背景技术
挤出橡胶带的设备已经在本技术领域中成为公知,该设备包括橡胶供料器装置,例如,具有螺旋挤出机(screw extruder)且同时具有使橡胶带成形的通道。
所述成形通道首先由旋转的辊子所限定,其次由独立于该辊子的成形部件所限定,该成形部件设置为与所述辊子对齐(register),该成形部件例如为片状件(blade)。
为使橡胶带成形,旋转辊子通过所述成形通道进行作用从而带走橡胶,该橡胶已经通过供料器装置被置于压力之下。
当所述橡胶通过成形通道的时候,辊子趋向施加表面压力于橡胶带的第一面上,该表面压力不同于由片状件施加于橡胶带的第二面上的压力。表面压力中的这种差别通过牵引作用被消除,所述牵引作用通常施加于从成形通道顺流的橡胶带上。
当橡胶带表现出所需要的长度时,挤出动作停止,且被挤出的橡胶带在出口处从成形通道被切断。当所述设备重启时,在短暂的阶段中,橡胶的前部未受到任何从成形通道顺流的牵引作用,从而被挤出的橡胶带的第一和第二面表现出不为零的表面张力差别。
该张力差别趋向于使橡胶带从成形通道顺流地卷起(roll up)。
有关橡胶的参数,例如橡胶在辊子上的附着力以及橡胶的成分确实可进行调整以限制这种卷起作用。然而,这些参数相对地难于控制。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是在重启所述设备的时候避免橡胶前部卷起,并且在简单装置的协助下完成这一目的。
为实现这一目的,本发明提供一种挤出橡胶带的设备,该种设备包括使橡胶带成形的通道,该通道由形成并驱动橡胶带的旋转辊子所限定,该设备的特征在于其包括关闭成形通道的装置,该装置在逆流地来自关闭器装置的橡胶超过预定压力阈值的情况下可停用。
通过监测橡胶的压力,本发明的设备可阻止橡胶的前部在所述设备重启的时候卷起。
在预定阈值之下,关闭器装置阻止任何橡胶带的挤出,并由此阻止任何卷起。当逆流地来自关闭器装置的橡胶带的压力超过预定阈值的时候,橡胶压力足以使关闭器装置停用并且阻止被挤出的橡胶带卷起。
根据本发明的设备的可选的特征:
·橡胶的压力顺流地来自橡胶供料器装置。通过实例的方式,供料器装置包括容积泵(positive displacement pump),活塞泵,或者确实具有蜗杆的挤出机。
·所述设备包括测量橡胶向着关闭器部件的压力的装置。

图1至图3表示一种在本发明的第一个实施例中的用于挤出橡胶带的设备。该设备用总标记10表示。
设备10的功能在于形成轮胎生产中所使用的橡胶带12。
设备10包括橡胶供料器装置14。
设备10还包括使橡胶带12成形的通道16,通过该通道供料器装置14在压力之下挤出橡胶。

3.如权利要求1或2所述的设备(10),包括测量橡胶向着关闭器装置(20)的压力的装置(24)。
4.如权利要求1所述的设备(10),包括驱动辊子(18)旋转的装置(22),该装置通过如下条件而起动:
·关闭器装置(20)的停用,通过移动关闭器装置(20)的部件(32);或者
·通过超过预定阈值。
5.如权利要求1或4所述的设备(10),其中标定装置(36)包括弹簧(38)或者致动器。
6.如权利要求1或4所述的设备(10),包括探测关闭器部件(32)的位置的装置(46)。
7.如权利要求1或4所述的设备(10),其中关闭器部件(32)被驱动进入向着辊子(18)的外围的关闭位置。
8.如权利要求1或4所述的设备(10),其中关闭器部件(32)由辊子(18)所构成,所述辊子(18)被驱动进入向着构成成形通道(16)的出口(44)的轮廓的关闭位置。
9.使用如前述权利要求任一项所述的设备(10),用于挤出轮胎制造中使用的橡胶带。
