Description
WATER-BASED PERSONAL CARE AND CLEANING LIQUID COMPRISING OZONE DERIVATIVE OF VEGETABLE OILS AND ITS METHOD OF OBTAINING
DESCRIPTION
The Related Art
The invention relates to the process used in formation of skin products obtained by using ozone (03), of which the positive affects and benefits to health in general medical uses are proved, together with natural oils (of vegetable oils and etheric oils) and fatty acids inside cream, shampoo, soap, lotion etc. cosmetic products which are also used in daily life besides their medical purposes, and relates to the products obtained as a result of this process.
The invention particularly relates to mixing of ozone derivatives of vegetable oils, preferably ozonide with water and emulsifiers and making these convenient to personal use without using petroleum derivative paraffins.
The Prior Art
Ozone (O3), in other words, oxygen, is a strong disinfectant and deodorant known in the art. The ozone layer found as a layer of the atmosphere in the nature, protects the surface of the earth from the radiation impacts of the sun. In the prior art, ozone can now be produced with various production methods. Generally ozone generators are used.
When the usage areas of ozone are analyzed, various usage fields are seen. One of these is to provide cleaning of the air of the environment and eliminate odours - if present - by increasing the concentration of the ozone in the air. In this way, the storage lives of the food, especially found in storage houses, are increased.
Among its other usage areas, disinfection of water, removing metals, disinfection of bacteria and viruses, disinfection of bottles and lunch boxes in food industry, recovering of infection in veterinary or animal husbandry, air-conditioning systems, losing weight, chronic fatigue, acne, cutaneous disease, strong mycetes etc. skin disorders, and migraine, multiple sclerosis etc. neurologic diseases are found.
Among its above said properties, due to its assistance in treatment of skin disorders and its disinfectant property, its medical usage is quite extensive. However, there are some problems in personal and domestic usage.
The method mostly used in personal usage of ozone is obtaining of ozonized oils and passing through oils. As examples to this, the documents with the publication numbers of RU 2131673 C1 and EP 0235528 B1 can be given. In these methods, the ozone gas is passed through the vegetable oil in a very slow and certain speed and time. Unsaturated fatty acids found in the vegetable oil react with ozone and thus organic peroxides are formed. In this operation, with the use of olive oil, benefits to health of which is known for centuries, and which still has new findings, provides a very beneficial product (biological activity, durability, anti-inflammatory, bactericide, fungicide, virusicide etc.) with a synergistic impact.
With the application of ozonized oil, wounds can be treated, eczema, cuts, burns, and sunburns, fungal infections, leg ulcer, haemorrhoid, bee stings, insect bites, acne etc. diseases can be minimized or eliminated.
In the prior art, the form of ozone, in which it is mixed with a petroleum derivative substance (paraffin etc.) or brought into gel form with oil, is directly applied on the body. These mixtures being prepared as 100% oil-based can not be used on especially the skins which are already oily.
Moreover, most of the final products presently obtained have a strong and unpleasant odour as a result of the structure of ozonide. This can disturb the user or cause him/her not to use it.
Instead of direct usage of ozonized oils, their use in ointment form is also possible. The claim of the patent application with publication no EP 1325734 A1 found in the prior art discloses an applicable ointment which has an ointment phase comprising ozone and/or peroxide derivatives of fatty acids or esters. The characterizing property of the ointment is to comprise paraffin oil thickened with polyethylene, molecular weight of the ointment phase of which is between 10,000 and 30,000 and preferably is 21 ,000. The petro-chemical products, besides having some harmful affects or risks on using on the body, also have an unpleasant odour. Although it provides the ointment consistence, it causes the ointment be left on the skin in a quite oily form and without being completely absorbed.
As a result of all of these problems, the need has occurred for forming personal care and cleaning liquids, which comprise ozone, are water-based, and convenient for personal usage.
Brief Description of the Invention
The invention is formed by being inspired from the known status of the art and it aims to solve the above said problems.
The primary purpose of the invention is to provide benefits of ozone to people in a wide scale by daily usage. With this purpose, the aim is to form personal care and cleaning liquids convenient with personal and daily usage. In order to achieve this purpose, the aim is to provide mixing of ozonide, water, and emulsifier at 35-55 Χ . The invention also aims to provide benefit from the antimicrobial property of the ozonide by means of the hand-face cleaning liquid. Moreover, with its usage as shampoo, the purpose is to minimize or eliminate the skin problems at the skin of the head such as scuff.
Another purpose of the invention is to prevent the skin from being harmed by solar beams by avoiding the free radicals activated by the sun by means of its usage as suntan cream.
The structural and characteristic features of the invention and all advantages will be understood better in detailed descriptions with the figures given below and with reference to the figures, and therefore, the assessment should be made taking into account said figures and detailed explanations. Detailed Description of the Invention
