Abstract

一种真空带式干燥机过压热水加热装置，该装置具有至少三组独立并且结构相同的循环加热单元，每一组循环加热单元包括：由冷却水管路和液位控制阀组成的注水系统，由蒸汽管路、流量调节阀、板式换热器、温度监控器和凝水管路组成的换热系统以及由板式换热器、进水管路、进水法兰、蜂窝状加热板、回水法兰、回水管路、缓冲罐、热水泵和压力调节阀组成的封闭的热循环系统。在静态下加压至0.1-0.7MPa的，可以使液体热水的温度进一步提升至100-155℃的汽液共存的过压热水，从而大大扩充了干燥机的加热温度范围；单元中过热水的热能可以充分回收并进行二次加热后反复使用，热能的利用率极高。

真空带式干燥机过压热水加热装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种过压热水加热装置，适用于真空带式干燥机过压热水的加热。
背景技术
传统的连续式真空带式干燥机的加热系统(装置)主要有两种形式，即蒸汽直接加热或普通热水循环加热。采用蒸汽直接加热的方式存在着温度控制精确性差，加热板因蒸汽压力的冲击而引起震动及热能利用率低凝水排放量大等缺陷；采用普通热水循环加热存在温度加热限制，其极限温度最高仅能达到+100℃，影响了干燥机的干燥温度范围。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种过压热水循环加热装置，该装置可以扩充干燥机的加热温度范围，并且过热水的热能可以充分回收进行二次加热后反复使用，以克服现有加热装置(系统)存在的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所提供的真空带式干燥机过压热水加热装置具有至少三组独立并且结构相同的循环加热单元，每一组循环加热单元包括：由冷却水管路和液位控制阀组成的注水系统，由蒸汽管路、流量调节阀、板式换热器、温度监控器和凝水管路组成的换热系统以及由板式换热器、进水管路、进水法兰、蜂窝状加热板、回水法兰、回水管路、缓冲罐、热水泵和压力调节阀组成的封闭热循环系统。
通过冷却水管路和液位控制阀将循环加热单元(包括蜂窝状加热板以及与之连接的管路)中加热用水注满；启动热水泵对循环加热单元进行水循环；通过蒸汽管路、凝水管路对板式换热器进行加热并通过流量调节阀和温度监控器将加热用水换热至设定温度；通过压力调节阀将加热水加压并通过进水管路和进水法兰使蜂窝状加热板的表面温度提升；通过回水法兰和回水管路将蜂窝状加热板内的热水排出进入缓冲罐并经缓冲罐短暂储存后再重新返回压力调节阀。加热水加压后的压力以及蜂窝状加热板的表面温度根据干燥机的要求而定，一般加热水加压后的压力在0.1-0.7MP之间，蜂窝状加热板的表面温度提升至100-155℃之间。
本发明的有益效果是：通过三个独立并且结构相同的循环加热单元内满负荷热水，在静态下加压至0.1-0.7MP，可以使液体热水的温度进一步提升至100-155℃的汽液共存的过压热水，从而大大扩充了干燥机的加热温度范围；由于采用闭环循环加热，单元中过热水的热能可以充分回收并进行二次加热后反复使用，热能的利用率极高，而蒸汽耗量的相对减少也使凝水的排放量大幅度降低。本发明操作简便，控制精确，节能减排效果明显，系统运行状态稳定可靠，尤其适用于连续式真空带式干燥机的加热。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实施例是一种专门用于连续式真空带式干燥机的过压热水加热装置，包括具有三组独立并且结构相同的循环加热单元，每一组循环加热单元包括注水系统、换热系统以及封闭的热循环系统。注水系统由冷却水管路3和液位控制阀6组成，通过冷却水管路3和液位控制阀6将循环加热单元(包括蜂窝状加热板以及与之连接的管路)中加热用水(纯化水)注满；换热系统由蒸汽管路1、流量调节阀4、板式换热器15、温度监控器5和凝水管路2组成，通过蒸汽管路1、凝水管路2对板式换热器15进行加热并通过流量调节阀4和温度监控器5将加热用水换热至设定温度；热循环系统由板式换热器15、进水管路13、进水法兰12、蜂窝状加热板10、回水法兰9和回水管路8、缓冲罐11、耐高温热水泵14、压力调节阀7组成，启动耐高温热水泵14对循环加热单元进行水循环，通过压力调节阀7将加热水加压至0.1-0.7MP并通过进水管路13和进水法兰12使蜂窝状加热板10的表面温度提升至100-155℃之间，通过回水法兰9和回水管路8将蜂窝状加热板10内的热水排出进入缓冲罐11并经缓冲罐11短暂储存后再重新返回压力调节阀7的步骤。返回缓冲罐11的热水带有余热再次经换热时只需在余热温度的基础上升温即可进行循环。因此换热速度快，蒸汽补充量小。

1.一种真空带式干燥机过压热水加热装置，其特征是所述装置具有至少三组独立并且结构相同的循环加热单元，每一组循环加热单元包括：由冷却水管路(3)和液位控制阀(6)组成的注水系统，由蒸汽管路(1)、流量调节阀(4)、板式换热器(15)、温度监控器(5)和凝水管路(2)组成的换热系统以及由板式换热器(15)、进水管路(13)、进水法兰(12)、蜂窝状加热板(10)、回水法兰(9)、回水管路(8)、缓冲罐(11)、热水泵(14)和压力调节阀(7)组成的封闭热循环系统。
