Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于车辆帘式气囊的拉片(tether)支架组件。
背景技术
气囊系统是车辆中执行缓冲功能以便在发生车辆碰撞时保护乘客的安全装置。气囊系统分成保护驾驶员和乘客的驾驶员侧气囊和乘客侧气囊,以及侧面气囊和帘式气囊,其保护驾驶员和乘客的侧面部分免受侧面碰撞。
参看图1A和1B,传统的帘式气囊模块包括帘式气囊20,其沿水平方向安装在车辆的内部,以便当车辆发生碰撞时向下展开。帘式气囊模块也包括用于展开帘式气囊的充气机30和用于将展开的帘式气囊20保持在适当形状的拉片40。
拉片40在其一端固定到帘式气囊20,并且在其另一端固定到底盘板50。在此状态,拉片40的主体通过附加的导向支架10固定到底盘板50。例如,在导向支架10装配到底盘板50的状态下,拉片40牢固地安装于导向支架10和底盘板50之间的空间。
如图1C所示,装配线上的工人有时会忽略将拉片40牢固地安装进导向支架和底盘板之间的空间的操作。当气囊从该状态展开时,会形成非正常操作。例如,拉片挂在底盘板上的一片嵌条镶边(filler trim)的拐角,或者嵌条镶边被拉片所移位。
如图2所示,在传统技术中,拉片20通过具有螺栓孔36的拉片夹30安装在嵌条镶边40的内表面上,且拉片夹30弯曲成“U”形,使得在后侧拉片座部分33置于支撑部分31和挤压部分32之间。具有钩尖34的锁扣(snap)35在拉片座部分33的外部位置从支撑部分31的上部弹性地突出。锁扣孔37形成于挤压部分32的上部以使锁扣34弹性地安装进锁扣孔37中。因此,拉片夹30在预定位置与拉片20整体装配的状态下安装到嵌条镶边40。
然而,在这种传统技术中,拉片夹构造成独立的塑料结构,这增加了最终产品的制造成本。
而且,在传统技术中,假设气囊朝车门的口展开,牢固地限制拉片的拉片夹阻碍帘式气囊的操作。这是因为当帘式气囊展开时,拉片可以将帘式气囊移入车辆的乘客室,以便只有当拉片从嵌条镶边释放时帘式气囊才能平滑展开。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术中的前述问题,因此本发明的目的集中于一种用于车辆的帘式气囊的拉片支架组件,其中拉片由布固定从而能够降低制造成本,且帘式气囊可平滑展开。
在本发明的一个方面,拉片支架组件包括导向夹和拉片支架。导向夹通过固定装置固定到嵌条镶边。拉片支架形状为能够环绕拉片弯曲的条状,且在其中部具有撕裂线以便在帘式气囊展开时被撕开。拉片支架在其两端还具有装配孔,固定装置插入其中。
优选地,拉片支架由织物制成,且具有从其侧部突出的连接部以便缝合到帘式气囊。
根据本发明,用于固定拉片的拉片支架由布构成以便有利地降低制造成本。此外,撕裂线形成在撕裂支架中以便当在帘式气囊展开时撕开,从而有助于帘式气囊平滑展开。

具体实施方式
本发明将参考附图更充分地描述,附图中显示本发明的示例性实施例。
参看图3A到4,在本发明的帘式气囊的拉片支架组件中,拉片400通过由布制成的拉片支架200以及撕裂线211固定,撕裂线211通过帘式气囊300的展开而撕开。该结构可降低产品的制造成本。此外,拉片400延伸经过撕裂线211,其通过帘式气囊300的展开而撕开,从而使帘式气囊300能平稳地实现缓冲功能。
详细地,在帘式气囊300展开时用于将帘式气囊300保持在适当形状的拉片400设置在帘式气囊300上。拉片400在其一端固定到帘式气囊300且另一端固定到底盘板500。用于支撑拉片400的主体的导向夹100被固定到其底盘板500的预定位置。
该导向夹100通过固定孔(未示出)固定到底盘板500,固定装置110插入固定孔。导向夹100还通过拉片支架200约束拉片400。
