Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及液体蒸发元件,特别是水溶液蒸发元件,所述水溶液可包含芳香物质,比如咖啡因、尼古丁和其它物质,所述水溶液优选用于蒸发液的吸入。
背景技术
用于加热含有芳香物质(例如精油或类似物)的液体的装置早已为人们所知,人们使用这类装置的目的是为了吸入充满芳香物质的液体蒸汽。
蒸发液体吸入物的医药用途在于,例如,吸入精油用于减轻感冒症状和呼吸道疾病。另一个用途在于尼古丁的施用,如专利文献DE 10 2004 033 579 B4所述。在该专利文献中,水、尼古丁和芳香物质的混合物被蒸发,其中所述芳香物质在相对较低的温度即50~90℃时已被蒸发。尼古丁本身只在大约300℃蒸发,但尼古丁吸湿并可承受蒸馏过程。因此存在一种可能性,即:尼古丁-水的均匀混合物早已在相对较低的温度下蒸发。通过尼古丁/香味/蒸汽混合物的上升,而与此同时没有致癌物质上升(这些致癌物质主要是冷凝了),随着尼古丁通过吸烟上升,这种形式的尼古丁上升开发了用于尼古丁享乐的可能性,该可能性即:人们可以吸入理想剂量的尼古丁,而与此同时又不会吸入致癌物质,也不会对周围人等产生不利影响。
专利文献DE 10 2004 033 579 B4公开了一种方法,即:用蒸发溶液充满多孔陶瓷材料,然后通过加热陶瓷元件来释放蒸汽,以用于吸入。在该文献中,可用电子热源或外部热源(如打火机或类似物)作热源用于加热。但是,如果能量需求很高的话,则只能采用比较重、体积大的电池来作电热源。特别是对于轻便式的吸入装置而言,这种电池不实际,太重也太贵。
外部热源,比如打火机或类似物,可能损害和弄脏吸入装置,因为它们有非常高的火焰温度,且因此非常不具有用户友好性。此外,持有明火在许多方面也意味着危险,且不受欢迎,因为会形成燃烧产物。
EP 0 371 282 A公开了一种气溶胶蒸发装置,该装置包括热源和蓄水器,该热源不基于燃烧作用,而是例如含有氧化钙的热源,其与水接触即产生热;所述蓄水器与所述热源相分离但有热接触,用于待加热的气溶胶。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是提供一种液体蒸发元件,该蒸发元件结构紧凑、便宜且具有多种用途,特别是可用于吸入目的。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种用于蒸发液体、特别是水溶液的蒸发元件,该蒸发元件包括第一蓄水器、第二蓄水器和开口元件,所述第一蓄水器用于储存要被蒸发的液体,第一蓄水器与第二蓄水器之间由薄膜隔开,第二蓄水器具有与待蒸发液体接触时发生放热化学反应的试剂,而所述开口元件被启动时,会在所述薄膜上打孔,从而使所述反应试剂与待蒸发的液体接触。
在根据本发明的蒸发元件中,通过使液体本身与反应试剂(例如氧化钙)接触来加热待蒸发的液体。通过启动所述开口元件,在将待蒸发液体与所述反应试剂隔开的薄膜上开孔,从而所述所述液体与所述反应试剂发生反应并释放热,这释放的热就使得所述液体蒸发。与专利文献EP 0 371 282 A中的气溶胶蒸发装置相比,本发明的优点特别在于其更简单、更便宜、更节省空间。本发明的蒸发元件最节省空间,可以在很小的空间内以轻便方式提供能量,并通过化学方式储存和释放能量。
本发明的蒸发元件优选具有耐热、防水的外壳和安装在该外壳上、可绕铰链转动的覆盖件,所述外壳例如塑料外壳,可用聚砜或聚碳酸酯或类似物制成。
所述开口元件由例如设置在覆盖件下侧的心轴或销构成,所述覆盖件安装在所述外壳上并可转动。但本发明也可采用其它可选的开口机构,例如基于像潜水手表那样安装的旋转环的开口机构,在这种开口机构中,例如,所述心轴横向地设置在外壳内或者设置在蒸发元件上。
第二蓄水器可含有氧化钙作为反应试剂。氧化钙与待蒸发的水溶液接触后发生放热化学反应。
要被蒸发的液体可以是含有咖啡因、尼古丁和/火其它芳香物质的水溶液。
所述蒸发元件优选为嵌入在耐热且防水的外壳内,该外壳由例如金属、黏土或者最好是塑料或类似物制成。所述外壳可以具有用于蒸发液的吸入的开口,该开口例如具有可折叠通气管的形式。
具有所述外壳的蒸发元件可以非常小、结构非常易于处理,使得可将所述蒸发元件做成人们可以穿戴的便携式吸入装置,例如类似手表的手镯等。

具体实施方式
图1为根据本发明的一个实施例的蒸发元件的横截面图,图中蒸发元件10没有外壳。所述蒸发元件包括上部的第一蓄水器1,该第一蓄水器1作为液体贮器,用于储存要被蒸发的水溶液。本发明中的所述水溶液可以含有咖啡因、尼古丁和/火其它芳香物质。
