Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种家具铰链,包括一安装板,在其上设置一侧面部件;还包括一铰链部件,其经由一支承杆和一导向杆可回转地支承在侧面部件上,其中,为了缓冲铰链部件相对于侧面部件的运动而设置一个缓冲器。
背景技术
由EP1555372已知一种家具铰链,其中,一铰链部件可回转地支承在一侧面部件上。为此设置了一支承杆和一导向杆,它们按照并联控制杆的方式使在可动家具件例如家具门上固定的铰链部件进行偏转。为了实现运动的缓冲,在侧面部件上设置一个直线缓冲器,它经由一链节连接于导向杆上的一突出部。因此在导向杆偏转时实现缓冲作用。在此,该耦联是设计成刚性的,因而能实现有限的公差补偿,特别是在校准定位家具门以及相对于侧面部件或一安装板调整铰链部件之时。另外,经由链节实现的耦联是比较麻烦的,并且难以组装。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是提供一种家具铰链,该家具铰链对于公差补偿是灵活的,并且能够方便地进行组装。
为此,本发明提供一种家具铰链,包括一安装板,在其上设置一侧面部件;还包括一铰链部件,其经由一支承杆和一导向杆可回转地支承在侧面部件上,其中,为了缓冲铰链部件相对于侧面部件的运动而设置一个缓冲器;其中,在侧面部件上安装一滑板,该滑板贴靠到缓冲器上的一个接触面上并且建立起在所述缓冲器与所述支承杆之间的耦联;其特征在于,所述滑板通过一顶端能够由支承杆的一个板条推动;所述缓冲器构成为直线缓冲器并且向滑板那边通过一弹簧被偏压地支承,其中,所述直线缓冲器具有壳体和能在该壳体中移动的活塞杆,该缓冲器是一种流体缓冲器;所述滑板构造为,使得缓冲器只是在铰链部件关闭运动的一部分上起作用,而且是在小于一半的铰链部件最大偏转行程上起作用。
按照本发明,在侧面部件上安装一滑板,该滑板贴靠到缓冲器上的一个接触面上并且建立起在所述缓冲器与所述支承杆、导向杆或铰链部件之间的耦联。滑板由此便构成了一个可移动的中间环节,它并不在相对置的端部通过轴连接与缓冲器固定耦联,而只是可贴靠到一个与缓冲器直接或间接相连的接触面上。由此使得家具铰链构造简单,因为滑板只支承在侧面部件上的一个导引机构上。此外,在组装时还可以实现一定的公差补偿,因为仅仅经由接触面进行传力而不存在刚性的连接。
按照本发明的一种优选的设计形式,滑板经由导向装置可移动地支承在侧面部件上。在此,滑板可以与缓冲器的活塞杆同方向地直线运动,从而在传力时不产生横向力。
为了限制运动范围,可以使滑板可移动地保持在两个止挡之间,其中,运动范围设计为,使得只在要求的范围内、通常是在铰链部件的关闭位置之前不远造成缓冲作用。
为了能由少量的构件来制造该家具铰链,滑板可以具有一终端部分,它直接贴靠在缓冲器的壳体上。
为了引导滑板的运动,它可以具有一长孔,在该长孔中嵌入一销轴。所述长孔除了构成一导向装置之外还构成用以限制滑板行程的相对置的止挡。
优选地,滑板通过一顶端可由支承杆的一个板条推动,从而支承杆的回转运动导致滑板和缓冲器的直线运动。
所述缓冲器优选构成为直线缓冲器并且向滑板那边通过一弹簧被偏压地支承,从而,在铰链部件打开时,弹簧将缓冲器或缓冲器的壳体压往移出的位置。作用在缓冲器上的弹簧力小于将铰链部件往关闭位置偏压的弹簧的力。
为了实现简单的组装,侧面部件可以具有一个可回转的盖,在该盖上固定缓冲器。于是可以将缓冲器按简单的方式通过卡锁机构或其他固定元件固定在盖上。

