Abstract
本发明的目的在于提供一种吸烟用具,把除去烟草烟中的粒子相成分的过滤材料高精度地加热到目标温度且确保吸烟者的安全性。根据本发明的吸烟用具,具备:具有成为烟流路的通孔且把过滤材料(20)能够装卸地保持在烟流路中途的保持部件(1、2)、位于所述过滤材料(20)上游侧地安装于所述保持部件的加热器(4)、位于所述加热器(4)上游侧地安装于所述保持部件的隔热材料(3)、设置成把所述加热器(4)的过滤材料相对面和烟流路相对面覆盖的金属板(5)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于加热吸烟用过滤材料的吸烟用具。
背景技术
具有加热机构的吸烟用具现有知道有多种,但这些几乎都是把香烟局部加热而生成烟草那样的烟雾。
另一方面,具有过滤材料的吸烟用过滤器中,知道具备把所述过滤材料或所述过滤材料周边进行加热的装置的吸烟用过滤器(专利文献1)。该吸烟用过滤器通过由加热机构把过滤材料加热而使常温被过滤材料捕获的粒子相成分的一部分挥发,把有害成分除去且减少对烟草香烟味的影响。
这种吸烟用过滤器被要求在把过滤材料高精度地加热到目标温度的同时还要确保吸烟者的安全性。在此,烟雾生成型的吸烟用具由于控制温度高,所以把其加热机构转用作过滤材料加热型吸烟用具的加热机构是非常困难的。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种吸烟用具,把除去烟草烟中的粒子相成分的过滤材料高精度地加热到目标温度且确保吸烟者的安全性。
本发明一形态的吸烟用具具备:具有成为烟流路的通孔且把过滤材料能够装卸地保持在烟流路中途的保持部件、位于所述过滤材料上游侧地安装于所述保持部件的加热器、位于所述加热器上游侧地安装于所述保持部件的隔热材料、设置成把所述加热器的过滤材料相对面覆盖的金属板。
在本发明的吸烟用具中,优选所述加热器的加热温度是100~200℃。本发明的吸烟用具优选具有监控所述加热器的加热温度的传感器。本发明的吸烟用具也可以具备向所述加热器供给电力的电池。所述金属板优选设置成:经由O型环安装于所述保持部件且把所述加热器的过滤材料相对面和烟流路相对面覆盖。所述保持部件优选由工程塑料形成。本发明的吸烟用具也可以在所述保持部件的所述过滤材料上游侧的烟流路上能够装卸地插入催化剂填充层。
根据本发明,能够提供一种吸烟用具,把除去烟草烟中的粒子相成分的过滤材料高精度地加热到目标温度且确保吸烟者的安全性。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图详细说明本发明。
图1是表示本发明一实施例吸烟用具的剖视图。该吸烟用具具备:具有外螺纹的阳保持部件1和具有内螺纹的阴保持部件2,它们被螺纹固定。贯通保持部件1和保持部件2而形成烟流路。保持部件1、2优选由聚醚醚酮(PEEK)和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)等工程塑料形成。这些工程塑料耐热性高、加工性优良,且卫生性也优良。如后所述,把香烟插入保持部件1上游侧(图中的左侧)的烟流路开口1a,把烟嘴插入保持部件2下游侧(图中的右侧)的烟流路开口2a。为了能够把香烟和烟嘴简易且不漏气地安装,烟流路开口1a和烟流路开口2a是锥体结构。在保持部件1与保持部件2之间的烟流路中途能够装卸地保持有过滤材料20。作为过滤材料20例如能够使用HEPA(high efficiency particulate air filter高效粒子气体过滤器)。如上所述,由于是把保持部件1和保持部件2由螺纹固定的结构,所以能够容易进行过滤材料20的更换和吸烟用具内部的清扫。
