Abstract
一种整体水泥复合保温外墙生产安装工艺及相配套的摊抹板机,本发明提出了无桥热、无开裂、低成本,并把水、电、气、管道及门窗口一次做出的整体水泥保温外墙及生产方法,并在安装时与框架施工同步进行的建筑新工艺,并设计出相配套的摊抹板机,采用多轨道、多层叠压的方法连续生产。本发明能使建筑隔热保温、节能环保,能使建筑轻体牢固、抗震防震,能使建筑节约材料、降低成本、缩短工期,一次施工取得多重事半功倍的效果。该工艺不但适用于楼房居室建设,同样也适用于冷库建设,不但适用于外墙生产安装,同样也适用于内墙的生产与安装施工,它的推广,必定产生不可估量的经济效益与社会效益。
Description
整体水泥复合保温外墙生产安装工艺及相配套的摊抹板机
一、技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及整体水泥复合保温外墙生产安装工艺及相配套的摊抹板机。
二、背景技术
[0002] 目前,节能建筑一般有两种形式:一种是在墙体外做保温层,这样的方法有以下缺 点:1、做外保温层要再次施工,费工费时费料成本高。2、热桥面积大。3、建设工期长。4建 筑物的自身重量大,防震抗震性能差。二种是采用玻璃纤维增强水泥(GRC)外墙内保温板 (JC|T893-2001),这种方法仍有很大不足:1、成本高,生产中必须采用快干水泥,普通水泥 则无法生产,而快干水泥是普通水泥的2倍。2、复合板热桥面积大,复合板的两侧面边肋厚 约1公分,粘缝用5毫米计算,每一块板的热桥面积达0. 075平方米。3、复合板的抗冲击力、 折弯力差,面层与保温层基本没有粘合力,形不成一个整体,只能靠两边肋的支掌力。4、此 类板安装时裂缝很难清除。5、所用生产设备——机械组合立模板机的成本高,以8块组的 板机为例需钢材5吨,电力17-千瓦。6、生产效率低,以8块机为例,即便使用的是快干水 泥,但出一次模要70分钟,一班才生产100平方米左右。7、安装施工复杂,拼缝、粘缝、打锲 子、卡子,做窗口、门口等多道工序。
三、发明内容
[0003] 为了克服以上节能建筑在施工、材料生产以及配套设备所存在的缺陷,本发明提 出了一种无桥热、无开裂、低成本、高质量并把水、电、气管道及门窗口一次做出的整体水泥 保温墙及生产方法,并在安装时与框架施工同步进行的建筑新工艺,还特设计出相配套的 摊抹板机,采用多轨道,多层叠压的方法连续生产。
[0004] 本发明是这样实现的:预处理保温层板,把所需保温层板四周开出凹槽,上下面开 出网格式凹槽,凹槽底部大于上部成梯形,在墙内面开出水、电、气管路槽,开出门窗口,四 周要大于实际口的尺寸,然后喷抹粘结沙浆。挖出的保温板再做成实际门窗口尺寸,上面增 厚一个水泥抹面层的厚度,然后平放入开口正中间,在四周缝中竖放钢丝网,水、电、气管道 放入槽内、出口处放上保温板盖口。在保温层板上面铺加强钢丝,露连接头,并和开口缝中 的竖放钢丝网相连,把预处理完毕的保温层放入工作轨道;开动摊抹板机抹面并铺玻璃纤 维网格布,上面铺隔离膜可多轨道多层叠压连续生产作业,不铺隔离膜可待水泥少凝固后, 也可多层叠压生产;待上面水泥层凝固期满,再反转做另一面。内墙两面可一次做成。
[0005] 整体水泥复合保温墙安装施工与框架同时进行,竖框架钢筋捆扎好后,即吊上整 体墙,装入两框架钢筋间,墙底部下面抹水泥砂浆与建筑结构结合,再吊上上框架钢筋,墙 体上的预留钢丝分别与框架上的钢筋相连结,墙体的端面可做竖框架的左右面模板和上框 架的底模板用,框架外面模板可用单面水泥复合保温条板,框架内面模板安装完毕后浇注 水泥沙石料,框架与整体墙牢固的结合成一个整体。
