Abstract
本发明提供一种液体分配阀。该液体分配阀包括分隔成隔室的基部本体和可旋转的封闭用钟状件,该基部本体设有盖以及若干个出口和一个入口,该封闭用钟状件布置在内部并具有从所述盖伸出的轴,且由布置在外部的电子控制器控制,该电子控制器由适于安装到基部本体上的独立组件构成。该液体分配阀的特征在于,布置在外部的电子控制器的齿轮马达通过小齿轮对封闭用钟状件的轴进行致动,该小齿轮由所述齿轮马达的轴驱动且与连接到封闭用钟状件的轴的大齿轮啮合。大齿轮与封闭用钟状件的轴之间的连接通过具有外螺纹的管状本体而实现,该外螺纹与设置在颈部内侧的螺纹相配合,该颈部形成了大齿轮的延伸部。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种液体分配阀。
背景技术
液体分配阀是众所周知的,其包括在径向上被分隔成隔室的基部本体和可旋转的封闭用钟状件,所述本体包括若干个出口和一个侧入口,所述封闭用钟状件插设在所述出口与所述入口之间并且设有在上方布置的轴,该轴从所述本体的顶盖伸出并且由布置在外部的手动或电子的控制器致动。
这种电子致动的阀的缺陷在于电子控制器部和在基部本体内动作的机械部彼此连接而形成一个组件。这样带来的一个重大缺陷就是当需要修理所述电子控制器部或者机械部时,由于它们构成了所述组件,因此为了更换或修理受到损坏的元件就必须将该组件拆开。
已经通过将布置在外部的电子控制器形成为完全独立的组件以适于可拆卸地安装到所述基部本体上来尝试消除所述缺陷。
然而,用于从所述布置在外部的电子控制器即从构成所述电子控制器的一部分的齿轮马达对所述封闭用钟状件的轴进行致动的装置的机械构造比较复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种构造简单且紧凑的液体分配阀。该液体分配阀的特征在于,布置在外部的电子控制器的齿轮马达通过小齿轮对封闭用钟状件的轴进行致动,所述小齿轮由所述齿轮马达的轴驱动并与连接到所述封闭用钟状件的所述轴的大齿轮啮合。
所述大齿轮与所述封闭用钟状件的轴之间的这种连接通过具有外螺纹的管状本体而实现,所述外螺纹与设置在颈部内侧的螺纹相配合,所述颈部形成了所述大齿轮的延伸部,所述管状本体安装到管状心轴上,所述管状心轴连接到所述封闭用钟状件的所述轴。

具体实施方式
根据这些附图,液体分配阀包括具有若干个出口2的分隔成隔室的基部本体1和紧固到所述基部本体上的盖3,所述基部本体具有用于液体的侧入口4。
在本体1与盖3之间布置有可旋转的封闭用钟状件5,该封闭用钟状件由设置在盖3之上的电子控制器6控制,与封闭用钟状件5对应的轴7从所述盖的中心孔伸出(图2)。
该分配阀的特征在于电子控制器6的齿轮马达8通过小齿轮9作用在封闭用钟状件的轴7上,所述小齿轮9由齿轮马达8的轴驱动并与连接到封闭用钟状件的轴7的大齿轮10啮合。
大齿轮10与轴7之间的连接通过具有外螺纹12的管状本体11而实现,外螺纹12与设置在颈部14内侧上的螺纹13相配合,颈部14形成了大齿轮10的延伸部,管状本体11安装到管状心轴15上,该管状心轴15连接到封闭用钟状件的轴7,轮毂16布置在大齿轮和管状本体的下方并且安装在管状心轴15上。
构成电子控制器6的组件包括基部17和帽18,帽18具有顶部开口19从而允许接近该控制器的元件,所述开口适于用塞子20封闭。
用附图标记21、22表示的连接到锁扣的微动开关可用于稳定所述封闭用钟状件5的不同位置,附图标记23表示具有印刷电路的电路板。
电子控制器6和分隔成隔室的本体1的高度的减小决定了一个紧凑的组件。
本发明在其实质性范围内可以以仅在细节上与上面仅以示例方式描述的实施方式不同的其它实施方式来实施,所述其它实施方式也落入所要求保护的范围内。该液体分配阀因此可以以任何形状和尺寸、使用最适合的装置和材料以及最方便的附件来制造,其整体元件可以用其它在技术上等效的元件来代替,所有这些均落入所附权利要求的范围内。
Claims (4)
1、一种液体分配阀,该液体分配阀包括分隔成隔室的基部本体(1)和可旋转的封闭用钟状件(5),所述基部本体设有盖(3)以及若干个出口(2)和一个入口(4),所述封闭用钟状件(5)布置在内部并且具有从所述盖(3)伸出的轴(7),所述封闭用钟状件(5)由布置在外部的电子控制器(6)控制,所述电子控制器(6)由适于安装到所述基部本体(1)上的独立组件构成;所述液体分配阀的特征在于,所述布置在外部的电子控制器(6)的齿轮马达(8)通过小齿轮(9)对所述封闭用钟状件的轴(7)进行致动,该小齿轮(9)由所述齿轮马达(8)的轴驱动并且与连接到封闭用钟状件(5)的所述轴(7)的大齿轮(10)啮合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的液体分配阀,其特征在于,所述大齿轮(10)与所述封闭用钟状件(5)的轴(7)之间的连接通过具有外螺纹(12)的管状本体(11)而实现,所述外螺纹(12)与设置在颈部(14)内侧的螺纹(13)相配合,所述颈部(14)形成了所述大齿轮(10)的延伸部,所述管状本体(11)安装到管状心轴(15)上,所述管状心轴(15)连接到所述封闭用钟状件(5)的轴(7)。
3、根据权利要求2所述的液体分配阀,其特征在于,布置在所述大齿轮(10)和管状本体(11)下方的轮毂(16)安装到所述管状心轴(15)上。
4、根据权利要求1所述的液体分配阀,其特征在于,构成所述布置在外部的电子控制器(6)的组件包括基部(17)和帽(18),所述帽(18)具有顶部开口(19)从而允许接近所述电子控制器(6)的元件,所述开口适于通过塞子(20)来封闭。
