Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于蒸汽涡轮机和其它应用场合的直动式液压启动组件(trip block)。
背景技术
从标题为“用于监视系统物理量的设备(Facility for theMonitoring of Physical Quantities on Systems)”的美国专利No.4,637,587可以得知这样一种装置:通过排出控制流体来监视条件并且驱动快速阻断阀门,在该装置中实施了多数决定开关逻辑(majoritydetermining switching logic)。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供单个阀门组件中的多数表决(majorityvoting)液压逻辑阀门系统。
简单地说,根据本发明,提供一种直动式液压表决启动组件,包括:阀门组件,其内部具有三个阀门筒体;三个阀门活塞,其位于所述阀门筒体中;三个弹簧,其用于向着非激活位置对所述阀门活塞施加偏压;以及三个电磁螺线管致动器,其响应无缺陷信号而抵抗所述弹簧的偏压将所述活塞移动到激活位置。所述阀门组件在入口与出口之间限定三个分开的路径。每个路径都与所述三个阀门筒体相交。每个阀门活塞构造成在激活位置阻断三个路径之中的两个。每个阀门活塞构造成阻断三个路径中的不同两个。因此,只要所述活塞中的至少两个处于激活位置,就防止所述入口与所述出口之间连通。
根据优选实施例,所述表决启动组件设置有三个阀门活塞位置监视器,每个阀门活塞位置监视器与各自的阀门活塞相关联。因此,可以命令螺线管停止工作,并且观察对应位置监视器的响应,在不允许入口与出口之间连通的情况下判断所关联的螺线管、阀门活塞和活塞监视器是否处于良好的工作状态。
根据优选实施例,每个活塞在螺线管致动器与偏压弹簧之间沿轴向延伸,并且每个活塞具有:两个直径增大的阻断部分,其用于在激活位置阻断两个路径;两个直径较小的非阻断部分,其与所述阻断部分相邻并用于开通两个路径;以及第三细长非阻断部分,其在激活位置或非激活位置都不阻断第三路径。

具体实施方式
参照附图,直动式液压表决启动组件包括内部具有三个阀门筒体12、14、16的阀门组件10。三个阀门活塞18、20、22位于这些阀门筒体中。三个弹簧24、26、28向着非激活位置对阀门活塞施加偏压。设置三个电磁螺线管致动器30、32、34用于抵抗弹簧的偏压将活塞移动到激活位置。通常,在接收到无缺陷条件信号(non-faultcondition signal)时,螺线管致动器将活塞移动到激活位置。阀门组件在入口42与出口44之间限定三个分开的路径36、38、40。每个路径都与三个阀门筒体相交。每个阀门活塞构造成在激活位置阻断三个路径中的两个。每个阀门活塞构造成分别阻断三个路径中的不同两个。因此,只要活塞中的至少两个处于激活位置,则防止入口与出口之间连通。通常,入口与正常加压的控制口连通。
该表决启动组件设置有三个阀门活塞位置监视器46、48、50,每个阀门活塞位置监视器与各自的阀门活塞相关联。因此,可以命令螺线管停止工作,并且观察对应位置监视器的响应,在不允许入口与出口之间连通的情况下判断所关联的螺线管、阀门活塞和活塞监视器是否处于良好的工作状态。
如图所示,每个活塞18、20、22在螺线管致动器与偏压弹簧之间沿轴向延伸。每个活塞具有:两个直径增大的阻断部分52、54,其用于在激活位置阻断两个路径;两个直径较小的非阻断部分56、58,其与阻断部分相邻并用于开通两个路径;以及第三细长非阻断部分60,其在激活位置或非激活位置都不阻断第三路径。
如优选实施例的附图所示,三个阀门筒体具有平行并间隔开的轴线。入口与出口之间的三个路径具有与阀门筒体相交的部分,这些阀门筒体具有平行并间隔开的轴线。阀门筒体的轴线与入口和出口之间的路径是垂直的。偏压弹簧和螺线管位于阀门筒体的相对的轴向端部。螺线管排列在阀门组件的一个表面上。

Claims (8)

1.一种直动式液压表决启动组件,包括:
阀门组件,其内部具有三个阀门筒体;
三个阀门活塞,其位于所述阀门筒体中;
三个弹簧,其用于向着非激活位置对所述阀门活塞施加偏压;以及
三个电磁螺线管致动器,其响应无缺陷信号而抵抗所述弹簧的偏压将所述活塞移动到激活位置;
所述阀门组件在入口与出口之间限定三个分开的路径,每个路径都与所述三个阀门筒体相交;
每个阀门活塞构造成在激活位置阻断三个路径之中的两个,并且每个阀门活塞分别构造成阻断三个路径中的不同两个;
从而只要所述活塞中的至少两个处于激活位置,就防止所述入口与所述出口之间连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直动式液压表决启动组件,包括三个阀门活塞位置监视器,每个阀门活塞位置监视器与各自的阀门活塞相关联,从而可以命令螺线管停止工作,并且观察对应位置监视器的响应,在不允许所述入口与所述出口之间连通的情况下判断所关联的螺线管、阀门活塞和活塞监视器是否处于良好的工作状态。
3.根据权利要求1所述的直动式液压表决启动组件,其中,
所述三个阀门筒体具有平行并间隔开的轴线。
4.根据权利要求4所述的直动式液压表决启动组件,其中,
所述阀门筒体的轴线与所述入口和所述出口之间的路径是垂直的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的直动式液压表决启动组件,其中,
所述偏压弹簧和所述螺线管位于所述阀门筒体的相对的轴向端部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的直动式液压表决启动组件,其中,
所述螺线管排列在所述阀门组件的一个表面上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的直动式液压表决启动组件,其中,
所述入口与正常加压的控制口连通。
8.根据权利要求1所述的直动式液压表决启动组件,其中,
每个活塞在所述螺线管致动器与所述偏压弹簧之间沿轴向延伸,并且每个活塞具有:两个直径增大的阻断部分,其用于在激活位置阻断两个路径;两个直径较小的非阻断部分,其与所述阻断部分相邻并用于开通两个路径;以及第三细长非阻断部分,其在激活位置或非激活位置都不阻断第三路径。
