技术领域
本发明涉及一种悬挂于隧道等的顶部用的织物增强PVC管,其包括一种具有PVC内涂层和外涂层的管形织物。
背景技术
织物增强PVC管可用于地下环境中输送例如新鲜空气。地下环境的实例为矿井坑道或通道和运输隧道。众所周知,在所述管中可能由于空气流动而产生静电。在所述环境中避免形成火花是非常重要的,因此必须以一种安全的方式移除静电以避免所述环境中发生事故,而所述事故可能是极具爆炸性的。
尚未证实之前所进行的尝试是完全成功的。
发明内容
一种解决在地下环境中避免危险火花问题的方案,按照本发明如此获得:内涂层为黑色的导电PVC,外涂层为白色的电绝缘PVC,并且管具有与内涂层接触的黑色的导电PVC外部纵向带,所述带通过用于将管悬挂于顶部的导电悬挂装置接地。

具体实施方式
附图中所示管1旨在于隧道等中输送例如新鲜空气。该管可具有约300-3000mm的直径。管1可用织物作为基料并以约150-200g/m2的面积重量用黑色PVC作为内涂层来制造。如本领域中已知的,黑色PVC导电。
除非如下所述,管1外部具有白色PVC涂层,其优选具有例如300g/m2的面积重量,比内涂层的面积重量高。如本领域中已知的,白色PVC是电绝缘的,这意味着管1内部由于空气流动而产生的静电将不能通过白色PVC的外涂层而传导至隧道中的环境空气。
为了安全地将静电从管1内部导出,该管外部具有与黑色PVC内涂层接触的导电性黑色PVC纵向带2。
所述带2上以例如0.75-1m的间距提供有锚固索3,用于将管1悬挂于悬挂管线4。(为确保安全,每套中示出了两根所述索,以防一根索发生断裂。)悬挂管线4可通过吊杆5以规则间距连接于隧道顶部。由锚固索3、悬挂管线4和吊杆5构成的悬挂装置是导电的,以使得管1内部的静电被安全地接地到隧道顶部。

Claims (5)

1.一种悬挂于隧道等的顶部用的织物增强PVC管,包括一种具有PVC内涂层和外涂层的管形织物,其特征在于内涂层为黑色的导电PVC,外涂层为白色的电绝缘PVC,并且管(1)具有与内涂层接触的黑色的导电PVC外部纵向带(2),所述带(2)通过用于将管(1)悬挂于顶部的导电悬挂装置(3-5)接地。
2.权利要求1的管,其中所述带(2)具有相隔一定间距的锚固索(3),用于由悬挂管线(4)进行悬挂,该悬挂管线(4)通过吊杆(5)连接于隧道顶部。
3.权利要求1的管,其中所述管(1)具有300-3000mm的直径。
4.权利要求1的管,其中所述内涂层具有约150-200g/m2的面积重量。
5.权利要求1的管,其中所述外涂层具有约300g/m2的面积重量。
