Abstract

背景技术
公知类型的太阳能板通过由对流物质例如水流动通过的、用于水与承受太阳辐射的吸收材料之间的热交换的导管形成。吸收材料可以是其他蓄能液体或者导管本身可以由良好地吸收太阳辐射的材料组成。
这种太阳能板单独使用并可以安装在其他结构上,并因此其任务仅在于获取太阳辐射能量。
公知类型的太阳能板成本很高,也是因为其结构和构成仅确定为用于热传递。
发明内容
本发明的目的因此在于,消除公知类型太阳能板的缺点并提出一种太阳能板,其可以这样结合到结构例如建筑物中,即,使该太阳能板同时可以构成该结构的组成部分。
该目的通过一种具有权利要求1特征的太阳能板,特别是瓦得以实现。
如果瓦内装入用于对流物质的导管,则可以将瓦的材料用作太阳辐射的吸收体使用和太阳能板因此成为一种瓦,其中,令人满意地提供两种不同的功能:一种是热能单元的功能和另一种是建筑物的覆盖部的功能。
出乎预料地发现,作为材料可以使用由水果,特别是苹果组成的材料,以及例如意大利专利申请BZ 2006 A 000 034所说明的那样。

具体实施方式
正如附图所示,用附图符号1整体标注例如已知构型的用于覆盖建筑物的瓦。瓦1包括太阳能吸收材料、至少一个导管2,所述导管蛇形地这样装入瓦1本身内,即,使导管与吸收材料接触。具有蛇形形状3的导管2具有一流体载热介质的供给口4和一瓦的输出端上的出口5。
如图2所示,多个瓦1彼此顺序排列。第一个瓦1与输入端总管/汇集器(Sammler)6连接,该总管具有用于向多个瓦行1依次供给的输入端7。每个瓦与下一个瓦经由其出口5连同所排列的瓦的供给件4通过例如连接件8相连接,而该行最后的瓦通入具有输出端10的输出端总管9内。
各行瓦的出口5与输出端总管9连接,以便对耗设备例如热水蓄集器进行供给。
如图3所示,连接件也可以通过瓦形成,其中瓦11具有导管段12,该导管段的输入端13与瓦1的出口连接,而该导管段的出口14与一附近的瓦的供给件4连接,在本实施例中具有26KW/h×kg的产热效率。
适宜地,太阳能板或根据本发明瓦的吸收材料由粉碎的水果,例如苹果构成,所述水果(材料)主要在水果加工业中作为废弃物得到。
也可以采用其他方案和其他特征,而不会偏离本发明的保护范围。例如,导管可以通过分开的管形成,将它们嵌入吸收材料内或者它们可以直接从材料中取出。
Claims (7)
1.一种太阳能板,特别是瓦,包括太阳能吸收材料、至少一个与吸收材料接触的导管和流动通过导管的热量的载热流体,其特征在于,将导管装入吸收材料内。
2.按权利要求1所述的太阳能板,其特征在于,各导管由嵌入吸收材料内的管形成。
3.按权利要求1所述的太阳能板,其特征在于,各导管直接从吸收材料得出。
4.按前述权利要求所述的太阳能板,其特征在于,吸收材料由水果,特别是由粉碎的苹果形成。
5.按前述权利要求所述的太阳能板,其特征在于,所述太阳能板构成瓦。
6.按前述权利要求所述的太阳能板,其特征在于,各太阳能板相互依次排列,以便形成行,其中,两个相互依次排列的太阳能板通过一个连接件连接,其中,各行的第一个和最后一个太阳能板分别与一输入端总管和一输出端总管连接,所述输入端总管和输出端总管连接多个相互依次排列的太阳能板行。
7.按前述权利要求所述的太阳能板,其特征在于,对于两个相互依次排列的太阳能板,第一个太阳能板具有一与另一个太阳能板的反向导管的输入端连接的输出端,而后一个太阳能板具有一与顺序排列的太阳能板的输入端连接的输出端。
