Abstract

Description

用于机动车的锁芯
本发明涉及锁芯(lock plug)和包括该锁芯的防盗锁,特别涉及一种机动车防盗锁。
本发明典型而非排他地应用于防盗装置领域,所述防盗装置具有用于检测钥匙进入到锁内的电开关。
文献FR 2 788 479提供了一种防盗装置,其包括与电路组合使用的电开关,钥匙进入锁被预先检测以便尽可能快地起动例如发动机的预热,特别是对于柴油机的情况。
该开关是具有控制杆的类型,该控制杆能在控制传感器的作用下移动以触发该开关,所述传感器被安装为使得其可在钥匙的作用下在锁的壳体中滑动。
通过电开关的弹性机构而被弹性地返回到其静止位置的所述传感器与该开关的控制杆直接接触。
钥匙在传感器的前端部分上施加压力,该前端部分与设置在锁芯内的倾斜部配合。该倾斜部使得传感器的前端部分沿相对于钥匙的进入轴线倾斜的方向移动。
所述传感器由此在低的静止位置和高的位置之间移动,相对于钥匙的进入方向的轴线倾斜。
当传感器从低位置移动到倾斜的高位置时,传感器的后端在控制杆上施加压力以触发电开关。
但是,钥匙在锁芯中平移的过程中,由于由传感器倾斜导致的所述压力的径向分量,电开关的组成部件受到过早的磨损。
这是因为所述倾斜使得具有纵向分量还有径向分量的压力作用在控制杆上。
此外,被并入到开关中的传感器的弹性返回机构没有最优地使得传感器在钥匙退出时返回到其初始位置中。
本发明目的是要通过提供一种防盗装置来解决现有技术的问题,该防盗装置通过传感器改进电开关的触发。
由此,本发明的一个主题是锁芯,其包括纵向壳体,所述壳体包含有控制传感器,该传感器用于触发(trip)电开关以检测钥匙进入到该锁芯中,所述传感器被安装为使得其平行于钥匙的进入轴线滑动,传感器的前端部分具有由钥匙施加在其上的压力,该前端部分与壳体的形成倾斜部的机构配合,以便使得所述前端部分沿相对于钥匙的进入轴线倾斜的方向在低的静止位置和高的触发位置之间移动,该壳体还包含有开关触发机构,该触发机构紧靠传感器的后端,所述触发机构能够仅平行于钥匙的进入轴线滑动。
由于本发明,可避免由传感器上的径向压力导致的电开关的过早磨损、以及传感器在其低的静止位置和其高的触发位置两者中的意外卡住(jamming)。
根据本发明的一个特征,开关触发机构包括叉状件,该叉状件防止传感器的后端沿与钥匙的进入轴线垂直的方向移动。
在一个实施例中,壳体还包含有保持构件,该保持构件能把开关触发机构保持在所述壳体内。
根据一个具体示例,保持构件是圆柱形环,该圆柱形环形成用于触发机构的轴承。该环还例如可以为方形。
在另一实施例中,壳体还包含有返回构件,该返回构件能使得传感器在钥匙从锁芯退出时返回到低的静止位置。
以特别有利的方式,当锁芯的壳体包含有保持构件时,返回构件插置在保持构件和开关触发机构的环形凸缘之间。
锁芯由此还可容易地整合到防盗装置的锁柱(lock barrel)中。在该类型的锁中,由所述触发机构触发的电开关具有相对简单的设计,这是因为其既不具有控制杆也不具有弹性机构。
在一个具体示例中,当触发机构设置有防止传感器的后端沿与钥匙的进入轴线垂直的方向移动的叉状件时,该传感器包括板形主体,该主体具有纵向槽,当传感器处于高的触发位置时,该纵向槽能与叉状件配合。
纵向槽被设计为接收叉状件,且由此当传感器处于高位置中时,叉状件不阻止传感器移动。
根据另一方面,本发明涉及一种包括根据本发明的锁芯的防盗锁。

