统中的泄露状态和罐脱离状态的方法,所述方法包括:
监视减压泵的实际功率级;
监视所述减压泵的源压力;
将所述实际功率级和目标功率级进行比较;
将所述源压力与第一警报压力和第二警报压力进行比较;
当所述实际功率级大于所述目标功率级且所述源压力大于所述第一警报压力时,指示泄露警报;以及
当所述实际功率级大于所述目标功率级且所述源压力小于所述第二警报压力时,指示罐脱离警报。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述第一警报压力和所述第二警报压力相等。
13.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述指示步骤进一步包括进行听觉指示。
14.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述指示步骤进一步包括进行视觉指示。