[0006] 与整体水泥复合保温外墙生产安装工艺相配套的轨道式,龙门架自走多层摊抹板 机是由轨道、龙门架、电器控制台、调速电机(三用)、工作台、摊抹电机、提升工作台系统、液压地面自走装置构成。龙门架上部内安装备料斗,电器控制台,安有三用调速电机并和主 动轴连结,主动轴上有齿轮并和行走拨杈,提升降工作台拨杈、液压拨杈相连;轨道行走装 置有行走拨杈、链轮、链条和四个轨道轮相连,四个轨道轮分别安在龙门架四个腿下方,与 轨道相扣,当行走时推上行走拨杈,分离另外两个拨杈,启动调速电机,就可在轨道上行走 工作;工作台是由一块长方形平钢板构成,中部开有长方形下料孔,上方并设有水泥料斗, 斗上安有电机,并带动下料孔上方的搅拌、振动、摊抹轴,工作台前、后边各设有铺隔离膜、 玻璃纤维布装置,工作时,水泥不停的搅拌振动,通过长方形下料孔摊抹在保温层板上,靠 机器不停的行走和工作台下平面的作用,均勻平整的水泥面层完成,并同时铺玻璃纤维网 布及隔离膜;提升降工作台装置包括:提升降拨杈、链轮、链条、伞形齿轮等,四根螺杆安在 龙门架四角腿内侧,并与工作台的四角相连,调整工作台时分离其它两个拨杈,推上升降拨 杈,启动调速电机,就可升降调节复面层的厚度或多层摊抹上面;液压地面自走装置有液压 拨杈、油泵、油缸、杠梁、车轮组成,杠梁内有传动轴,并与杠梁上的变向变速箱输出部的链 齿轮连接,输入轴上有链齿轮。杠梁置于龙门机架两外侧,上安有四个油缸分别与机架四条 腿相对应,轮胎安在杠梁上的传动轴上。工作时,分离其它拨杈,推上液压拨杈,油缸把机器 重量转移在杠梁轮胎上,同时变向变速箱的输入链轮与行走链接触,推上行走拨杈,分离油 压拨杈,机器横行于原轨道,进入新轨道。
[0007] 机器工作时,把隔离膜和网布从前方经工作台下方拉至机器后方压住,调整工作 台与轨道内保温层板的高度,推上自走拨杈,启动调速电机和搅拌摊抹电机,料斗内的水 泥、均勻地摊抹在保温层上。备料斗的作用是尽量的多装料,减轻工作台料斗的重量、升降 方便,工作台料斗的料减少后,备料斗的料放入工作台料斗。
[0008] 整体水泥复合保温外墙生产安装工艺及相配套的摊抹板机,它有以下特点:
[0009] 1、隔热保暖效果好,因整体墙无边肋,消除了桥热,所以此工艺优于一切外保温、 内保温和条板类保温板,不但楼房居室适用,同时也适用于大型冷库建设。
[0010] 2、重量轻,整体水泥复合保温墙每平方米重约38公斤,以一块20平方米的墙计算 才760公斤,一般砖墙重量为8吨左右,它可减少建筑二分之一的总重量,为防震抗震创造 了条件。
[0011] 3、防震抗震,整体水泥复合保温外墙的面层是由水泥、粘结砂浆和保温层构成,不 但粘结牢固,还通过下面的网格水泥框下宽上窄的特殊形体与保温层永不脱离,提高了抗 折荷载和增强了抗冲击性。安装时墙体的加强筋与框架筋连结,再加上端面凹槽,在框架浇 注水泥后,两者连成一个整体,即便大楼倾倒,墙体也不会倒塌伤人。
[0012] 4、整体水泥复合保温外墙与框架同时施工的建筑方法打破了传统的先打好框架 再砌墙或装条板的建筑模式,它省去了许多施工工序:(1)、省去了水、电、气管路、线路的铺 设。(2)、省去了门窗口的施工。(3)、省去了外保温的施工。(4)、省去了砌墙施工。(5)、省 去大部分模板的安装和拆卸。
[0013] 5、施工后该墙体可再上面或不上面,直接粉刷涂料、饰面,也可在作墙体时一次把 饰面层做出,饰面层为涂料、墙面漆、磁砖、石材、塑铝板等。
[0014] 6、水泥摊抹板机技术先进,该机重1. 3吨,耗电量4千瓦,摊抹宽度可达4米,长不 受限制,每班可生产1-2千平方米墙体,不但可生产外墙、也可生产内墙,可多轨道、多层叠 压生产。该板机的诞生,为整体水泥复合保温外墙的生产奠定了基础。[0015] 总之,整体水泥复合保温外墙生产安装工艺及相配套的摊抹板机,它能使建筑隔 热保温、节能环保,它能使建筑轻体牢固、抗震、防震,它能使建筑节约材料、降低成本、缩短 工期,一次施工取得多重事半功倍的效果。该工艺不但适用于楼房居室建设,同样也适用于 冷库建设,不但适用于外墙生产安装,同样也适用于内墙的生产与安装施工,它的推广,必 定产生不可估量的经济效益与社会效益。

