背景技术
在EP1357255A1中已知一种属类的涡轮增压器。
在例如DE102005015947B3中说明了通过车轮与轴摩擦焊接的一种典型的涡轮机叶轮连接。
在此背景下,在迄今的现有技术中有待连接的两个零件的直径是相同的,并且作为该连接的结果而发生的焊缝被安排在该轴的直径以外并通过之后的切削加工再次被完全去除。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供如权利要求1的前序部分所限定类型的一种涡轮增压器,它使之有可能简化排气涡轮增压器或其涡轮机叶轮装置的生产。
这一目的是分别通过权利要求1、7、以及9的特征而实现的。
根据本发明的设计或根据本发明的方法的步骤所实现的是使一种分级的涡轮增压器轴的轴颈具有与该轴的最大直径相比更下的直径。它所支持的优点是作为焊接操作(优选摩擦焊接操作)的结果而发生连的、用于接该涡轮机叶轮和轴颈的焊缝不再必须进行机加工。
这些从属权利要求包含有本发明的多个有利的改进。

具体实施方式
图1展示了根据本发明的一个涡轮增压器1,它具有涡轮机壳体2以及压缩机壳体3,该压缩机壳体通过轴承壳体19与该涡轮机壳体相连。这些壳体2、3和19沿着一个旋转轴线R安排。该涡轮机壳体2部分地以截面示出,以便使叶片支承环6的安排清楚,该叶片支承环的安排是作为一个径向的外部导向叶片栅18的一部分,该导向叶片栅具有在圆周上分布的多个导向叶片7并具有枢转轴或者叶片轴8。由此形成了喷嘴截面,取决于该导向叶片7的位置,它们变得更大或更小,并且它们以更大或更小的程度利用来自发动机的排放气体作用于安装在旋转轴线R的中央的涡轮机转子4上,该排放气体是经由供气管道9来提供并经由一个中央连接件10而被排出以便经由该涡轮机转子4来驱动固定于同一个轴上的一个压缩机转子17。
为了控制这些导向叶片7的移动或位置,提供了一个致动装置11。这可按照任何希望的方法来进行设计,但一个优选的实施方案具有一个控制壳体12,该控制壳体控制固定在其上的一个挺杆构件14的移动,以便将所述挺杆构件14的移动转化到定位在该叶片支承环6之后的一个调节环5上,使其形成所述调节环的一种轻微的旋转运动。在叶片支承环6与涡轮机壳体2的环状部15之间形成了用于这些导向叶片7的一个自由空间13。为了能够确保所述自由空间13,该叶片支承环6具有形成为一体的多个间隔件16。在此实例中,将三个间隔件16以每一种情况下成120°的角度间隔安排在叶片支承环6的圆周上。然而,基本上有可能提供更多或更少的这种类型的间隔件。
在图2中以示意性的简化形式示出了图1所示的该排气涡轮增压器1的涡轮机叶轮装置20的尚未连接部分的细节。除了已述涡轮机叶轮4和轴21之外,该涡轮机叶轮装置20还具有一个连接部分22,涡轮机叶轮4可通过它而连接到轴21上。
根据本发明,该连接部分22配备了一个轴颈23。如从图2中的展示而变得更加清楚,该连接轴颈23具有直径DZ,在所示实例中,该直径最多占轴肩24直径DWA的大约90%。
在根据本发明的方法中,为了生产图2所示的涡轮机叶轮装置20,首先要生产涡轮机叶轮4,例如通过铸造操作。为此目的,可以采用钛铝合金或另外用一种镍基合金。
另外,该轴21是由奥氏体钢、马氏体钢或耐热钢、或另外由淬硬钢(如42CrMo4)、以及还有镍基合金来制造。在这种情况下,以上解释的轴颈23配备有直径DZ,它小于轴21的最大直径,在所展示的实例中,该直径小于该轴肩24的直径DWA
为使该涡轮机叶轮4与该轴21相连,进行了一种焊接操作,特别是一种摩擦焊接操作,在此期间发生了图3中很明显的焊接口27以及焊缝28。考虑到为轴颈23的直径DZ所选择的尺寸,该焊接操作产生出一个焊缝外直径29,该外直径小于轴21在这里的最大轴直径DWA
轴颈直径DZ的恰当的选择因此可实现以下优点:该焊缝28不会探出到轴直径之外并且因此不必再加工。
如上所述,根据本发明的方法优选使用摩擦焊接操作,其中以上解释的这些部件4和21进行了预热,或者所述部件在没有预热的情况下进行摩擦焊接。

Claims (11)

1.带有一个涡轮机叶轮装置(20)的一种排气涡轮增压器(1),该涡轮机叶轮装置具有:
-一个涡轮机叶轮(4),以及
-一个轴(21),该轴通过一个连接部分(22)与该涡轮机叶轮(4)可连接,
其特征在于:
-该连接部分(22)具有一个轴颈(23),其直径(DZ)小于该轴(21)的最大直径(DWA)。
2.如权利要求1所述的排气涡轮增压器,其特征在于在一个轴(21)与涡轮机叶轮(4)的连接过程中发生的焊缝(28)的焊缝外径(29)小于该轴(21)的最大直径(DWA)。
3.如权利要求1所述的排气涡轮增压器,其特征在于该连接部分(22)的轴颈(23)最多占该轴(21)的最大直径(DWA)的大约90%。
4.如权利要求1至3之一所述的排气涡轮增压器,其特征在于该涡轮机叶轮(4)的材料为一种钛铝合金。
5.如权利要求1至4之一所述的排气涡轮增压器,其特征在于该涡轮机叶轮(4)的材料为一种镍基合金。
6.如权利要求1至5之一所述的排气涡轮增压器,其特征在于该轴(21)的材料选自下组:奥氏体钢、马氏体钢、耐热钢、淬硬钢、以及镍基合金。
7.一个排气涡轮增压器(1)的一种涡轮机叶轮装置(20),
-具有一个涡轮机叶轮(4),并且
-具有一个轴(21),该轴通过一个连接部分(22)可连接到该涡轮机叶轮(4)上,
其特征在于
-该连接部分(22)具有一个轴颈(23),其直径(DZ)小于该轴(21)的最大直径(DWA)。
8.如权利要求7所述的涡轮机叶轮装置,其特征为权利要求2至7中的这些特征的至少一个。
9.用于生产一种排气涡轮增压器(1)的一个涡轮机叶轮装置(20)的一种方法,该涡轮机叶轮装置具有一个涡轮机叶轮(4)以及一个轴(21),该方法具有以下方法步骤:
-生产该涡轮机叶轮(4),
-生产该轴(21),该轴带有一个连接部分(22),该连接部分具有一个轴径(23),其直径(DZ)小于该轴(21)的最大直径(DWA),并且
-通过一种焊接操作来连接该涡轮机叶轮(4)和该轴(21),其中该轴径(23)被焊接到该涡轮机叶轮(4)上,并由此发生一个焊缝(28),其外径(29)是小于该轴(21)的最大直径(DWA)。
10.如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于所进行的该焊接操作是一种摩擦焊接操作。
