背景技术
就离岸平台的锚定或移动而言,知道系泊缆上的负载作用通常是有用的。相应地,在船舶上其它操作时,知道穿过鲨鱼钳的锚定缆、链或缆索上的应变是有用的。
发明内容
本发明的目标是提供一种允许借助于负载读取来测量负载作用的解决方案。通过将多个负载传感器或类似装置布置于鲨鱼钳,能提供一种安全且准确的方法来读取例如锚定缆(在其紧固在鲨鱼钳中时)中的负载。
上述目标用独立权利要求1中限定的设备来实现,通过一种用于船舶上鲨鱼钳的设备,其中鲨鱼钳布置来紧固锚定缆、缆索、链等,其中鲨鱼钳包括其形式为布置于鲨鱼钳一个或多个侧面的一个或多个负载读取仪的测量装置,以便读取在负载作用于上述锚定缆、缆索、链等期间出现的应变。
优选实施例在从属权利要求2—4中给出。所述负载读取仪能相对于鲨鱼钳的主体成角度地布置,比如45度。另外,负载读取仪能成对地布置,并且负载读取仪能由多个负载传感器、应变仪等构成。本发明还应用于测量装置在鲨鱼钳中的使用。

具体实施方式
图1示出了鲨鱼钳10和牵引销12,布置为使得其能在船舶甲板中升高或降低,以分别紧固和引导锚定缆、缆索、链等。鲨鱼钳的构造能以传统的方式制作并且认为是本领域技术人员已知的。
鲨鱼钳10包括大体上垂直布置的主体14,在该处布置多个负载读取仪16。负载读取仪优选地布置在所述主体14的腔或凹穴18内,并且凹穴18(并且从负载读取仪16)能由螺栓固定在凹穴18上的盖板20所保护以使得它们保持干燥并且保护它们免受锚定部件的影响。
如图3a-3c所示,负载读取仪能例如成角度地布置于鲨鱼钳中。45度的角度是优选的,但是也可以使用其它角度。这种布置的优点在于负载读取仪从而不依赖于在负载作用期间鲨鱼钳在甲板之上多高。为了增加可靠性,其它多个负载读取仪,例如两个,能布置在鲨鱼钳的每侧处。
图2示出了,从具有负载读取仪16的凹穴18,缆索管道22能在鲨鱼钳的内侧上向下延伸至鲨鱼钳的下侧。从每个负载读取仪的缆索能在所述缆索管道中延伸至紧固至下侧的结合箱24。从这个缆索箱24,仅两个导线26,28需要进一步延伸至电气柜体30。从所述柜体,能将显示鲨鱼钳上并且从而锚定缆、缆索等上的负载的信号发送至例如船舶的船桥上的显示单元。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于船舶上鲨鱼钳(10)的设备,其中鲨鱼钳布置来固定锚定缆、缆索、链等,其特征在于,鲨鱼钳包括其形式为布置于鲨鱼钳一侧或多侧的一个或多个负载读取仪(16)的测量装置,所述测量装置布置来读取在负载作用于所述锚定缆、缆索、链等期间出现的应变。
2.根据权利要求1的设备,其特征在于,所述负载读取仪(16)相对于鲨鱼钳的主体(14)成角度地布置,比如45度。
3.根据权利要求2的设备,其特征在于,所述负载读取仪(16)成对地布置。
4.根据权利要求2-3的设备,其特征在于,所述负载读取仪由多个负载传感器、应变仪等构成。
5.测量装置在船舶上鲨鱼钳(10)中的使用,其中鲨鱼钳布置来固定锚定缆、缆索、链等,鲨鱼钳包括其形式为布置于鲨鱼钳一侧或多侧的一个或多个负载读取仪(16)的测量装置,所述测量装置布置来读取在负载作用于所述锚定缆、缆索、链等期间出现的应变。