五、具体实施方式
[0019] 取一块宽3米、长6米、厚0. 22米的保温板(6),开出端面凹槽(7),梯形凹槽⑶, 水、电、气管凹槽(5),门窗口(11),开出的尺寸要比实际尺寸大一些,挖出的保温板尺寸做 成实际门窗口尺寸,备做门窗口模,喷抹粘结砂浆(4),水、电、气管放入槽(5)内,门窗钢丝 网(10)放入(11),周边铺钢丝网露连接头(3)并与(10)连接;把处理好的保温板放入轨 道(36)内,板机驶入,从放置装置(26)上取下玻璃网布(4),经工作台(32)上的开口(40) 处从台面下向后拉过压住,推上提升工作台拨杈(21),调整好工作台(32)与保温板(6)的 距离(水泥面层(1)的厚度),分离升降工作台拨杈(21)推上行走拨杈(20),启动摊抹电 机(29),料斗(28)内的水泥料经搅拌摊抹轴(23)的作用,从长方形开口(31)摊抹在保温 层板(6)上,水泥面层(1)完成,同时从放置装置(25)上拉下隔离膜铺在水泥面层(1)上, 备下一层的作业;待水泥面层凝固到期后,反转上另一面。施工时,框架钢筋(12)捆扎好 后,吊上整体水泥复合墙,连接头钢丝(3)与(12)连结,上好模板(14),上好半面水泥复合 保温板(15),注入水泥砂浆(13),墙体框架施工完毕。

Claims (3)
- 一种整体水泥复合保温外墙生产安装工艺,其中整体水泥复合保温外墙包括两面均设为水泥面层和玻璃纤维布,中间是保温层板,该工艺的特征在于:预处理保温层板,把所需保温层板四周侧面开出凹槽,上下面开出网格式凹槽,网格式凹槽底部大于上部呈梯形,在墙内面开出水、电、气管道槽,开出门、窗口,要大于实际尺寸,喷抹粘结沙浆,挖出的保温层板做成门窗口实际尺寸,上面增厚一个水泥面层的厚度,然后平放于门窗开口的正中间作模框,在四周缝中竖放钢丝网,水、电、气管路放入保温板槽内,出口处盖防护盖,在保温层板上面铺加强钢丝网,露连接头,并和门窗开口缝中的竖放钢丝网连接,把预处理的保温层板平放入工作轨道,摊抹水泥面层,铺玻璃纤维布,上面铺隔离膜,多层叠压连续生产;施工安装与框架同时进行,竖框架钢筋捆扎好后,即吊上整体墙,装入两框架钢筋间,墙底部下面抹水泥砂浆与建筑结构结合,再吊上上框架钢筋,墙体上预留的钢丝连接头分别与框架上的钢筋相连结,墙体的端面用作竖框架的左右面模板和上框架的底模板,待框架内模板安装完毕后浇注水泥石料。
- 2. 一种与权利要求1中所述工艺相配套的摊抹板机,包括轨道、三用调速电机、电器控 制台,其特征在于:采用龙门机架,龙门机架上部内安装备料斗,龙门机架上部安有电器控 制台,三用调速电机并和主动轴连结,主动轴上有齿轮并和行走拨杈、提升降工作台拨杈、 液压拨杈相连;轨道行走装置有相连的行走拨杈、链轮、链条和四个轨道轮,四个轨道轮分 别安在龙门机架四个腿下方,与轨道相扣;工作台是由一块长方形钢板构成,置在龙门机架 内中央备料斗下,前部设有电机,中部开有长方形下料孔,上方设有水泥料斗,水泥料斗上 口与备料斗下口相对;工作台长方形下料孔上方有搅拌、振动、摊抹轴,工作台前后均设置 铺隔离膜装置和铺玻璃纤维布装置;提升降工作台装置包括提升降工作台拨杈、链轮、链 条、伞形齿轮,四根螺杆安在龙门机架四角腿的内侧,并和工作台的四角相连;液压地面自 走装置有液压拨杈、油泵、油缸、杠梁,杠梁内有传动轴,传动轴与杠梁上的变向变速箱上的 输出链齿轮相连,变向变速箱输入部有链齿轮;杠梁置于龙门机架两外侧,上安有四个油缸 与龙门机架四腿相应,轮胎安于杠梁两端的传动轴上。
