Abstract

本发明提供一种按键结构,包括一机壳及一按键体,该机壳具有一按键孔,该按键体一侧具有一触点,其另一侧具有一按压部,该按键体容置于按键孔内,所述按键体围绕该按压部环设一凸条,该凸条焊接于该机壳的内壁上,所述按键体于该凸条的两侧各环设一封闭沟槽。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种按键结构,尤其是关于一种可防水防尘的按键结构。
背景技术
随着无线通信与信息处理技术的发展,移动电话、个人数位助理(personal digital assitant,PDA)等便携式电子装置竞相涌现,令消费者可随时随地充分享受高科技带来的种种便利。便携式电子装置中,按键作为用户输入端已成为便携式电子装置必不可少的部分。
现有便携式电子装置按键结构主要将按键体套设在便携式电子装置的外壳孔上,按键体的底部设有触点,用于按压电路板的触点感应区以感应输入信息。该种按键结构若经常置于潮湿度高或下雨天被不小心淋湿时,水或水汽会经由按键与移动电话外壳之间的细微空隙渗入便携式电子装置内部,从而影响便携式电子装置的电路板运作系统。此外,空气中漂浮的尘埃如果进入移动电话内部,也会影响移动电话的性能。
为避免生活中因意外进水或进入尘埃而造成对便携式电子装置中电路板的损坏,键盘常采用防水防尘设计。现有技术中,防水键盘常采用防水薄膜包裹于按键表面,然该过程程序复杂,不易控制,且防水薄膜易损坏;此外,也有采用封胶形式,然其会造成制造成本增加,且封胶易受温度变化,而影响防水防尘效果。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可提高防水防尘性能的按键结构。
一种按键结构,包括一机壳及一按键体,该机壳具有一按键孔,该按键体一侧具有一触点,其另一侧具有一按压部,该按键体容置于按键孔内,所述按键体围绕该按压部环设一凸条,该凸条焊接于该机壳的内壁上,所述按键体于该凸条的两侧各环设一封闭沟槽。
相较于现有技术,所述按键结构通过凸条焊接在机壳的周壁的内侧,从而很好地防止了水分或灰尘通过按键盖与按键孔的装配间隙进入机壳的容置腔内。

具体实施方式
本发明按键结构适用于移动电话、个人数字助理(PersonalDigital Assistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置,在本实施方式中,以移动电话的侧面的按键结构为例加以说明。
请参阅图1及图2,所述移动电话的按键结构用于按压其内部的印刷电路板20以实现信息的输入。该印刷电路板20为一矩形板体,其两端各设置有一触点感应区21。
该按键结构10包括一机壳11、一按键盖12及一按键体13。
所述机壳11包括一周壁111及一底壁112。该底壁112与周壁111围成一容置腔113。该周壁111上开设有一大致为矩形的按键孔1111。
所述按键盖12大致为一矩形按键壳体,用于穿过该按键孔1111,并通过粘接的方式粘接在按键体13上。
请一并参阅图4,所述按键体13具有一安装面131及相对的一操作面132。该安装面131的中部向操作面132凹陷,从而于该安装面131形成一矩形凹槽1311,对应的,于该操作面132形成一矩形凸起1321。该矩形凸起1321即为操作面132的按压部。该凹槽1311的槽底的两端各凸设一台体状触点1312。该触点1312对应电路板20的触点感应区21设置。该按键体13的安装面131围绕该矩形凸起1321环设一凸条133。该凸条133为一矩形方框,其截面为三角形。该凸条133将该矩形凸起1321包围。该凸条133用于焊接在机壳11的周壁111的内侧。该操作部132于该凸条133的两侧各开设一封闭沟槽134。该沟槽134的截面为三角形。该按键体13由弹性材料制成,该凸条133的材料为银、铜等焊接材料。该凸条133与按键体13可以通过双射双料成型的方式一体成型。
请参阅图3至图4,装配时,首先将按键盖12粘接于按键体13的操作面132的按压部上;然后将带有按键盖12的按键体13装设于按键孔1111上,并使得按键体13容置于容置腔113;最后将按键体13的凸条133焊接于机壳11的周壁111的内侧即完成了该按键结构10的组装。
可以理解,该凸条133的截面也可以为一矩形。
可以理解,该按键盖12还可通过其它方式连接于按键体13的按键部上,如螺纹连接等。
所述按键结构10通过凸条133焊接在机壳11的周壁111的内侧,从而很好地防止了水分或灰尘通过按键盖12与按键孔1111的装配间隙进入机壳11的容置腔内。另外,位于该凸条133的两侧的沟槽134还可对渗入进来的水或灰尘起到缓冲作用。

Claims (9)

1.一种按键结构,包括一机壳及一按键体,该机壳开设一按键孔,该按键体一侧具有一触点,其另一侧具有一按压部,该按键体容置于按键孔内,其特征在于:所述按键体围绕该按压部环设一凸条,该凸条焊接于该机壳的内壁上,所述按键体于该凸条的两侧各环设一封闭沟槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的按键结构,其特征在于:所述凸条的截面为三角形。
3.如权利要求1所述的按键结构,其特征在于:所述凸条的截面为矩形。
4.如权利要求1所述的按键结构,其特征在于:所述封闭沟槽的截面为三角形。
5.如权利要求1所述的按键结构,其特征在于:所述按键体由弹性材料制成。
6.如权利要求1所述的按键结构,其特征在于:所述凸条的材料为焊接材料。
7.如权利要求1所述的按键结构,其特征在于:所述凸条与按键体通过双射双料成型的方式一体成型。
8.如权利要求1所述的按键结构,其特征在于:所述按键结构还包括一按键盖,该按键盖粘接于按键体的按压部上。
9.如权利要求1所述的按键结构,其特征在于:所述按键结构还包括一按键盖,该按键盖螺纹连接于按键体的按压部上。
