外墙胶粉聚苯颗粒保温浆料的配制方法,涉及建筑保温材料的配制,需要提供一种建筑物外墙保温材料的生产方法,本发明的技术方案采用普硅水泥、粉煤灰、熟石灰、建筑石膏、纤维素醚、胶粉、淀粉醚、木纤维、pp纤维,其特征是普硅水泥、粉煤灰、熟石灰、建筑石膏、纤维素醚、胶粉、淀粉醚、木纤维、pp纤维按上述顺序以重量比650∶200∶100∶50∶5∶15∶1∶3∶1混合成聚苯颗粒;浆料配制时先开机将35~40kg水倒入砂浆搅拌机内,然后倒入25kg胶粉料搅拌3~5min后,再倒入150~200L聚苯颗粒继续搅拌3min,搅拌均匀后倒出,随搅随用,该浆料应在4h内用完。本发明用于配制建筑外墙保温材料。

技术领域:
本发明涉及建筑外墙保温材料的配制方法。
背景技术
人类最初的住宅是一些原始的洞穴,只是用岩石、泥块来做一些必要的保温,后来人类开始使用木头、砖和混凝土来建造房屋,外墙保温体系的改善是人类居住条件的一大进步。
使用外墙保温能够避免产生热桥,在寒冷的冬天不会造成额外的热损失,从而节约了热能;同时也解决了由于热桥而引发的外墙内表面潮湿、结露,甚至发霉的问题。而在夏季,外保温层能减少太阳辐射热的进入和室外高气温的综合影响,从而使外墙内表面温度和室内温度得以降低。外墙面作为建筑物的表层,须经受一切外界气候的影响,如热、冷、冰冻、雪、雹、雨和风。水、温度变化、环境污染交替地持续不断地作用于外墙面,使外墙面产生裂缝,产生霉菌,建筑物受到损坏,居住者的身体受到影响,取暖和降温成本也大幅提高。采用外墙外保温体系把建筑物外表“包裹”保护起来,在满足了建筑物的保温性能的同时,大大延长了建筑物的寿命。增加外墙保温对于改善健康的室内气候,防止与潮湿相关的气候引起的破损,减少墙体的温度裂缝应力,减少建筑物加热和制冷对能量的需求都具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供一种性能优越的建筑物外墙保温材料聚苯颗粒保温砂浆的生产方法。
本发明的技术方案采用普硅水泥、粉煤灰、熟石灰、建筑石膏、纤维素醚、胶粉、淀粉醚、木纤维、pp纤维,其特征是普硅水泥、粉煤灰、熟石灰、建筑石膏、纤维素醚、胶粉、淀粉醚、木纤维、pp纤维按上述顺序以重量比650∶200∶100∶50∶5∶15∶1∶3∶1混合成聚苯颗粒;浆料配制时先开机(严禁人工搅拌),将35~40kg水倒入砂浆搅拌机内,然后倒入25kg胶粉料搅拌3~5min后,再倒入150~200L聚苯颗粒继续搅拌3~5min,搅拌均匀后倒出,随搅随用,该浆料应在4h内用完。
本发明配制的外墙外保温材料经检测显示湿表观密度415kg/m3,干表观密度238kg/m3,导热系数0.059W/(m·K),抗压强度254kPa,压剪粘结度110kPa,软化系数0.75,既适用于采暖建筑,又适用于空调建筑,既能在低层、多层建筑中应用,又能在高层建筑中应用,用于外墙外保温可取得节能效果,减少CO2排放量,降低了有害气体的排放,减少了霉菌生长,提高隔音效果和改善防火性能,是适合新建筑的外墙防护材料,也是老建筑适合的维修材料,而且有效地解决了传统墙体由于多种原因而产生的龟裂渗水问题,满足了建筑物的保温性能的同时,大大延长了建筑物的寿命。
具体实施方式
本发明采用普硅水泥(42.5R)、粉煤灰、熟石灰、建筑石膏、纤维素醚、胶粉(5010)、淀粉醚、木纤维、pp纤维,其特征是普硅水泥、粉煤灰、熟石灰、建筑石膏、纤维素醚、胶粉、淀粉醚、木纤维、pp纤维按上述顺序以重量比650∶200∶100∶50∶5∶15∶1∶3∶1混合成聚苯颗粒,浆料配制时先开机,将35~40kg水倒入砂浆搅拌机内,然后倒入一袋25kg胶粉料搅拌3~5min成粘稠状(无干粉团存在)后,再倒入一袋200L聚苯颗粒继续搅拌3min,搅拌均匀后倒出,随搅随用(该浆料应在4h内用完,严禁人工搅拌)。搅拌机搅拌在加入聚苯颗粒后不能再渗水搅拌,否则会影响保温层的粘结度和施工。
按照本发明配制的胶粉聚苯颗粒浆料主要技术性能如下:
湿表面密度≤420kg/m3
干表面密度180~250kg/m3
导热系数≤0.060W/(M·K);
抗压强度≥200kPa;
压剪粘结强度≥50kPa;
线性收缩率≤0.3%;
软化系数≥0.5。
本发明适合制备新建筑的外墙防护材料,也是老建筑适合的维修材料。

1、外墙胶粉聚苯颗粒保温浆料的配制方法,采用普硅水泥(42.5R)、粉煤灰、熟石灰、建筑石膏、纤维素醚、胶粉(5010)、淀粉醚、木纤维、pp纤维,其特征是普硅水泥、粉煤灰、熟石灰、建筑石膏、纤维素醚、胶粉、淀粉醚、木纤维、pp纤维按上述顺序以重量比650∶200∶100∶50∶5∶15∶1∶3∶1混合成聚苯颗粒;浆料配制时先开机将35~40kg水倒入砂浆搅拌机内,然后倒入25kg胶粉料搅拌3~5min后,再倒入150~200L聚苯颗粒继续搅拌3min,搅拌均匀后倒出,随搅随用,该浆料应在4h内用完。