锁芯1的前表面16被定义为钥匙的进入面,所述锁芯的后表面17表示靠近电开关的面。
锁芯1包括壳体2,在该壳体中设置有传感器3、开关触发机构7、返回构件11和保持构件10。
传感器3是包括纵向槽13的板形主体。
传感器3的前端5具有圆柱形横杠(transverse bar)的形式。
触发机构7是设置有环形凸缘9的柱栓件,该柱栓件在其前端处具有叉状件12,所述叉状件接收传感器3的后端8。
返回构件11例如是螺旋弹簧类型的弹性机构。弹簧11撑靠在环形凸缘9上,触发机构7嵌套在弹簧11内。
最后,保持构件10是圆柱形环,其内横截面大于圆柱形触发机构7的横截面。
如图2和3所示,传感器3处于低的静止位置中。
壳体2包括倾斜部6,以使得传感器3移动到高位置中,相对于轴线A倾斜。
所述传感器3的纵向槽13被设计用于接收倾斜部6。
触发机构7的叉状件12防止传感器的后端8沿与钥匙的进入轴线A垂直的方向平移,但是允许传感器3特定地由于纵向槽13与叉状件12的配合而倾斜。
当传感器3处于低的静止位置中时,触发机构7的环形凸缘9抵靠壳体2的壁。
该环形凸缘9具有纵向凸缘14,如图3所示,该纵向凸缘在壳体2内的沟槽中滑动,以便防止触发机构7绕其纵向轴线旋转。
由传感器3、触发机构7和返回构件11形成的组件通过圆柱形环10而被保持在壳体2内。
圆柱形环10在锁芯后表面17的端部处通过凸起15卡在锁芯的壳体2内,而且通过与所述触发机构7的环形凸缘9接触而阻止触发机构7滑动。
触发机构7能在圆柱形环10内滑动,以便能与电开关接触。
在图4中,钥匙4已经由锁芯的进入面16而进入到锁芯1中。
当钥匙4进入锁芯1中时,所述钥匙与传感器3的前端5配合。
传感器则在壳体2中滑动,平行于钥匙4的进入轴线A,倾斜部6使得所述传感器3移动到高位置中,相对于轴线A倾斜。
当传感器在壳体2中滑动时,传感器3嵌套在触发机构7的叉状件12中且通过其后端8旋转而倾斜。
嵌套在叉状件12中的所述后端8的旋转使得叉状件12与所述传感器3的纵向槽13配合。
通过仅平行于轴线A而沿钥匙4的进入方向滑动,传感器3由此在触发机构7上施加压力。
随着触发机构7在壳体2中滑动,具体地说在圆柱形环10内滑动,触发机构在所述触发机构7的环形凸缘9和圆柱形环10之间压缩弹簧11。
触发机构7在圆柱形环10内滑动直至触发机构7的环形凸缘9位置靠近圆柱形环10,以便触发电开关(未示出)。
当钥匙4退出时,弹簧11使触发机构7返回到一位置,在该位置中,所述触发机构7的环形凸缘9抵靠壳体2的一部分。由此,传感器3返回到其低的静止位置。
传感器3、触发机构7和保持机构10是塑料模制件。
由此限定的锁芯1形成单个组件,该单个组件容易被安装在锁壳中且整合有传感器3、弹簧11和触发机构7,通过圆柱形环10,该整体被防止移动。
本发明并不限于已描述的实施例,且基于本发明的阐述给出的一般说明,其一般涉及所有可想到的锁芯。
在本发明的未示出的另一实施例中,传感器通过具有弹性机构的电开关的控制杆而返回到其低位置。
锁芯由此在其制造期间被整合到锁中,如上述现有技术文献所述那样。
锁芯壳体2由此仅包含有传感器3和触发机构7,如上所述。
开关通过触发机构7触发,该触发机构作用在开关的控制杆上,开关的弹性机构使触发机构7返回为与壳体的一部分抵靠,并限定了传感器3向低的静止位置的返回。
触发机构7的叉状件12可被整合到锁芯1的壳体2中并用于引导传感器3的后端8的任意其它机构替代。

Claims (8)

1.一种锁芯(1),包括纵向壳体(2),所述壳体(2)包含有控制传感器(3),该控制传感器用于触发电开关,以检测钥匙(4)进入到该锁芯中,所述传感器被安装为使得其平行于钥匙(4)的进入轴线(A)滑动,该传感器的前端部分(5)具有由钥匙(4)施加在其上的压力,该前端部分与壳体的形成倾斜部的机构(6)配合,以使得所述前端部分(5)沿相对于所述轴线(A)倾斜的方向在低的静止位置和高的触发位置之间移动,其特征在于,该壳体(2)还包含有开关触发机构(7),该触发机构紧靠传感器的后端(8),所述触发机构(7)能够仅平行于所述轴线(A)移动。
2.如权利要求1所述的锁芯,其特征在于,所述壳体(2)还包含有保持构件(10),该保持构件能把所述开关触发机构(7)保持在所述壳体(2)内。