塑料薄膜4将第一蓄水器1与第二蓄水器3隔开,该第二蓄水器3包含有反应试剂如氧化钙。优选地,第一蓄水器1和第二蓄水器3均被容纳在防水且耐热的槽5或袋子内,该袋子优选由耐热的塑料薄膜制成。
当第一蓄水器1内包含的待蒸发液体与第二蓄水器3内的反应试剂接触时,发生的化学反应产生足够的热量,使得含有芳香物质的液体蒸发或汽化。为了引发所述化学反应,必须对薄膜4进行打孔,为此,图2和3所述实施例中,在外壳的可旋转盖14的内侧设有心轴或销13。但本发明也可采用其它机构来对薄膜4进行打孔。
图2和3为带有外壳和盖14的蒸发元件的横截面图,所述盖14通过铰链12固定,因此可以转动;图2中,所述盖14关闭;图3中,所述盖14打开。
用户通过关闭所述盖14而启动蒸发操作过程,使得薄膜4被心轴13穿孔,从而引发化学反应。含有芳香物质的蒸发液通过第二薄膜2逸出,所述第二薄膜2最好由具有开口的塑料薄膜组成。但作为选择,所述第二薄膜2也可省去。上升的蒸汽通过盖14上的开口15逸出到外界。
为了使外表面绝热,本发明的蒸发元件最好具有塑料、陶瓷或其它适当材料的绝热外壳7。图2和3所示的实施例显示了具有盖14的外壳7,所述盖14具有适于吸入的开口15,该开口15处可设有软管或类似物。但所述外壳也可具有其它的形状。图中的形状仅仅只是一种示例而不构成限制。蒸发元件本身的形状除了图1~3中所示的矩形或方形之外,还可为椭圆形或类似形状。
因此,本发明提供了一种结构紧凑且便宜的、具有化学热源的液体蒸发元件,该蒸发元件占用空间小、重量轻。在本发明中,由于待蒸发液体本身与反应试剂发生反应,因此不需要像专利文献EP 0 371 282 A所述气溶胶蒸发装置中那样的额外的蓄水器。这大大降低了本发明蒸发元件的重量、外部尺寸和成本。因此所述蒸发元件也适合用于移动吸入装置,并且使用后可以很容易地予以更换,这使得本发明的蒸发元件操作起来非常便利和卫生。
Claims (12)
1.一种用于液体特别是水溶液的蒸发元件,所述蒸发元件包括:用于储存待蒸发液体的第一蓄水器(1);第二蓄水器(3),该第二蓄水器(3)与所述第一蓄水器(1)之间由薄膜(4)隔开,第二蓄水器(3)具有反应试剂,该反应试剂与待蒸发液体接触时发生放热化学反应;开口元件(13),当被启动时,该开口元件(13)在薄膜(4)上打孔,从而使所述反应试剂与待蒸发液体接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蒸发元件,其特征在于,还包括耐热且防水的外壳(7),该外壳(7)由耐热性的塑料、聚碳酸酯或类似物制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的蒸发元件,其特征在于,还包括覆盖件(14),该覆盖件(14)通过铰链(12)可转动地固定至所述外壳。
4.根据权利要求3所述的蒸发元件,其特征在于,所述开口元件由设在覆盖件(14)下侧的心轴(13)或销(13)构成,所述覆盖件(14)固定在外壳(7)上并可转动。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的蒸发元件,其特征在于,所述薄膜(4)为塑料薄膜。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的蒸发元件,其特征在于,所述第二蓄水器(3)中含有放热反应性物质混合物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的蒸发元件,其特征在于,所述放热反应性物质混合物包含高含量的氧化钙。
8.根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的蒸发元件,其特征在于,所述待蒸发液体为含有咖啡因、尼古丁和/或其它芳香物质的水溶液。
9.根据权利要求1~8中任一项所述的蒸发元件,其特征在于,还包括用于覆盖第一材料层(1)的第二薄膜(2)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的蒸发元件,其特征在于,所述第二薄膜(2)由塑料材料制成。
11.根据权利要求1~10中任一项所述的蒸发元件,其特征在于,所述外壳(7)具有用于被蒸发液体的吸入的开口(15)。
12.根据权利要求1~11中任一项所述的蒸发元件,其特征在于,包括外壳(7),该外壳(7)例如可戴在手腕上。
