Abstract

本发明公开了一种印刷装置,特别是一种卷票印刷滚筒装置。它包括安装在机架上的压印滚筒、胶皮滚筒、印版滚筒和靠版墨辊,其特征在于:压印滚筒两端的轴承与机架之间固定连接,胶皮滚筒的两端轴接驱动胶皮滚筒沿印版滚筒的中心转动的驱动机构。本发明与现有技术相比,由于压印滚筒在工作中不上下移动,使卷纸不会出现上下波动现象,跳印时只是胶皮滚筒离开压印滚筒,因此,不会出现重影现象,保证了印刷质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种印刷装置,特别是一种卷票印刷滚筒装置。
背景技术
现有的卷票印刷滚筒装置结构是:如图2所示:在机架上安装有与动力装置相接的压印滚筒1、胶皮滚筒2、印版滚筒3、靠版墨辊4,压印滚筒1相对于机架既可转动又可上下移动。在工作过程中,卷纸5经过该装置时,搭在压印滚筒1上,胶皮滚筒2与压印滚筒1和印版滚筒3相切,靠版墨辊4与印版滚筒3相切,当印制一定张数时,驱动装置使压印滚筒1下移一定距离,使压印滚筒1与胶皮滚筒2分开,此时不进行印刷,作空白处理,完成跳印,达到空白长度时,压印滚筒1上移,再次与胶皮滚筒2相切进行下一单元印制。这种结构的印刷滚筒装置由于压印滚筒1上下移动时卷纸5与随之上下移动,印刷设备上多组印刷滚筒装置中的压印滚筒在工作时各自按顺序作上下移动的动作,使卷纸产生上下的波动,跳印后再次印刷时前几张会出现重影现象,严重影响质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种卷纸不出现上下波动、无重影现象、印刷质量好的卷票印刷滚筒装置,克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的技术解决方案是:它包括安装在机架上的压印滚筒1、胶皮滚筒2、印版滚筒3和靠版墨辊4,其特征在于:压印滚筒1两端的轴承与机架之间固定连接,胶皮滚筒2的两端轴接驱动胶皮滚筒2沿印版滚筒3的中心转动的驱动机构。
其中所述的驱动机构是:胶皮滚筒2的两端轴套装有偏心套,偏心套与机架之间为转动连接,偏心套接有推杆,推杆接与气缸相配的活塞杆,所述气缸与气动装置相接。
本发明与现有技术相比,由于压印滚筒在工作中不上下移动,使卷纸不会出现上下波动现象,跳印时只是胶皮滚筒离开压印滚筒,因此,不会出现重影现象,保证了印刷质量。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示:在机架上安装有压印滚筒1、胶皮滚筒2、印版滚筒3和靠版墨辊4。压印滚筒1的两端装有轴承,与轴承相配的轴承座螺栓固定安装在机架上,使压印滚筒1相对于机架只可以转动。
胶皮滚筒2的两端轴接驱动胶皮滚筒2沿印版滚筒3的中心转动的驱动机构,具体结构如下:胶皮滚筒2的两端轴套装有偏心套,偏心套与机架之间为转动连接,使偏心套相对于机架可以转动。偏心套接有推杆,推杆接与安装在机架上的气缸相配的活塞杆,所述气缸与气动装置相接。在印制过程中,如需要跳印,气动装置通过气缸驱动活塞杆及推杆移动时,可使偏心套相对于机架转动一定角度,此时胶皮滚筒2刚好沿印版滚筒3的中心转动一定角度,使胶皮滚筒2离开压印滚筒1并同时保持与印版滚筒3相切,在卷纸5不出现上下波动的情形下实现跳印的目的,克服了卷纸5上下波动出现重影现象。

Claims (2)

1.一种卷票印刷滚筒装置,它包括安装在不同插件机架上的压印滚筒(1)、胶皮滚筒(2)、印版滚筒(3)和靠版墨辊(4),其特征在于:压印滚筒(1)两端的轴承与机架之间固定连接,胶皮滚筒(2)的两端轴接驱动胶皮滚筒(2)沿印版滚筒(3)的中心转动的驱动机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卷票印刷滚筒装置,其特征在于:所述的驱动机构是:胶皮滚筒(2)的两端轴套装有偏心套,偏心套与机架之间为转动连接,偏心套接有推杆,推杆接与气缸相配的活塞杆,所述气缸与气动装置相接。