具体实施方式
由金属和/或塑料制成的家具铰链1包括一个可固定在家具体上的安装板2,在其上固定地或可调地设置一侧面部件3。在侧面部件3上可回转地支承一罐形的铰链部件4,其中,为了实现回转运动而设置了一支承杆5和一导向杆6。支承杆5经由轴7铰接于铰链部件4,而经由轴8铰接于侧面部件3。导向杆6经由轴9可旋转地支承在铰链部件4上,而经由轴10可旋转地支承在侧面部件3上。铰链部件4可以固定在一家具门的凹槽上。
在支承杆5上成一体地构造一板条11,它可以与一个可直线运动的滑板12的折弯的顶端19相接触。在此,滑板12经由导向装置支承在侧面部件3上。为此在滑板12上留出一长孔18,在该长孔中嵌入一个固定于侧面部件3上的销轴17。
滑板12在对置于顶端19的那侧具有一个终端部分13,它作用到侧面部件3中缓冲器的壳体14的端面上。所述缓冲器构成为直线缓冲器,它具有一个可在壳体14中移动的活塞杆15。该缓冲器可以构成为流体缓冲器或气压缓冲器。
缓冲器的壳体14支承在侧面部件3的一个可绕轴22偏转的盖20上,在该盖上构造一止挡21。活塞杆15的一端以及弹簧16的一端贴靠在止挡21上,所述弹簧在对置端侧是支撑在壳体14上。因此壳体14在向滑板12的方向受到偏压。
图1中示出了家具铰链1的打开位置,其中,与铰链部件4连接的构件如家具门是打开的。
在图2中是将铰链部件4向关闭位置的方向偏转,其中,在所示的位置与关闭位置之间的角度α约为45°。在铰链部件4回转运动时也使支承杆5和导向杆6偏转,此时,支承杆5的板条11压向滑板12,滑板则再将活塞杆15压进缓冲器的壳体14中。
图3中示出了铰链部件4的关闭位置。在此,铰链部件4经由一弹簧被偏压到关闭位置,其中,该弹簧的力大于弹簧16的力。
在打开铰链部件4时,缓冲器的壳体14由于弹簧16的力而进行运动并且推压滑板12直到销轴17到达长孔18的终端。
图4中示出了家具铰链1的组装位置,其中表示出盖20处于打开位置。以此方式,可以将缓冲器连同壳体14、活塞杆15和弹簧16简单地固定在侧面部件3上。其中,盖20绕轴22可回转地支承在侧面部件3上。
侧面部件3可以经由适合的调整装置相对于安装板2可移动地支承。缓冲行程的长度是由长孔18限定的,其选择为,使得只是在铰链部件4的关闭位置之前不远发生缓冲作用。
在打开盖20时也可以特别简单地组装滑板12,它通过一轴13固定在侧面部件3上。
Claims (7)
1.家具铰链(1),包括一安装板(2),在其上设置一侧面部件(3);还包括一铰链部件(4),其经由一支承杆(5)和一导向杆(6)可回转地支承在侧面部件(3)上,其中,为了缓冲铰链部件(4)相对于侧面部件(3)的运动而设置一个缓冲器(14、15);其中,在侧面部件(3)上安装一滑板(12),该滑板贴靠到缓冲器(14、15)上的一个接触面上并且建立起在所述缓冲器(14、15)与所述支承杆(5)之间的耦联;其特征在于,所述滑板(12)通过一顶端(19)能够由支承杆(5)的一个板条(11)推动;所述缓冲器(14、15)构成为直线缓冲器并且向滑板(12)那边通过一弹簧(16)被偏压地支承,其中,所述直线缓冲器具有壳体(14)和能在该壳体(14)中移动的活塞杆(15),该缓冲器是一种流体缓冲器;所述滑板(12)构造为,使得缓冲器(14、15)只是在铰链部件(4)关闭运动的一部分上起作用,而且是在小于一半的铰链部件(4)最大偏转行程上起作用。
