Abstract
本发明属于建筑材料领域,特别涉及一种轻体建筑保温材料,其特征在于:轻体建筑保温材料是由下列材料组成:氯化镁5%、氧化55%、聚苯乙烯15%、高钙粉煤灰15%、水8%、碎玻璃丝2%;将上述材料均匀搅拌后按模具的形状压制成品保温制品。本发明轻体建筑保温材料制品经测试:容重≤200kg/m3、导热系数<0.045W/m·k、使用温度<500℃、抗压强度≥0.550MPa,与水泥砂浆有很好的亲合性,具有容重轻、保温隔热性能好、抗火耐水、强度高的特点。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,特别涉及一种轻体建筑保温材料。
背景技术
由于受四季温差的影响,建筑物室内外温度受外部环境影响变化很大,因此对建筑物屋面、墙体采用的材料要求要有良好的保温隔热性能。一般的建筑物屋面及墙体通常采用加气砼、空心砖、珍珠岩、水泥砌块填砌;还有采用在外墙内外的中间填砌苯板的方法,或用钢束作骨架包装苯板,再抹水泥砌装的方法。上述材料在施工中存在用料多、施工繁杂、保温效果差,采用苯板材料存在强度差、不防火与水泥砂浆不亲合,易产生裂纹、脱落等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种保温、隔热性能好、施工方便的轻体建筑保温材料。

本发明轻体建筑保温材料制品经测试:容重≤200kg/m3、导热系数<0.045W/m.k、使用温度<500℃、抗压强度≥0.550mpa,与水泥砂浆有很好的亲合性,具有容重轻、保温隔热性能好、抗火耐水、强度高的特点。
具体实施方式
本发明是这样实现的,下面做具体说明。按重量的百分比取下列材料:氯化镁50kg、氧化550kg、聚苯乙烯150kg、高钙粉煤灰150kg、水80kg、碎玻璃丝20kg,将上述材料均匀搅拌后按模具的形状压制成品保温制品进行施工。采用本发明轻体建筑保温材料制品,用于砌筑墙体。经检测,容重≤200kg/m3、导热系数<0.045W/m.k、使用温度<500℃、抗压强度≥0.550mpa,依据GB10303-89标准,全部符合标准规定。使用后经过两个年度冷热变化的考验保温隔热性能良好。

1、一种轻体建筑保温材料,其特征在于:轻体建筑保温材料是由下列材料组成:氯化镁5%、氧化55%、聚苯乙烯15%、高钙粉煤灰15%、水8%、碎玻璃丝2%;将上述材料均匀搅拌后按模具的形状压制成品保温制品。