拉片支架200由条形的织物材料构成,这些织物材料通过环绕拉片400而将其约束,且形状为固定到导向夹100。拉片支架200可由各种类型的布构成,例如无织布(non-woven cloth)。
由于是用由布制成的拉片支架200来固定拉片400,本发明的帘式气囊的拉片支架组件具有以下优点。首先,与使用拉片固定夹的传统技术相比可减少部件数量。此外,开发方案灵活,制造容易,产品重量轻,且可降低制造成本。在传统的夹式拉片固定技术中,当气囊展开时,由塑料制成的夹子会破裂散落,从而会伤到乘客。因此,本发明可避免传统技术的这一问题。
拉片支架200固定到帘式气囊300。为此,连接部分230从拉片支架200的侧部延伸以便缝合到帘式气囊300的一部分上。连接部分230缝合到帘式气囊300的那部分形成为突出部(未示出),其与拉片支架200的连接部分230重叠。
撕裂线211设置在拉片支架200的中部,尤其是,以虚线的形式切下。撕裂线211通过帘式气囊300的展开而撕开,以使拉片400从拉片支架200的约束中松开。
当撕裂线211撕开时,拉片400从拉片支架200的约束中松开且引导帘式气囊300以平滑地展开到车辆的乘客室内。此时,撕裂线211可在底盘框架500和覆盖底盘框架500的嵌条镶边(未示出)之间保持引导拉片400的展开方向,从而防止拉片400被嵌条镶边的拐角挂住或散落。
拉片支架200在其各端部由一对装配孔220形成,以便导向夹100的固定装置110牢固地安装到装配孔220内。装配孔220在拉片支架200弯曲环绕拉片400的位置彼此相对排列。当导向夹100的固定装置110通过装配孔220插入时,拉片支架200的相对端被固定以便将拉片支架200环绕拉片400保持在一定位置。
下面,将对具有上述结构的本发明的安装过程进行描述。
参看图5A,具有连接部分230的拉片支架200缝合到帘式气囊300。在连接到拉片400的帘式气囊300的端部上,帘式气囊300的突出部(未示出)重叠且缝合到拉片支架200的连接部分230。
如图5B所示,当拉片支架200通过连接部分230固定到帘式气囊300时,拉片支架200绕中心线弯曲以便其两端彼此重叠。当拉片支架200的两端彼此重叠时,在拉片支架200两端的装配孔220也相对且彼此重叠。
如图5C所示,环绕帘式气囊300的拉片400而缠绕的拉片支架200通过导向夹100固定到底盘板500。也就是说,固定装置110插入到导向夹100中的固定孔中从而插入拉片支架200中的重叠装配孔220中,以使导向夹100和拉片支架200在部件预定安装的位置固定到底盘板500。固定装置可替代地采用诸如螺栓、螺杆和夹子的任一种不同构件。
以这种方式安装的拉片支架200适当地约束了帘式气囊300的拉片400,但当帘式气囊300展开且拉片支架200的撕裂线211因此撕开时,它引导帘式气囊300进入车辆的乘客室。
Claims (6)
1、一种用于车辆帘式气囊的拉片支架组件,用于将连接于帘式气囊的拉片固定到底盘板,其包括:
通过固定装置固定于底盘板的导向夹;以及
连接到所述导向夹上的拉片支架,该拉片支架由能够弯曲以环绕所述拉片的织物制成。
2、如权利要求1所述的拉片支架组件,其特征在于:所述拉片支架在其中部具有撕裂线,以便在帘式气囊展开时被撕开。
3、如权利要求2所述的拉片支架组件,其特征在于:所述拉片支架形状为条状。
4、如权利要求2所述的拉片支架组件,其特征在于:所述拉片支架在其两端具有装配孔,所述固定装置插入其中从而连接到所述导向夹。
5、如权利要求2所述的拉片支架组件,其特征在于:所述拉片支架具有从其侧部突出的连接部分,以便缝合到帘式气囊。
6、如权利要求4所述的拉片支架组件,其特征在于:所述导向夹的固定装置在使所述拉片支架两端彼此相对且环绕所述拉片的位置牢固地插入所述装配孔中。
