本发明的名称为多功能接地线。属于临时接地线装置技术领域。它主要是解决现有接地线携带、存放、安装使用不便的问题。它的主要特征是:绝缘操作棒一端设有金属U型夹,接地电线从绝缘操作棒另一端穿入后与金属U型夹电连接;金属U型夹设有螺栓孔及连接螺栓;弹簧压紧式挂钩线夹上设有线夹螺栓孔,且弹簧压紧式挂钩线夹厚度与金属U型夹前端两侧壁的间距配合;还包括厚度与金属U型夹前端两侧壁的间距配合的金属多边形螺纹接头,金属多边形螺纹接头各侧面上设有直径不同的螺纹孔,金属多边形螺纹接头设有接头螺栓孔。本发明具有保管、携带和使用都十分方便,且安全性高的特点,主要用于供电维护、检修时控制箱、分电箱、表箱的接地。

技术领域
本发明属于临时接地线装置技术领域。具体涉及一种可与控制箱、分电箱、表箱等设备螺纹端头、线夹及铝排配合使用的多功能接地线。
背景技术
目前,用于输配电线路、设备的临时接地线大都由绝缘操作棒、弹簧压紧式挂钩线夹和接地电线构成,线夹与绝缘操作棒固定连接,接地电线一端与线夹连接。对于水平方向的设备线夹及铝排的维护和检修,需采用线夹开口向左或向右的接地线,只需往线夹或铝排碰入即可。对于分电箱或变压器的维护和检修,需采用线夹开口向上的接地线挂钩,只需往金属导电体一推即可。因线路环境不同,供电维护、检修部门必须配备朝向不同的接地线挂钩,工作时还必须携带朝向不同的接地线挂钩,使保管和携带都十分不便,存在安全隐患。另外,控制箱、分电箱、表箱均设有可接地的螺丝,维护、检修时也需要接地,才能更加安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述不足而提供一种保管、携带和使用都十分方便,且安全性高的多功能接地线。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种多功能接地线,包括绝缘操作棒、弹簧压紧式挂钩线夹和接地电线,其特征在于:所述的绝缘操作棒一端设有金属U型夹,接地电线从绝缘操作棒另一端穿入后与金属U型夹电连接;金属U型夹的前端两侧壁上设有螺栓孔及连接螺栓;所述的弹簧压紧式挂钩线夹上设有线夹螺栓孔,且弹簧压紧式挂钩线夹厚度与金属U型夹前端两侧壁的间距配合;还包括厚度与金属U型夹前端两侧壁的间距配合的金属多边形螺纹接头,金属多边形螺纹接头的各个侧面上设有直径不同的螺纹孔,金属多边形螺纹接头的中心设有接头螺栓孔。
本发明的技术解决方案中所述的金属多边形螺纹接头为3-6个侧面的金属正多边形螺纹接头。
本发明的技术解决方案中所述的绝缘操作棒的长度为40-50㎝。
本发明由于采用由绝缘操作棒、金属U型夹及连接螺栓、弹簧压紧式挂钩线夹、金属多边形螺纹接头和接地电线构成的多功能接地线,其中,金属U型夹固定在绝缘操作棒一端,接地电线从绝缘操作棒另一端穿入后与金属U型夹电连接,金属U型夹的前端两侧壁上设有螺栓孔及连接螺栓,弹簧压紧式挂钩线夹上设有线夹螺栓孔,金属多边形螺纹接头的各个侧面上设有直径不同的螺纹孔,金属多边形螺纹接头的中心设有接头螺栓孔,弹簧压紧式挂钩线夹、金属多边形螺纹接头厚度与金属U型夹前端两侧壁的间距配合,因而供电部门进行户内维护、检修时,可根据控制箱、分电箱、表箱的螺丝规格或线夹和铝排的位置选择将金属多边形螺纹接头或弹簧压紧式挂钩线夹通过连接螺栓安装固定在金属U型夹上,并可调整金属多边形螺纹接头或弹簧压紧式挂钩线夹的操作面方向,即可实现接地操作。由于采用长度为40-50㎝的绝缘操作棒,因而可将多个与接地线、金属U型夹连为一体的绝缘操作棒及多个金属多边形螺纹接头、弹簧压紧式挂钩线夹装入一个接地线箱内,便于存放和携带。本发明具有保管、携带和使用都十分方便,且安全性高的特点。本发明主要用于供电维护、检修时控制箱、分电箱、表箱的接地。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示。本发明多功能接地线由绝缘操作棒5、金属U型夹2及连接螺栓、弹簧压紧式挂钩线夹9、金属多边形螺纹接头1和接地电线4构成。绝缘操作棒5长度为40-50㎝,中心轴向设有通孔。金属U型夹2固定在绝缘操作棒5的一端,金属U型夹2的前端两侧壁上设有螺栓孔及连接螺栓。接地电线4即为现有接地电线,线外套有绝缘护套线。接地电线4从绝缘操作棒5另一端穿入后与金属U型夹2电连接。绝缘操作棒5靠接地电线4端部设有把手3。金属多边形螺纹接头1为金属正六边形螺纹接头,其六个侧面上分别设有直径不同的螺纹孔6,金属多边形螺纹接头1的中心设有接头螺栓孔7。金属多边形螺纹接头1的厚度与金属U型夹2前端的两侧壁之间的间距配合,可通过连接螺栓将金属多边形螺纹接头1在现场安装到金属U型夹2上,并可旋转金属多边形螺纹接头1使其适合的螺纹孔6端面轴向向外,与控制箱、分电箱、表箱的螺丝相对应。弹簧压紧式挂钩线夹9上设有线夹螺栓孔8,厚度与金属U型夹2前端的两侧壁之间的间距配合,弹簧压紧式挂钩线夹9除线夹螺栓孔8及厚度外与现有弹簧压紧式挂钩线夹相同。同样,可通过连接螺栓将弹簧压紧式挂钩线夹9在现场安装到金属U型夹2上,并可旋转弹簧压紧式挂钩线夹9使其适合的螺纹孔端面轴向或径向向外,与控制箱、分电箱、表箱的线夹或铝排相对应。
可将4个将绝缘操作棒5、金属U型夹2及连接螺栓、接地电线4相互连接的整体,3个金属多边形螺纹接头1、1个弹簧压紧式挂钩线夹9装于一个操作箱内,便于携带、存放和现场安装使用,用于380V、220V低压接地线。

1.一种多功能接地线,包括绝缘操作棒(5)、弹簧压紧式挂钩线夹(9)和接地电线(4),其特征在于:所述的绝缘操作棒(5)一端设有金属U型夹(2),接地电线(4)从绝缘操作棒(5)另一端穿入后与金属U型夹(2)电连接;金属U型夹(2)的前端两侧壁上设有螺栓孔及连接螺栓;所述的弹簧压紧式挂钩线夹(9)上设有线夹螺栓孔(8),且弹簧压紧式挂钩线夹(9)厚度与金属U型夹(2)前端两侧壁的间距配合;还包括厚度与金属U型夹(2)前端两侧壁的间距配合的金属多边形螺纹接头(1),金属多边形螺纹接头(1)的各个侧面上设有直径不同的螺纹孔(6),金属多边形螺纹接头(1)的中心设有接头螺栓孔(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能接地线,其特征在于:所述的金属多边形螺纹接头(1)为3-6个侧面的金属正多边形螺纹接头。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的多功能接地线,其特征在于:所述的绝缘操作棒(5)的长度为40-50㎝。
