本发明提供一种便携式电子装置,包括一上机壳、一下机壳及一防水防尘元件,所述上机壳周围具有一第一卡扣部,该下机壳具有一第二卡扣部,该防水防尘元件具有一第三卡扣部,该第三卡扣部卡合于该第一卡扣部及第二卡扣部。

便携式电子装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种便携式电子装置,尤其是关于一种可防水防尘的便携式电子装置。
背景技术
随着无线通信与信息处理技术的发展,移动电话、个人数位助理(personal digital assitant,PDA)等便携式电子装置竞相涌现,令消费者可随时随地充分享受高科技带来的种种便利。
现有便携式电子装置通常包括一上机壳及一下机壳,并通过卡榫与卡槽的卡持配合或螺纹连接配合的方式结合为一体,从而将电路板运作系统包覆于其内。
然而,若所述便携式电子装置置于潮湿度高的环境中或下雨天被不小心淋湿时,水或水汽会经由上机壳与下机壳之间的装配间隙渗入便携式电子装置内部,从而影响便携式电子装置的电路板运作系统。此外,空气中漂浮的尘埃如果进入便携式电子装置内部,也会影响移动电话的性能。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种防水防尘性能较好的便携式电子装置。
一种便携式电子装置,包括一上机壳、一下机壳及一由弹性材料制成的防水防尘元件,所述上机壳周围具有一第一卡扣部,该下机壳具有一第二卡扣部,该防水防尘元件具有一第三卡扣部,该第三卡扣部卡合于该第一卡扣部及第二卡扣部;所述第一卡扣部为一第一环形槽,第二卡扣部为一第二环形槽,该第三卡扣部包括分别突设于防水防尘元件二侧的一第一环形凸条及一第二环形凸条,所述第一环形凸条与第二环形凸条错开设置,该第一环形凸条卡合于第一环形槽,该第二环形凸条卡合于该第二环形槽。
相较于现有技术,所述便携式电子装置的上机壳及下机壳与防水防尘元件在搭接处有较好的密封,从而可起到防水及防尘效果。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图4所示本发明便携式电子装置的较佳实施方式,该便携式电子装置10包括一上机壳11、一下机壳12及一防水防尘元件13。在本实施例中,该防水防尘元件13为一垫圈。
请参阅图4及图6,所述上机壳11包括一周壁111及一底壁112。该底壁112与周壁111围成一容置腔113。该周壁111具有一安装面1111。该安装面1111具有一第一卡扣部(图未标)。该第一卡扣部为一由该安装面1111向下开设的第一环形槽1112。该第一环形槽1112围绕该容置腔113设置。
请参阅图3,所述下机壳12大致为一矩形平板体,其周缘具有一第二卡扣部(图未标)。该第二卡扣部为一封闭的第二环形槽121。该第二环形槽121的形状及尺寸与第一环形槽1112的形状及尺寸大致相当。
请参阅图2、图5及图7,所述防水防尘元件13由弹性材料制成,其大致为一矩形框形体。该防水防尘元件13包括一基体131。该基体131的断面大致为一矩形,其包括一第一表面1311及一与该第一表面1311相对的第二表面1312。该防水防尘元件13具有一第三卡扣部(图未标)。该第三卡扣部包括一第一环形凸条1313及一第二环形凸条1314。该第一环形凸条1313对应上机壳11的第一环形槽1112突设于第一表面1311上。该第二环形凸条1314对应下机壳12的第二环形槽121突设于第二表面1312上。该第一环形凸条1313及第二环形凸条1314的横截面整体为梯形。该第一环形凸条1313及第二环形凸条1314受挤压时均可变形,便于与上机壳11的第一环形槽1112及下机壳12的第二环形槽121过盈配合。
请参阅图7及图8,装配时,首先将防水防尘元件13的第一环形凸条1313对准上机壳11的第一环形槽1112;之后将防水防尘元件13的第一环形凸条1313卡合于上机壳11的第一环形槽1112内;接着将下机壳12的第二环形槽121对准该第二环形凸条1314;之后将防水防尘元件13的第二环形凸条1314卡合于下机壳12的第二环形槽121内;最后通过螺钉(图未示)将上机壳11及下机壳12螺纹连接,由于第一环形凸条1313的纵向高度及第二环形凸条1314的纵向高度分别大于上机壳11的第一环形槽1112的深度及下机壳12的第二环形槽121的深度,装配时第一环形凸条1313及第二环形凸条1314受挤压产生弹性变形,从而密封住第一环形槽1112及第二环形槽121,进而将上机壳11与下机壳12密封于一体。
可以理解,该第一环形凸条1313及第二环形凸条1314的整个断面也可整体为矩形。
可以理解,该第一环形凸条1313及第二环形凸条1314的整个断面也可整体为三角形。
可以理解,该第一环形槽1112及第二环形槽121也可开设于防水防尘元件13上,对应的,该第一环形凸条1313及第二环形凸条1314则分别凸设于上机壳11及下机壳12上。
本发明便携式电子装置的上机壳11及下机壳12与防水防尘元件13在搭接处有较好的密封,从而可起到防水及防尘效果。此外,上机壳11与下机壳12的密封,也可避免移动电话的话筒声音信号从上机壳11与下机壳12的装配间隙传出,从而具有较好的隔音效果。

Claims (7)

1.一种便携式电子装置,包括一上机壳、一下机壳及一由弹性材料制成的防水防尘元件,其特征在于:所述上机壳周围具有一第一卡扣部,该下机壳具有一第二卡扣部,该防水防尘元件具有一第三卡扣部,该第三卡扣部卡合于该第一卡扣部及第二卡扣部;所述第一卡扣部为一第一环形槽,第二卡扣部为一第二环形槽,该第三卡扣部包括分别突设于防水防尘元件二侧的一第一环形凸条及一第二环形凸条,所述第一环形凸条与第二环形凸条错开设置,该第一环形凸条卡合于第一环形槽,该第二环形凸条卡合于该第二环形槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述第一环形凸条的纵向高度及第二环形凸条的纵向高度分别大于第一环形槽的深度及第二环形槽的深度。
3.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述第一环形凸条及第二环形凸条的横截面为梯形、矩形或三角形。
4.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述上机壳包括一周壁及一底壁,该底壁与周壁围成一容置腔,该周壁具有一安装面,该安装面向下开设有该围绕该容置腔的第一环形槽。
5.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述下机壳大致为一矩形平板体,其周缘开设有该第二环形槽。
6.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述第二环形槽的形状及尺寸与第一环形槽的形状及尺寸大致相当。
7.如权利要求1所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述防水防尘元件为一框形体。
