Abstract

本发明是一种能够快速消除人们面部粉刺并不留印迹的祛痘乳膏。它是在原十八醇、单硬脂酸甘油脂、乳化剂、丙二醇、丙三醇的基础上又添加适量的维甲酸、壬二酸、红霉素、硼酸、油溶氮酮经过乳化工艺配制而成。本发明与已有技术相比较具有如下优点：①见效快；②该产品无色、无味；③粉刺消除后不留印迹；④制造成本低廉。

Description

快速消除面部粉刺且不留印迹的祛痘乳膏
技术领域：
本发明涉及一种皮肤美容保健护肤品，确切的说是一种能够快速消除人们面部粉刺且愈后又不留印迹的祛痘乳膏。
背景技术：
粉刺又称痤疮，青年男女的发生率较高。它多发于人体的面部、上胸部、背部等部位。产生粉刺的主要原因是由于青春期性内分泌腺的活动加强，在性激素的影响下，皮脂分泌量增加，逐渐积聚在毛囊口，进而导致皮脂淤积不能及时排出。如不及时治疗，该粉刺在阳光照射及空气的氧化下逐渐形成常见的黑头粉刺，进而形成非常难看的黑色印迹。目前，社会上治疗粉刺的办法常用的是中药治疗方法。该方法存在如下不足：①、效果慢，治疗周期长；②、由于中药有气味和颜色，故患者不欢迎；③、由于治疗后有黑色或红色印迹生成，所以给患者美观上造成影响。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是根据上述问题中所存在的缺欠，为人们提供一种既能快速消除面部粉刺，又不留印迹的祛痘乳膏的新式配方。
本发明基本配方为(份是重量单位)：十八醇：8-12份，乳化剂：1-3份，单硬脂酸干油脂0.5-1.5份，丙二醇4-8份，丙三醇：10-20份，去离子水：60——70份，香精适量；本发明的核心技术在于，在上述基本配方中还要加入维甲酸：0.05-0.1份，油溶氮酮：1-1.5份，壬二酸：0.4-0.6份，硼酸：1-2份，红霉素：0.05-0.1份。
其制备工艺为：首先将十八醇、乳化剂，单硬脂酸干油脂、油溶氮酮、维甲酸称重后，放入不锈钢容器甲内，加热80——90℃；将丙二醇、丙三醇、壬二酸、硼酸、去离子水称重后放入另一不锈钢容器乙内，加热至80-90℃；之后将甲、乙两容器中的混合原料混合在乳化容器中，乳化机在3500——4000转/分的条件下乳化4-6分钟，之后在60转/分条件下搅拌、降温，当温度降至55℃时，加入红霉素原料，继续降温、搅拌；当降至35℃时，加入适量的香精；当降至30℃时停止搅拌，并放置24小时即可。
本发明中的各种原料的作用如下：
1、十八醇：别名硬脂醇，十八碳醇。常温下为白色蜡状小叶晶体，溶于乙醇，乙醚和有机溶剂，不溶于水，溶点50-60℃；在化妆品中常用作赋形剂、增稠剂、护肤剂，是膏霜、乳液的基本原料，用量：8％-12％。
2、单硬脂酸甘脂：又名单甘脂。纯白色至乳色蜡状固体，无毒、可燃。在水和醇中几乎不溶，可分散于热水中，极易溶于热醇，石油和烃类中，熔点58-59℃；在化妆品中用作赋形剂、乳化剂，是膏霜、乳液的理想原料。是W/O型乳状液的乳化剂，用量0.5-1.5％。
3、乳化剂：选用GD-9022型乳化剂。是非离子型乳化剂的复合物，白色至微黄色蜡状、片状固体，对皮肤刺激低。本乳化剂在化妆品中可用作生产高品质的化妆品，常用量1.5-2.5％。
