Abstract

背景技术
内燃机和燃气涡轮发动机是具有内部部件的复杂的机械系统。这些机器的复杂性指的是需要拆卸发动机而不服务很长时间的日常维护以及不按时间表的修理。
在大多数应用中,与发动机本身的成本相比,通过燃气涡轮发动机提供的服务具有非常高的价值。例如在气体泵送操作中,发动机跨越大陆输送大量燃气,并且在发电应用中,用于一年的燃料成本会大于发动机的价值。在燃气涡轮或其它发动机类型的这些和其它应用中,越来越需要减小发动机修理和维护而不进行服务的时间。
许多发动机部件包括用于燃料、空气、润滑剂等的流体导管。这些导管通常变得由于污物或碎片部分或全部而堵塞,需要费时地拆卸或清理。一种这样的部件是燃气涡轮中的导引燃烧器,在初始和低发动机载荷下保持燃烧过程。EP0728989和GB2336663提供有关燃气涡轮发动机的导引燃烧器的角色的进一步信息。
提供特别是内部流体导管的这种部件的快速和有效清理的系统将提供优于现有技术的显著优点。
发明内容
按照本发明的第一方面,提供一种清理发动机部件的方法,包括如下步骤:配置封罩,以便提供与所述部件的流体密封,所述封罩包括超声波转换器;经由供应导管引导清理流体以便接触部件;通过超声波转换器激励清理流体;并且经由废物导管将清理流体引导离开部件。
在优选实施例中,发动机部件包括内部流体导管(例如发动机正常操作过程中燃料流路的一部分)、清理流体供应装置和废物导管,配置成在清理过程中引导清理流体经过所述内部流体导管。
按照本发明的第二方面,提供一种清理具有内部流体导管的发动机部件的设备,包括配置成提供与所述部件的流体密封的封罩;配置成引导清理流体进入内部流体导管的供应导管;以及配置成在离开内部流体导管之后收集清理流体的废物导管。

具体实施方式
参考图1,用于清理发动机部件的设备包括封罩2、清理流体供应导管3、清理流体废物导管4以及超声波转换器5。
该设备配置成在部件1和封罩2之间提供流体密封,使得在操作过程中,清理流体(通过箭头表示)被引导,以便在经由导管4引导到废物之前接触部件1。转换器5提供清理流体的超声波激励以有助于清理。
清理流体从可以是从中泵送流体的压力容器或储槽的来源(未示出)供应。
参考图2,在本发明的特定实施例中将被清理的部件1包括用于燃气涡轮发动机的导引燃烧器。燃料入口6连接到(在操作过程中)将燃料引导到喷嘴8的内部流体(燃料)导管7。清理流体供应导管3连接到燃料入口6,并且清理流体废物导管4配置成在它从喷嘴8汇合并接触部件1的其它表面9的收集清理流体。
如上所述,转换器5提供清理流体的超声波激励。
参考图3,该设备可包括清理流体源10,流体源10包括具有适用于便携或滚轮安装的尺寸的压力容器。因此提供一种完整的自适应系统,可容易带到发动机位置,以有助于部件清理。
Claims (6)
1.一种清理发动机部件的方法,包括如下步骤:
配置封罩,以便提供与所述部件的流体密封,所述封罩包括超声波转换器;
经由导管引导清理流体,以便接触部件;
通过超声波转换器激励清理流体;
经由废物导管引导清理流体离开部件。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,该部件包括内部流体导管,并且清理流体被引导以便流过其中。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,该部件包括燃气涡轮的导引燃烧器。
4.一种用于清理具有内部流体导管的发动机部件的设备,包括:
封罩,配置成提供与所述部件的流体密封,并具有定位其上的超声波转换器;
供应导管,配置成引导清理流体进入内部流体导管;
废物导管,配置成在离开内部流体导管之后收集清理流体。
5.如权利要求4所述的设备,其特征在于,还包括便携式清理流体供应装置。
6.如权利要求4所述的设备,其特征在于,该部件是燃气涡轮的导引燃烧器。
