Abstract

一种阶梯式花纹沟曲纹载重斜交轮胎,设计轮胎的外轮廓,减小弧度高(1),增大花纹块宽度(4),沟壁采用阶梯式,并减小沟底圆弧半径(9),圆弧半径为1.25~1.75mm;设计胎体帘线结构,对胎体帘线增加一层内层帘线,减少一层缓冲帘线,增大缓冲层帘线角度,采用曲纹胎专用胎面胶,因而可以有效防止花纹沟的早期断裂、提高轮胎使用寿命、提高经济效益,特别适用于轮胎行业使用。

一种阶梯式花纹沟曲纹载重斜交轮胎
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种轮胎,特别是一种阶梯式花纹沟曲纹载重斜交轮胎。
背景技术:
目前,我国轮胎行业使用的轮胎,因斜交胎的本身结构特点,胎体帘线层层交叉排列,胎冠部位采用尼龙帘线做为缓冲结构,胎冠较柔软,刚性不足。胎冠中部充气后突起,花纹沟中沟反复曲挠变形较大,容易导致花纹沟裂口,轮胎使用寿命短。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是要提供一种可以有效防止花纹沟的早期断裂、提高轮胎使用寿命、提高经济效益的阶梯式花纹沟曲纹载重斜交轮胎。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:1、一种阶梯式花纹沟曲纹载重斜交轮胎,其特征在于
(1)、设计轮胎的外轮廓,①减小弧度高(1),使弧度高(1)与断面高(2)的比值为0.0404~0.52,②增大花纹块宽度(4),使花纹块宽度与行驶面宽度的比值为0.13~0.15,在花纹沟向外拐角处采用圆弧连接,拐角处圆弧半径(11)为5~10mm,③沟壁采用阶梯式,在沟壁上增加宽度为1.2~1.5mm宽的平台(7),上花纹沟深度(5)与下花纹沟深度(6)的比值为0.65~0.67;花纹沟倾斜角度(8)调整为0~2度;并减小沟底圆弧半径(9),圆弧半径为1.25~1.75mm;
(2)、设计胎体帘线结构,对胎体帘线增加一层内层帘线,减少一层缓冲帘线,增大缓冲层帘线角度,缓冲层帘线角度为35~36度,成品胎冠角度为55~58度;
(3)、采用曲纹胎专用胎面胶,提高胶料的伸长率和抗撕裂性能,达到抗裂口的目的。
本发明的一个最佳实施方案:
生胶体系选用抗裂口性能好的天然橡胶与耐动态疲劳性能优异的顺丁橡胶并用,选择并用比例为70∶30,补强体系选择高补强性能的中超耐磨炭黑。
本发明的优点在于:
由于设计轮胎的外轮廓,减小弧度高(1),增大花纹块宽度(4),沟壁采用阶梯式,并减小沟底圆弧半径(9),圆弧半径为1.25~1.75mm;设计胎体帘线结构,对胎体帘线增加一层内层帘线,减少一层缓冲帘线,增大缓冲层帘线角度,采用曲纹胎专用胎面胶,因而可以有效防止花纹沟的早期断裂、提高轮胎使用寿命、提高经济效益。

具体实施方式:
减小弧度高(1),使弧度高(1)与断面高(2)的比值为0.0404~0.52;增大花纹块宽度(4),使花纹块宽度与行驶面宽度的比值为0.13~0.15;在花纹沟向外拐角处采用圆弧连接,拐角处圆弧半径(11)为5~10mm;花纹沟设计形式,即沟壁采用阶梯式,在沟壁上增加宽度为1.2~1.5mm宽的平台(7),上花纹沟深度(5)与下花纹沟深度(6)的比值为0.65~0.67;花纹沟倾斜角度(8)调整为0~2度;并减小沟底圆弧半径(9),圆弧半径为1.25~1.75mm,对磨耗标志进行倒角,圆弧半径(10)为6~10mm;对胎体帘线增加一层内层帘线,减少一层缓冲帘线,增大缓冲层帘线角度,缓冲层帘线角度为35~36度,成品胎冠角度为55~58度;生胶体系选用抗裂口性能好的天然橡胶与耐动态疲劳性能优异的顺丁橡胶并用,选择并用比例为70∶30,补强体系选择高补强性能的中超耐磨炭黑,硫化体系选择低硫高促的有效硫化体系,使硫化胶料分子链尽可能产生少的多硫键,胶料物理机械性能:拉伸强度:≥23Mpa,扯断伸长率%:≥580。

1.一种阶梯式花纹沟曲纹载重斜交轮胎,其特征在于
(1)、设计轮胎的外轮廓,①设置弧度高(1),使弧度高(1)与断面高(2)的比值为0.0404~0.52,②设置花纹块宽度(4),使花纹块宽度与行驶面宽度的比值为0.13~0.15,在花纹沟向外拐角处采用圆弧连接,拐角处圆弧半径(11)为5~10mm,③沟壁采用阶梯式,在沟壁上设置宽度为1.2~1.5mm宽的平台(7),上花纹沟深度(5)与下花纹沟深度(6)的比值为0.65~0.67;花纹沟倾斜角度(8)设为0~2度;并设置沟底圆弧半径(9),使沟底圆弧半径为1.25~1.75mm;
(2)、设计胎体帘线结构,对胎体帘线增加一层内层帘线,减少一层缓冲帘线,设置缓冲层帘线角度,使缓冲层帘线角度为35~36度,成品胎冠角度为55~58度;
(3)、采用曲纹胎专用胎面胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阶梯式花纹沟曲纹载重斜交轮胎,其特征在于所述的曲纹胎专用胎面胶采用:
(1)、生胶体系选用抗裂口性能好的天然橡胶与耐动态疲劳性能优异的顺丁橡胶并用,选择并用重量比例为70∶30;
(2)、补强体系选择高补强性能的中超耐磨炭黑。
