Claims (1)
- 本发明(纳米自洁涂层技术)实施特征步骤如下:1)清洁待处理产品的表面:如除油、除锈、除污渍,再用清水清洗干净;可用洗涤灵清洗油污,清洗后用清水清洗干净。2)烘烤:把清洁后的产品放置在80-90℃的烘箱里烘烤20-30分钟,除去清洗时留下的水分;不适于在烘箱中烘烤的产品,可用电吹风机进行干燥。3)配制试剂:量取1000克互穿网络聚合物涂料,加入10克纳米锐钛二氧化钛,8克纳米氧化硅,5克纳米氧化锌,再搅拌均匀备用。4)喷涂:在喷涂前取18份配制好的上述试剂,再取1份IPN的固化剂混合在一起,摇匀,再用喷枪均匀地喷涂在产品表面,喷涂的表面完全覆盖即可,不可太多,否则会挂滴,太少会覆盖不完全。注意事项:1.喷枪用的压缩气体的压力需大于0.5MPa;2.在气管道上安装冷冻式干燥机和油水分离器,以除去压缩空气中的水分和油。5)静置:在洁净的环境中放置24小时。按以上操作可在产品表面形成一层纳米自洁涂层,此涂层具有自洁、抑菌的效果。
