本发明涉及一种废旧泡沫隔热砖及其制作方法,属于保温隔热技术领域。一种废旧泡沫隔热砖,其特殊之处在于按重量比,包含有废旧泡沫颗粒4-18%,氧化镁13-56%,氯化镁3-56%,明矾4-25%,水4-25%,硼砂4-25%。本发明利用废弃的聚苯乙烯和聚氨酯等,将其粉碎,然后再成型,成本低廉,不燃烧,强度高,保温效果好,而且解决了废旧塑料的回收利用问题。

废旧泡沫隔热砖及其制作方法
本发明涉及废旧泡沫隔热砖及其制作方法,属于保温隔热技术领域。
目前隔热砖大多用蛭石和珍珠岩制成,可是保温效果差而且易碎。也有人采用成品聚氨酯或成品聚苯乙烯,成本很高,而且非常易燃,不够安全。
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用废弃的聚苯乙烯和聚氨酯等生产隔热砖及其制作方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种废旧泡沫隔热砖,其特殊之处在于按重量比,包含有废旧泡沫颗粒4—18%,氧化镁13—56%,氯化镁3—56%,明矾4—25%,水4—25%,硼砂4—25%。
其制作方法为:
1、将废旧泡沫粉碎成直径1—15毫米的颗粒,与氧化镁搅拌混合;
2、将氯化镁、明矾、硼砂溶于水;
3、将以上两种物质混合搅拌均匀,倒入模具;
4、放入蒸汽柜中通入蒸汽30---60分钟脱模后,即为成品。
本发明利用废弃的聚苯乙烯和聚氨酯等,将其粉碎,然后再成型,成本低廉,不燃烧,强度高,保温效果好,而且解决了废旧塑料的回收利用问题。
下面给出本发明具体实施例,进一步说明本发明技术解决方案。
本发明的一种废旧泡沫隔热砖,采用废弃的聚苯乙烯和聚氨酯等,按照一定配比添加其他物质,加工制作而成。
本实施例的一种废旧泡沫隔热砖按重量比,包含有废旧泡沫颗粒15%,氧化镁20%,氯化镁20%,明矾15%,水15%,硼砂15%。
其制作方法为:
1、将150kg废旧泡沫粉碎成直径5—15毫米的颗粒,与200kg的氧化镁搅拌混合;
2、将200kg氯化镁、150kg明矾、150kg硼砂溶于150kg水中;
3、将以上两种物质混合搅拌均匀,倒入模具;
4、放入蒸汽柜中通入蒸汽30---60分钟脱模后,即为成品。
本发明也可以在25—30摄氏度下3-4小时脱模即为成品。

1、一种废旧泡沫隔热砖,其特征在于按重量比包含有废旧泡沫颗粒4—18%,氧化镁13—56%,氯化镁3—56%,明矾4—25%,水4—25%,硼砂4—25%。
2、按照权利要求1所述的一种废旧泡沫隔热砖的制作方法,其特征在于制作工艺为:
A、将废旧泡沫粉碎成直径5—15毫米的颗粒,与氧化镁搅拌混合;
B、将氯化镁、明矾、硼砂溶于水;
C、将以上两种物质混合搅拌均匀,倒入模具;
D、放入蒸汽柜中通入蒸汽30---60分钟脱模后,即为成品。
