Abstract

本发明公开了一种LED路灯及LED路灯的照射光线调整方法,该路灯包括灯体(1)和LED发光管(2),在LED发光管(2)上安装有反光杯(3),通过该反光杯将LED发光管发出的光线经反射后集中投射到需要照明的路面上。本发明可使LED路灯达到理想的光强分布,从而使照射面更宽、亮度增大,LED光能够均匀发散,对路面照射较均匀,符合道路照明的需求,同时可限制炫光提高道路行驶的安全性,也能避免传统光源“灯下亮”现象中的光浪费。

一种LED路灯及LED路灯的照射光线调整方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED路灯结构及LED路灯的照射光线调整方法。
背景技术
LED路灯由于具有发光效率高、节能(省电将近80%),不需高压、安全性高等特点而得到了广泛的应用,其性能现在已超过普遍采用的荧光灯。LED路灯除了节能之外,使用寿命也比传统灯泡要长得多(达到80000小时以上),并且因不采用普通灯泡中常见的汞、水银、铅等有害物质,LED路灯也更环保。但LED路灯也存在不足,那就是照明角度偏小、光照射面不均匀。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种照射面较宽、光照射面较均匀的LED路灯及LED路灯的照射光线调整方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案:LED路灯的照射光线调整方法。该方法是在路灯的LED发光管上安装反光杯,通过该反光杯将LED发光管发出的光线经反射后集中投射到需要照明的路面上。
上述的LED路灯的照射光线调整方法中,是在LED发光管上安装开口向左倾斜的反光杯,将LED发光管发出的光线经反射后集中投射到路灯左面的路面上;或者是安装开口向右倾斜的反光杯,将LED发光管发出的光线经反射后集中投射到路灯右面的路面上;或者是同时安装开口向左和向右倾斜的反光杯,将LED发光管发出的光线经反射后集中投射到路灯左面和右面的路面上。
一种LED路灯,包括灯体、LED发光管,在LED发光管上安装有反光杯。
上述的LED路灯中,反光杯为上窄下宽的四角锥形壳体结构,其顶面无盖,底面开口为矩形且开口向左或向右倾斜15~60度。
前述的LED路灯中,反光灯的底面开口可以向左倾斜60度或者是向右倾斜60度。
前述的LED路灯中,反光灯的底面开口可以向左倾斜30度或者是向右倾斜30度。
前述的LED路灯中,反光灯的底面开口可以向左倾斜15度或者是向右倾斜15度。
本发明的有益效果:由于LED发光管的射程短、散射较厉害,而路灯要求的是路面照明效果,属于局部照明,照空中和路边的空地不是路灯的任务。为此本发明在LED路灯的LED发光管上安装反光杯,通过该反光杯将LED发光管发出的散射光线经反射后集中投射到需要照明的路面上,形成一条矩形的光照带铺在路面上,而不是在无效方向上散射,使照明灯具达到理想的光强分布,从而使照射面更宽、亮度增大,对路面照射较均匀,符合道路照明的需求,并使LED光能够均匀发散,防止灯光直接投射所发生的地面斑点状的光照分布,同时限制炫光,提高道路行驶的安全性,也能避免传统光源“灯下亮”现象中的光浪费。
本发明的反光杯为上窄下宽的四角锥形壳体结构,其顶面无盖、底面为矩形且底面开口向左或向右倾斜15~60度,这种反光杯不但可将LED发光管的散射光经反射形成集中的光束,而且通过采用不同的倾斜角度,可以分别兼顾不同的照射距离,比如,用倾斜角为60度、30度、15度的三种反光杯分别用于照射附近、中、远距离路面的照明,使LED发光管输出的光均匀的覆盖在两盏灯之间的半距离路面,覆盖宽度基本上和路面宽度吻合,这样就可以用比较小的功率有效的照明道路,使之实现最佳照明效果。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明。
具体实施方式
实施例1。如附图1所示,包括灯体1、LED发光管2,在每个LED发光管2上均安装有反光杯3。其中反光杯3的结构如附图2所示,为上窄下宽的四角锥形壳体结构,其顶面无盖、底面为矩形且底面开口向左或向右倾斜30度,LED发光管2安装在反光杯3的顶面,反光杯3的矩形底面长度方向沿路面方向延伸,经反射后光线与路面重叠。实际应用中,根据使用需要可在同一个灯体中同时安装底面开口向左倾斜30度和底面向右倾斜30度的多组反光杯,使发光管2发出的散射光线经反射后同时集中投射到路灯左面和路灯右面的路面上,如附图3所示。也可在同一个灯体中只单独安装底面开口向左倾斜30度的多组反光杯,或者是只单独安装底面开口向右倾斜30度的多组反光杯,使LED发光管2发出的散射光线经反射后集中投射到路灯左面或者右面的路面上。

实施例3。包括灯体1、LED发光管2,在每个LED发光管2上均安装有反光杯3。其中反光杯3为上窄下宽的四角锥形壳体结构,其顶面无盖、底面开口向左或向右倾斜15度。实际应用中,根据使用需要可在同一个灯体中同时安装底面开口向左倾斜15度和底面向右倾斜15度的多组反光杯,使发光管2发出的散射光线经反射后同时集中投射到路灯左面和路灯右面的路面上,也可在同一个灯体中只单独安装底面开口向左倾斜15度的多组反光杯,或者是只单独安装底面开口向右倾斜15度的多组反光杯,使LED发光管2发出的散射光线经反射后集中投射到路灯左面或者右面的路面上。
本发明的实施方式不限于上述实施例,在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出的各种变化均属于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

  1. 【权利要求1】一种LED路灯的照射光线调整方法,其特征在于:该方法在路灯的LED发光管上安装反光杯,通过该反光杯将LED发光管发出的光线经反射后集中投射到需要照明的路面上。
  2. 【权利要求2】根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯的照射光线调整方法,其特征在于:在LED发光管上安装开口向左倾斜和/向右倾斜的反光杯,将LED发光管发出的光线经反射后集中投射到路灯左面和/右面的路面上。
  3. 【权利要求3】一种LED路灯,包括灯体(1)、LED发光管(2),其特征在于:在所述的LED发光管(2)上安装有反光杯(3)。
  4. 【权利要求4】根据权利要求3所述的LED路灯,其特征在于:所述的反光杯(3)为上窄下宽的四角锥形壳体结构,其顶面无盖,底面开口为矩形且开口向左或向右倾斜15~60度。
  5. 【权利要求5】根据权利要求4所述的LED路灯,其特征在于:所述的反光灯(3)的底面开口向左或向右倾斜60度。
  6. 【权利要求6】根据权利要求4所述的LED路灯,其特征在于:所述的反光灯(3)的底面开口向左或向右倾斜30度。
  7. 【权利要求7】根据权利要求4所述的LED路灯,其特征在于:所述的反光灯(3)的底面开口向左或向右倾斜15度。
