一种轻质节能保温砖
技术领域:
本发明涉及建筑材料,具体涉及砌筑墙体的保温砌块。
背景技术:
随着社会进步,节约能源已成为共识。为了节约土地和能源,提高建筑物的保温、隔热功能,混凝土小型空心砌块已被广泛地应用于墙体砌筑中。近些年,为了进一步增强砌块的保温效果,在砌块的空心中部孔中充填聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料保温材料,用这种砌块砌筑墙体,其保温、隔音、防潮效果都得到了大大增强。但这种砌块在制备过程中工人的劳动强度大(人工向砌块预留孔中填保温材料),同时,因要在空洞中填充保温材料,砌块的体积较大,给墙体砌筑带来不便。
发明内容:
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种轻质保温砌块,体积小、重量轻、制造方便、保温效果好。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种轻质节能保温砖,其特征在于由下列重量份原料,经搅拌混合、挤压成型、养护后制得,所述原料为:低热量粗渣20-40份,粉煤灰20-30份,脱硫石膏5-20份,保温陶粒10-30份,木质纤维素1-5份,水泥10-20份,石英砂5-15份,水适量。
本发明所述原料重量份进一步优选为:低热量粗渣25-35份,粉煤灰23-27份,脱硫石膏10-15份,保温陶粒20-25份,木质纤维素3-4份,水泥13-17份,石英砂8-12份,水适量。
所述低热量粗渣优选为沸腾炉的煤渣。
本发明的原料配比设计,本着在不影响产品的强度和保温性能的情况下,尽可能多的利用工业下脚料,化废为宝,实现可持续发展,因此将低热量粗渣取为25-35份,粉煤灰取为23-27份。
本发明以脱硫石膏作为粘结剂,其配比为10-15份。脱硫石膏的粘结性能增强,如果配比过高,则会影响成型时的脱模(造成粘接),如果低于10份,由于本发明使用的低热量粗渣、粉煤灰较多,则会造成产品结构松散,不容易成型,增加次品率。
本轻质节能保温砖规格为240×115×90mm(及以下规格),根据Q\320801HHB001-2008标准,对240×115×90mm规格的保温砖性能指标进行测试,其传热阻值(m2.K)/W平均值为0.97,抗压强度平均值为11.2(强度等级MPa,标准规定平均值≥10);干燥收缩率(%)平均值为0.025(标准规定平均值≤0.045);抗冻性(%)其中的强度损失、质量损失平均值分别为10.4、2.4(标准规定平均值分别为≤25、≤5)。本轻质节能保温砖适用于承重墙、以及非承重墙的砌筑。
本发明具有以下优点:
一、本发明的轻质节能保温砖,加入的保温陶粒,具有强度高、容重轻,导热系数低,是生产轻质、保温混凝土的优质骨料,由于其存有封闭的微小气孔,对水结冰产生的膨胀能起缓冲作用,经振动、挤压成型,结构密实,其抗冻性和干燥收缩率大大优于普通混凝土砌块。加入木质纤维素作为保温辅料,由于木质纤维素质轻,而且疏松多孔,具有优良的吸热保温作用。
二、本轻质节能保温砖经测试传热阻值(m2.K)/W平均值为0.97,用于节能建筑外围护结构的承重和非承重结构的墙体,可满足寒冷地区和夏热冬冷地区节能50%的节能建筑要求,可免去外墙的保温处理。与混凝土空心砌块砌筑的墙体相比,每平方米可节约造价30元。
三、由于本产品体积小、重量轻,生产、施工过程中可以大大的减轻劳动者的工作强度,而且产品的规格尺寸与传统的多孔砖一致,图纸设计、工程施工方便。
具体实施方式:
实施例1。
取沸腾炉的煤渣28份,粉煤灰25份,脱硫石膏12份,保温陶粒22份,木质纤维素3份,水泥15份,石英砂10份,适量水(根据原料含水量而定,加入水后搅拌混合好的物料手抓握成团,松手后不散开),投入搅拌容器内,搅拌5-8分钟,然后将经搅拌混合好的物料,用机械输送至砌块成型机挤压成型,再用机械将挤压成型后的砌块转运到室内的静养保养架上,养护11-13小时,再将砌块转运到室外,并用遮阳网覆盖保湿170小时左右后,继续保养26-29天,即可经检验出厂。

取沸腾炉的煤渣30份,粉煤灰26份,脱硫石膏13份,保温陶粒23份,木质纤维素4份,水泥16份,石英砂11份,水适量。

1.一种轻质节能保温砖,其特征在于由下列重量份原料,经搅拌混合、挤压成型、养护后制得,所述原料为:低热量粗渣20-40份,粉煤灰20-30份,脱硫石膏5-20份,保温陶粒10-30份,木质纤维素1-5份,水泥10-20份,石英砂5-15份,水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种轻质节能保温砖,其特征在于:所述原料重量份为:低热量粗渣25-35份,粉煤灰23-27份,脱硫石膏10-15份,保温陶粒20-25份,木质纤维素3-4份,水泥13-17份,石英砂8-12份,水适量。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种轻质节能保温砖,其特征在于:低热量粗渣为煤渣。
