Abstract

本发明提供一种防水保护套。该保护套包括底盖及中空的上盖，该保护套还包括第一橡胶、中空的间隔件及中空的第二橡胶，该第一橡胶及间隔件与该上盖固定连接，且该第一橡胶位于该间隔件及该上盖之间，该间隔件按压该第一橡胶使该第一橡胶紧贴于该上盖，该第一橡胶包括弹性的薄壁透明橡胶，该底盖面向该上盖的一面设有收容该第二橡胶的凹槽，该上盖面向该底盖的一面凸设有与该凹槽配合的肋条，该上盖与该底盖固定连接后，该肋条挤压该凹槽内的第二橡胶，使该第二橡胶发生形变，以填满该凹槽。本发明的保护套由于第一橡胶及第二橡胶的作用，能防止水等液体进入电子装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保护套，特别涉及一种应用于便携电子装置的防水保护套。
背景技术
现有的便携式电子装置的防水保护套虽然能满足用户的基本需求，但仍有必要提供一种新型的防水保护套。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明提供一种防水保护套。
该保护套包括底盖及中空的上盖，该保护套还包括第一橡胶、中空的间隔件及中空的第二橡胶，该第一橡胶及间隔件与该上盖固定连接，且该第一橡胶位于该间隔件及该上盖之间，该间隔件按压该第一橡胶使该第一橡胶紧贴于该上盖，该第一橡胶包括弹性的薄壁透明橡胶，该底盖面向该上盖的一面设有收容该第二橡胶的凹槽，该上盖面向该底盖的一面凸设有与该凹槽配合的肋条，该上盖与该底盖固定连接后，该肋条挤压该凹槽内的第二橡胶，使该第二橡胶发生形变，以填满该凹槽。
本发明的保护套由于第一橡胶及第二橡胶的作用，能防止水等液体进入电子装置。

具体实施方式
请参考图1至图3，本实施方式中的防水保护套100包括中空的上盖10、底盖20、第一橡胶30、中空的间隔件40及中空的第二橡胶50。
上盖10包括第一边框12及贯穿上盖10的第一收容空间14。第一边框12面向底盖20的一面凸设有环绕第一收容空间14的肋条16。
第一橡胶30包括第二边框32及主体34。主体34为弹性的薄壁透明橡胶。主体34的形状与第一第一收容空间14的形状相配合。间隔件40包括第三边框42及贯穿间隔件40的第二收容空间44。第一橡胶30的第二边框32分别与上盖10的第一边框12及间隔件40的第三边框42固定连接，且位于上盖10及间隔件40之间。第一橡胶30及间隔件40固定于上盖10的第一边框12后较肋条16靠近第一第一收容空间14。间隔件40的第三边框42将第一橡胶30的第二边框32压紧，使第一橡胶30的第二边框32紧贴于上盖10的第一边框12，并且使第一橡胶30的主体34平行于第一收容空间14，以防止水等液体从上盖10进入保护套100。
底盖20包括底面22及第四边框24。第四边框24自该底面22的边缘朝垂直该底面22的方向延伸且环绕底面22。底面22及第四边框24共同形成第三收容空间26，用于收容电子装置200。本实施方式中的保护套100主要用于保护具有触控屏的便携电子装置，例如平板电脑。第四边框24面向上盖10的一面设有凹槽28。凹槽28环绕第三收容空间26，用于收容第二橡胶50及肋条16。上盖10与底盖20固定连接后，肋条16收容于凹槽28内并挤压凹槽28内的第二橡胶50，使第二橡胶50发生形变，以填满凹槽28，从而可防止水等液体从保护套100的侧边进入保护套100。
一般的触摸电子装置都设有主页键，因此本实施方式中的保护套100还包括按键部60。按键部60包括中空的第一按键框61、位于第一按键框61之下的按压部62及位于按压部62之下的中空的第二按键框63。第一按键框自上盖10的第一边框12向第一收容空间14延伸。第一按键框61设有穿孔612。按压部62自第一橡胶30的第二边框32向主体34延伸。第二按键框63自间隔件40的第三边框42向第二收容空间44延伸。按键部60还包括活动置于穿孔612内的按键盖64。按压按键盖64可按压按压部62。
使用本实施方式中的保护套100时，将电子装置200置于第三收容空间26内，使电子装置200设有显示屏的一面面向用户。将上盖10与底盖20固定连接，使电子装置200上的主页键置于按键部60下。上盖10与底盖20固定连接后，第一橡胶30紧贴于电子装置200设有显示屏的一面，肋条16收容于凹槽28并挤压凹槽28内的第二橡胶50，使第二橡胶50发生形变，以填满凹槽28。由于第一橡胶30及第二橡胶50的作用，保护套100能防止水等液体进入电子装置200。并且由于第一橡胶30的主体34为弹性的薄壁透明橡胶，且电子装置200的主页键置于按键部60之下，在电子装置200置于保护套100内后，用户仍可方便地操作电子装置。

Claims (5)

1.一种防水保护套，该保护套包括底盖及中空的上盖，其特征在于，该保护套还包括第一橡胶、中空的间隔件及中空的第二橡胶，该第一橡胶及间隔件与该上盖固定连接，且该第一橡胶位于该间隔件及该上盖之间，该间隔件按压该第一橡胶使该第一橡胶紧贴于该上盖，该第一橡胶包括弹性的薄壁透明橡胶，该底盖面向该上盖的一面设有收容该第二橡胶的凹槽，该上盖面向该底盖的一面凸设有与该凹槽配合的肋条，该上盖与该底盖固定连接后，该肋条挤压该凹槽内的第二橡胶，使该第二橡胶发生形变，以填满该凹槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的防水保护套，其特征在于，该上盖包括第一边框及贯穿该上盖的第一收容空间，该肋条自该第一边框凸出并环绕该第一收容空间，该第一橡胶包括第二边框及主体，该主体为弹性的薄壁透明橡胶，该间隔件包括第三边框及贯穿该间隔件的第二收容空间，该第一橡胶的第二边框及该间隔件的第三边框固定于该上盖的第一边框上，且较该肋条靠近该第一收容空间。
3.如权利要求2所述的防水保护套，其特征在于，该保护套还包括按键部，该按键部包括中空的第一按键框、按压部及中空的第二按键框，该第一按键框自该上盖的第一边框向该收容空间延伸，该按压部自该第一橡胶的第二边框向该主体延伸，该第二按键框自该间隔件的第三边框向该第二收容空间延伸。
4.如权利要求3所述的防水保护套，其特征在于，该第一按键框设有穿孔，该按键部还包括活动地置于该穿孔内的按键盖。
5.如权利要求2所述的防水保护套，其特征在于，该底盖包括底面及第四边框，该第四边框自该底面的边缘朝垂直该底面的方向延伸且环绕该底面，该底面及该第四边框共同形成第三收容空间，用于收容电子装置，该凹槽设置于该第四边框上并环绕该第三收容空间。
