本发明公开了一种自适应模具高度的硫化机硫化室,包括模具筒体,所述模具筒体包括相互嵌套、可轴向滑动的上筒体和下筒体,上筒体嵌套于下筒体内以适应不同模具的高度;横梁盖盖在上筒体上并由错齿环扣合。横梁盖与上筒体的结合端面设有密封环,密封环采用压缩空气驱动的密封形式;上筒体与下筒体的嵌套圆面之间设有方形状密封胶条,密封胶条采用填料密封形式。本发明不带调模装置,使得硫化室整体高度减少,提高了硫化模具定位刚性,模具重复定位精度明显提高。

Description

自适应模具高度的硫化机硫化室
(一)技术领域:
本发明涉及轮胎制造设备的部件,具体说是一种可以适应不同模具高度的硫化机硫化室。
(二)背景技术:
传统工艺生产车用轮胎是采用液压硫化机硫化,所述设备的硫化室为适用不同规格模具的使用,都配置有带梯型螺纹的调模装置,以调整横梁盖压紧模具的高度。对于巨型轮胎,所述调模装置的重量非常大,制造和安装难度高,而且梯型螺纹与螺母的配合间隙严重影响设备的精度。
(三)发明内容:
针对传统硫化机的不足之处,本发明的目的是提出了一种结构简单、调模方便的自适应模具高度的硫化机硫化室。
能够实现上述目的的自适应模具高度的硫化机硫化室,包括模具筒体、横梁盖和错齿环,横梁盖盖在模具筒体上,错齿环将横梁盖与模具筒体扣合,所不同的是所述模具筒体包括上筒体和下筒体,上筒体和下筒体相互嵌套且可轴向滑动调整(动力驱动),以适应不同模具的高度;所述横梁盖盖在上筒体上并由错齿环扣合后,使横梁盖底面和下筒体安装面与模具紧密贴合。
考虑到嵌套的稳定性,一般取上筒体直径小于下筒体直径,因此上筒体嵌套于下筒体内。
为防止筒体内蒸气从上筒体顶部泄漏,应在横梁盖与上筒体的结合端面处设置密封环。
所述密封环采用压缩空气驱动的密封形式。
同样,为防止筒体内蒸气从上筒体与下筒体之间泄漏,应在上筒体与下筒体的嵌套圆周面之间设置密封胶条。
所述密封胶条为方形。
所述方形密封胶条采用径向填料密封形式。
本发明的优点:
1、本发明不再需要常规带梯形螺纹的调模装置来调整模具安装高度,硫化模具装入硫化室后,横梁盖底面与下筒体上安装面之间的距离能够自动调整,适应模具高度。
2、本发明不带调模装置,使得硫化室整体高度减少,提高了硫化模具定位的刚性。
3、本发明去掉调模装置后,消除了梯形螺纹的间隙影响,模具重复定位精度可以明显提高。

(五)具体实施方式:
如图1所示,本发明自适应模具高度的硫化机硫化室的模具筒体为两上、下筒体3、6,上筒体3配合嵌套于下筒体6内,上筒体3由动力驱动可在下筒体6内轴向移动;横梁盖1盖在上筒体3上,由错齿环2将横梁盖1与上筒体3扣合,横梁盖1与上筒体3的结合端面上设置密封环4,密封环4由上筒体3气道内的压缩空气驱动;上筒体3与下筒体6之间的嵌套圆周面之间设置方形状密封胶条5,密封胶条5采用填料密封形式。

1.自适应模具高度的硫化机硫化室,包括模具筒体、盖在模具筒体上的横梁盖(1)、将横梁盖(1)扣合于模具筒体上的错齿环(2),其特征在于:所述模具筒体包括相互嵌套、可轴向滑动的上筒体(3)和下筒体(6);所述横梁盖(1)盖在上筒体(3)上并由错齿环(2)扣合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自适应模具高度的硫化机硫化室,其特征在于:上筒体(3)嵌套于下筒体(6)内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的自适应模具高度的硫化机硫化室,其特征在于:横梁盖(1)与上筒体(3)的结合端面设有密封环(4)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的自适应模具高度的硫化机硫化室,其特征在于:所述密封环(4)采用压缩空气驱动的密封形式。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的自适应模具高度的硫化机硫化室,其特征在于:上筒体(3)与下筒体(6)的嵌套圆周面之间设有密封胶条(5)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的自适应模具高度的硫化机硫化室,其特征在于:所述密封胶条(5)为方形。
7.根据权利要求6所述的自适应模具高度的硫化机硫化室,其特征在于:所述密封胶条(5)采用径向填料密封形式。
