Abstract

Description

具有至少一个主空气过滤器和辅助过滤器的空气过滤设备
本发明涉及一种包含至少一个主空气过滤器和辅助空气过滤器的空气过滤设备,该辅助空气过滤器通过空气管道与主空气过滤器连接并包含至少一个辅助过滤元件。 
在空气过滤元件,尤其是那些用于内燃机的入口区域的空气过滤元件的情况中,可能在入口和/或出口侧除了主空气过滤元件之外还配置额外的过滤介质。当布置在入口侧时,它用作污垢粗颗粒的预分离器。在出口侧可将其配置为安全元件以便在主空气过滤元件损坏从而污浊空气流可能经过过滤介质的情况下确保安全。当更换主元件时,安全元件也防止了滤过侧的灰尘引入。如果是辅助元件可以容易地结合到其中的传统的圆过滤器,其配置于环形过滤元件的内部或周围。然而特别在应优化尺寸的密绕型空气过滤器的情况下,内部不再有由用作辅助过滤元件的过滤介质围成的任何空间。 
本发明的目的在于在前述类型的空气过滤设备内以节省空间的方式给主空气过滤器增加作为预分离器和/或安全过滤器的辅助过滤器。该目的通过具有权利要求1的特征的空气过滤设备来解决。 
本发明的进一步目的在于在前述类型的空气过滤设备内以节省空间的方式为主空气过滤器增加作为安全过滤器的辅助空气过滤器。 
该目的通过具有权利要求2的特征的空气过滤设备解决。 
从而根据本发明计划在两个实施例中在未过滤空气侧和/或滤过空气侧在超过至少其作为过滤元件的部分长度上使空气管道本身具体化。为此目的,空气管道壁具体设置成多孔以确保入口空气令人满意的过滤作用。在两种应用中作为管道形式的辅助过滤器在它们的端部封闭,从而空气只能通过多孔壁流入空气管道的内部。过滤介质可被管道围绕以便在一个特定位置吸入空气。 
在布置于滤过空气侧的情况下,多孔壁配置有密封罩或位于滤过空气管道内,留出环形空隙,以将滤过空气全部引导至用电设备。滤过空气然后从主过滤器进入管道形式的辅助过滤器,经过其多孔壁进入罩下面或过滤空气管道壁下面的环形空隙,然后通过辅助过滤空气管道流至用电设备。 
端部封闭可通过嵌入管道的过滤介质,例如无纺织物而实现。无纺织物或类似物也可另外位于空气管道内的其它位置。 
在优选实施例中,已经在辅助过滤元件处布置两个流路。通过这种方式,不仅在主过滤器失效的情况下作为预分离器或安全元件的前述功能得以实现,而且例如当在车间建筑外现场进行空气过滤器插入元件更换以及主空气过滤壳体为此目的打开时,提供了流路的附加护罩。 
因此,根据本发明空气过滤设备的实施例尤其适用于越野车辆或军用车辆。 
本发明将参照附图更详细地进行如下说明。附图以示意性剖视显示了: 
图1是在未过滤空气侧具有辅助过滤器的空气过滤设备;及 
图2是在滤过空气侧具有辅助过滤器的空气过滤设备。 
图1示出了第一空气过滤设备10,其主过滤器1包含位于壳体内的主过滤元件6。流动方向由箭头指示出。 
壳体在两端具有连接插口,特别是软管状空气管道3和4推压在其上。在滤过空气侧,图1中主过滤器1的左侧,空气管道3具有多孔壁从而空气管道3本身形成了辅助过滤元件2。辅助过滤元件2在端部封闭。因此被吸入的空气只能从外部到内部通过孔流入辅助过滤元件2,如图1中箭头所示。用这种方式,污垢粗颗粒被分离。即使对于小管径,跨越辅助过滤元件2的长度变化的相当大的过滤表面积是可得到的。当辅助过滤元件2具体为软管时,它可容易地布置在发动机舱内而不需额外空间。 
图2示出了相反情况,其中在入口侧具有带不透气壁的空气管道3,该空气管道与例如进气插口连接。在该实施例中,辅助过滤元件2’布置在图中右侧的滤过空气侧,其再次具体为端部封闭且由多孔壁组成的管道。与第一实施例相反,还配置了封套以防止滤过空气逃逸至外部以及细粉尘渗入到滤过空气侧。空气从主过滤器1流出,在内部进入辅助过滤元件2’,通过其壁中的孔排出,到达辅助过滤元件2’和滤过空气管道4之间的环形空隙5,然后在后者中流向所连接的用户。万一主空气过滤器1的壳体损坏或开启,至少粗颗粒将在下游辅助过滤元件2’中分离,由此提供了用户特别是内燃机的残余保护直至实施修理。在主空气过滤元件6失效或在保养过程中意外未被替换的情况下同样有效。
在一些实施例中,主空气过滤器1可能包括紧凑型空气过滤元件。紧凑型空气过滤元件在本领域中是公知的,例子包括美国专利申请公开号2004/0060861和2007/0251201。该紧凑型空气过滤元件由至少一个波纹层和过滤介质的至少一个平面层缠绕。这些过滤介质层通过糊状胶粘颗粒在其侧边一层接一层交替连接,所述糊状胶粘颗粒封闭形成在过滤元件的波纹层和平面层之间的沟槽的一端。 

Claims (5)

1.空气过滤设备(10’),包含至少一个主空气过滤器(1)和辅助空气过滤器,该辅助空气过滤器通过空气管道(4)与主空气过滤器(1)连接并包含至少一个辅助过滤元件,其特征在于,该辅助过滤元件通过一端封闭的辅助空气管道(2’)的至少部分多孔壁形成,所述辅助空气管道布置在位于与主空气过滤器(1)连接的空气管道(4)内的滤过空气侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤设备(10’),其特征在于,空气管道(4)和/或辅助空气管道(2’)形成为波纹管。
3.根据权利要求1至2中的任一项所述的空气过滤设备(10’)其特征在于,空气管道(2’,4)具体为软管。
4.根据权利要求1至2中的任一项所述的空气过滤设备(10’),其特征在于,主空气过滤器(1)包含至少一个紧凑型空气过滤元件,该紧凑型空气过滤元件由至少一个波纹层和过滤介质的至少一个平面层缠绕形成,其中所述层通过糊状胶粘颗粒在其侧边分层交替连接,所述糊状胶粘颗粒封闭形成在波纹层和平面层之间的沟槽的一端。
5.根据权利要求1至2中的任一项所述的空气过滤设备(10’),其特征在于,空气管道的横截面至少跨越部分管道长度充满部分浸透性过滤介质。
