浴缸用高强防老化PVC板材的加工方法,涉及PVC板材的加工技术领域。由LG-800树脂、181稳定剂、光亮剂、MBS增强剂、PF增白剂、钛白粉、G16内滑剂、70S外滑剂和抗氧化剂混合后,经提捏和、冷和、挤出成型、三辊压光、冷却、切边制成。属环保产品,强度高、延伸性好,利于成本的降低。阻燃性好,防火性能强,耐磨性强,不易产生划痕,表面光滑,其抗老化性能大大提高,使用寿命长,不易变色。

浴缸用高强防老化PVC板材的加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及PVC板材的加工技术领域。
背景技术
亚克力又名有机玻璃,原名是甲基丙醋树脂板,容易定制做成不同形状,目前已在航空、汽车、电子、医疗、化工、建材、卫浴以及广告标牌等行业得到广泛的应用。亚克力浴缸传热慢,因此保温性好,接触体表无“冰冷”感,因此是目前浴缸表层的较好选择。民用的亚克力浴缸表层材料是甲基丙甲酯,反面覆上玻璃纤维,涂上专用树脂增强。表层厚度一般在3毫米以上,且和玻璃纤维结合牢固,无剥离。由于亚克力强度不高,因此亚克力浴缸在安装时底部应满铺黄沙水泥糊,不能腾空或仅靠几个支撑点,以免断裂。由于亚克力耐磨性较差,因此使用中应防止尖硬物体磕碰摩擦,清洁时只能用软布和清洁剂轻揩,忌用百洁布。普通压克力板由于其硬度低、耐热性差、延伸性较低,因此易裂、易碎、易变形,且颜色不稳定,在使用过程中容易发生起毛、划痕现象。其成型的浴缸一般由于底部拉伸较大,很容易发生色彩变化,通常可以见到底部的拐角处有“发白”、“发黄”等变色现象。
现有的亚克力板材强度较低,为了提高强度,必需加大材板的厚度,通常需要200丝以上,故而造成生产成本居高不下。另外,其表面耐磨性能较差,易被划伤,抗老化性差,使用一段时间后易变色,影响质量和美观。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种可应用于浴缸的、强度高、抗老化性好、不易被划伤的PVC板材的加工方法。
本发明由LG-800树脂、181稳定剂、光亮剂、MBS增强剂、PF增白剂、钛白粉、G16内滑剂、70S外滑剂和抗氧化剂混合后,经提捏和、冷和、挤出成型、三辊压光、冷却、切边制成。
所述LG-800树脂、181稳定剂、光亮剂、MBS增强剂、PF增白剂、钛白粉、G16内滑剂、70S外滑剂和抗氧化剂的重量比为80∶2∶0.8∶6∶0.012∶3.5∶0.6∶0.25∶1。
所述捏和是在100±10℃条件下进行。
所述冷和是在40~50℃条件下进行。
所述挤出是在140~180℃条件下进行。
所述三辊压光的上、中、下辊的表面温度分别为130±5℃、100±5℃、90±5℃。
本发明无邻苯二甲酸,属环保产品。由于其强度高、延伸性好,方便采用板材进行拉伸加工,待加工的板材只需120丝,吸塑成型深度可达45cm,可大大节省用料,利于成本的降低。另外,本发明产品阻燃性好,防火性能强于亚克力材料。耐磨性强,不易产生划痕,表面光滑。由于加入了抗老化剂,其抗老化性能大大提高,使用寿命长,不易变色。
具体实施方式
操作步骤:
1、称量:分别称取LG-800树脂80kg、181稳定剂2kg、光亮剂0.8kg、MBS增强剂6kg、PF增白剂0.012kg、钛白粉3.5kg、G16内滑剂0.6kg、70S外滑剂0.25kg和抗氧化剂1kg。
2、将以上各料投入捏和机,在100±10℃条件下进行捏和。
3、在40~50℃条件下进行冷和。
4、在140~180℃条件下挤出,在模具中成型。
5、经三辊压光,其中上、中、下辊的表面温度分别为130±5℃、100±5℃、90±5℃。
6、风冷至常温。
7、切边,制成板材。
8、质检。

Claims (6)

1、浴缸用高强防老化PVC板材的加工方法,其特征在于由LG-800树脂、181稳定剂、光亮剂、MBS增强剂、PF增白剂、钛白粉、G16内滑剂、70S外滑剂和抗氧化剂混合后,经提捏和、冷和、挤出成型、三辊压光、冷却、切边制成。
2、根据权利要求1所述浴缸用高强防老化PVC板材的加工方法,其特征在于所述LG-800树脂、181稳定剂、光亮剂、MBS增强剂、PF增白剂、钛白粉、G16内滑剂、70S外滑剂和抗氧化剂的重量比为80∶2∶0.8∶6∶0.012∶3.5∶0.6∶0.25∶1。
3、根据权利要求1所述浴缸用高强防老化PVC板材的加工方法,其特征在于所述捏和是在100±10℃条件下进行。
4、根据权利要求1所述浴缸用高强防老化PVC板材的加工方法,其特征在于所述冷和是在40~50℃条件下进行。
5、根据权利要求1所述浴缸用高强防老化PVC板材的加工方法,其特征在于所述挤出是在140~180℃条件下进行。
6、根据权利要求1所述浴缸用高强防老化PVC板材的加工方法,其特征在于所述三辊压光的上、中、下辊的表面温度分别为130±5℃、100±5℃、90±5℃。
