Claims (8)
- 【权利要求1】一种背光模组,包括一导光板及一LED光源组,所述导光板具有一出光面及位于该出光面侧端的一入光面,该LED光源组设于导光板的入光面且LED光源组的出光面与所述入光面相对设置,其特征在于:还包括一通风管,所述通风管内具有一空气通道,通风管的两端分别设有与空气通道相连通的一进气口与一出气口,所述出气口在重力方向上高于进气口,所述LED光源组设于该通风管上并与通风管热连接,所述通风管用以吸收光源组工作时所产生的热量使空气通道内的空气沿与重力相反的方向上升。
- 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述出气口的截面积大于进气口的截面积。
- 【权利要求3】如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述通风管的内壁与外壁其中至少之一的表面凸设有若干散热鳍片。
- 【权利要求4】如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:还包括一风扇、一温度感测器及一控制电路,所述风扇设于通风管的一端,所述温度感测器与LED光源组热连接,所述控制电路电连接于温度感测器及风扇,所述控制电路接受温度感测器反馈回的信号以控制风扇的开启与关闭。
- 【权利要求5】如权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述风扇设于通风管的进气口处,所述温度感测器设于通风管的管壁上。
- 【权利要求6】如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述LED光源组包括一电路板及若干LED,所述电路板设于通风管的外壁上并沿通风管的轴向延伸,所述LED设于电路板上并沿通风管的轴向排列。
- 【权利要求7】如权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述电路板与通风管的外壁之间设有一层热传导材料。
- 【权利要求8】如权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述电路板为一金属核芯电路板。