在保持部件1的后部安装有隔热材料3和加热器4。加热器4与过滤材料20相对地位于过滤材料20的上游侧,一部分面向烟流路。隔热材料3在烟流路的相对面中位于加热器4的上游侧,在过滤材料的相对面中位于加热器4的外周而把加热器4包围。且保持部件2也可以设置隔热材料。作为隔热材料3能够使用由被无机纤维增强的陶瓷粉末构成的具有0.1μm以下非关闭网眼的结构物和硅酸钙等导热率非常小材料。在保持部件1后部的烟流路相对面和过滤材料相对面经由O型环6、7而设置有由金属板构成的加热器罩5而把隔热材料3和加热器4覆盖。保持部件1和保持部件2也经由O型环8被螺纹固定。O型环优选使用由氟树脂等耐热性树脂构成。
在保持部件1的内部配置有加热器通电用导线9。加热器4与监控其温度的温度传感器(例如热电偶和热敏电阻)连接,在保持部件1的内部配置有温度传感器用导线10。
图2是表示连接图1的吸烟用具与电池盒状态的剖视图。如图2所示,在图1吸烟用具的下部安装有电池盒11。在电池盒11内设置有电路基板12和电池13。加热器通电用导线9和温度传感器用导线10与电路基板12连接,且电路基板12与电池13连接。
图3是表示使用附带图2电池盒的吸烟用具来吸香烟时状态的剖视图。如参照图1说明的那样,在保持部件1与保持部件2之间能够装卸地保持有过滤材料20。在保持部件1的烟流路内部插入催化剂填充层21。催化剂填充层21被填充将烟草烟中的一氧化碳有选择地除去的碳催化剂、例如MnO2-CuO、CuO/ZnO、CuO/ZnO2、ZrO2/CeO2等。在保持部件2的烟流路开口2a安装烟嘴22。在该状态下向保持部件1的烟流路开口1a插入连接有使吸附剂向烟草杆23分散的过滤嘴24的香烟25。
加热器4从电池13经由电路基板12设置的控制电路和安全电路而被供给电,并且被加热到100~200℃。加热器4的温度由温度传感器监控,利用电路基板12的控制电路而控制成目标温度。控制电路通过PID控制等方法进行控制。
也可以设置差压传感器来感知吸烟,仅在吸烟时从电池13供给电力来使加热器4达到目标温度。这时,由于在非吸烟时停止从电池13供给电力,加热器4的温度也可以比目标温度低,所以能够减少电力消耗。
这时,由于来自加热器4的热经由由金属板构成的加热器罩5而向过滤材料20传递,所以能够把过滤材料20均匀加热。由于加热器4的周围被隔热材料3包围,所以能够防止加热器4的热向保持部件传递,保持其表面的温度低,能够防止吸烟者被烫伤等。通过设置隔热材料3还能够减少电池13的电力消耗。
且由于加热器4的过滤材料相对面和烟流路相对面在被O型环6、7密封的状态下被由金属板构成的加热器罩5覆盖,所以能够防止烟草烟向加热器4附着,且能够防止隔热材料3的飞沫向烟草烟中飞散。
如上,本发明的吸烟用具能够把除去烟草烟中的粒子相成分的过滤材料高精度地加热到目标温度且确保吸烟者的安全性。
Claims (7)
1、一种吸烟用具,其特征在于,具备:具有成为烟流路的通孔且把过滤材料能够装卸地保持在烟流路中途的保持部件、
位于所述过滤材料上游侧地安装于所述保持部件的加热器、
位于所述加热器上游侧地安装于所述保持部件的隔热材料、
设置成把所述加热器的过滤材料相对面和烟流路相对面覆盖的金属板。
2、如权利要求1所述的吸烟用具,其特征在于,所述加热器的加热温度是100~200℃。
3、如权利要求1所述的吸烟用具,其特征在于,具有监控所述加热器温度的温度传感器。
4、如权利要求1所述的吸烟用具,其特征在于,具备向所述加热器供给电力的电池。
5、如权利要求1所述的吸烟用具,其特征在于,所述金属板设置成:经由O型环安装于所述保持部件且把所述加热器的过滤材料相对面和烟流路相对面覆盖。
6、如权利要求1所述的吸烟用具,其特征在于,所述保持部件由工程塑料形成。
7、如权利要求1所述的吸烟用具,其特征在于,在所述保持部件的所述过滤材料上游侧的烟流路具备能够装卸地插入的催化剂填充层。