4、维甲酸：又名维A酸，维生素甲酯。黄色晶状粉末，溶于乙醚。微溶于乙醇，三氯甲烷，不溶于水。在化妆品中的作用：①抗皮肤老化；②具有氧化、脱色、溶解角质作用；③祛斑作用，能抑制酪氨酸的活性，减少黑色色素形成；④抑制皮脂分泌作用，常用作治疗痤疮、黑头粉刺。
5油溶氮酮：别名月桂氮草酮。无色或淡黄色透明油状液体，无臭、无味，能溶于醇、醛、酮、烃类等大多数有机溶剂。对药物均有明显的助渗作用，常用浓度1-1.5％。广泛用于软膏、霜剂、搽剂、乳液等外用制剂。本品还有消炎、止痛和止痒作用。
6、丙二醇：别各1，2丙二醇。无色粘稠液体，微甜味，能与水、乙醇、丙酮，甘油混溶。性质稳定，是优于甘油的溶剂，在化妆品中常用作保湿剂，渗透剂，润滑剂；性质与甘油相似，但粘稠度比较小，能溶解多种药物。常用量4-8％。
7、丙三醇：又名1，2，3一丙三醇、甘油。透明的糖浆状液体，味甜、能与水，乙醇、丙二醇任意比例混合；高浓度甘油外用对皮肤有刺激性和强吸水作用，必须稀释后应用。在化妆品中常用作保湿剂。
8、壬二酸：又名杜鹃花酸。无色到淡黄色晶状粉末，易溶于热水、微溶于水。在化妆品中常用作去斑，杀菌剂。主要被用来治疗恶性雀斑、黄褐斑，对痤疮有较好的疗效，对酒渣鼻及脂溢性皮炎均有效，常用量为：0.4-0.6％。
9、硼酸：又各正硼酸、焦硼酸。无色微带珍珠光泽的结晶粉末，有一定的吸湿性，极易溶水热水，易溶于乙醇，在化妆品中被用作防腐剂，抑菌剂，常用量为1-2％。
10、红霉素：为白色或类似白色的结晶粉末，无臭、味苦，易溶于甲醇，乙醇、极易溶于水，在化妆品中常用作杀菌、消炎剂，能抑制敏感细菌生成，对滴虫也有抑制作用，常被用于治疗痤疮、酒渣鼻等。
积极效果：
本发明实现后，与已有技术相比较有如下优点：①见效快、往往在患处涂抹后3-5日即可治愈；②无色、无味，患者喜欢用；③不留任何印迹；④制造成本低廉，且工艺过程简单。
图1是本发明的生产工艺流程图。
具体实施方式：
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明：
1、在不锈钢容器甲中放入：十八醇10公斤、单硬脂酸甘油脂1公斤、9022乳化剂2公斤、维甲酸0.08公斤、油溶氮酮1.25克公斤；之后，加热至90℃保温待用；
2、在不锈钢容器乙中放入：丙二醇6公斤、丙三醇15公斤、壬二酸0.5公斤，硼酸1.5公斤，水65公斤，之后加热至85℃；待用；
3、先将乙容中的混合原料放入乳化锅中之后，再将甲容器中混合原料缓缓倒入乳化锅，之后开动乳化机，在3500转/分的情况下，乳化6分钟，之后停止乳化；在60转/分的搅拌速度下降温，待温度降至55℃时，加入红霉素；继续搅拌均匀和降温，待降至35℃时，加入适量香精，继续搅拌均匀和降温，待降至30℃时，停止搅拌即可。
本产品制成后应静放24小时后包装成产品。使用本产品时应将面部用清水洗净，之后将本品在患粉刺处局部涂抹，3-5日即可治愈。

Claims (1)

1、一种快速消除面部粉刺且不留印迹的祛痘乳膏，其基本配方为：十八醇：8-12份，乳化剂：1-3份，单硬脂酸干油脂：0.5-1.5份，丙二醇：4-8份，丙三醇：10-20份，去离子水：60-70份，香精适量；其特征在于：在上述配方中还要加入：维甲酸：0.05-0.1份，油溶氮酮：1-1.5份，壬二酸：0.4-0.6份，硼酸：1-2份，红霉素0.05-0.1份。
