Abstract
制作安全个人卡及其工作过程的方法,所述卡类似于一种电子卡或智慧卡或智能卡或微芯片卡或微处理器卡,其类型属于带有电子接触器(1)和用户生物数据接收器(2)的卡形式,所述电子接触器包括电路和带有至少用于数据存储器的CPU处理器,所有这些部件均集成到卡内,其中,存储在卡内的生物数据用来与使用时收到的生物数据进行比较,目的是允许正常工作,其特征在于,a)在开始时仅一次启动个人卡:进行授权用户生物数据的绝对识别,所述生物数据存储在无法读取的存储器内,且只是存储在所述卡的内部,这样,在所述卡外部,是绝对不可能读取或探测或发现所述数据,并可产生和存储用户个人数据和他/她的访问代码;b)在下述重复使用方面:所述生物数据只是在所述卡内与实际用户的当前再次读取数据比较,以便验证当前再次读取数据是否真正与预先存储的数据相符合,与原先无法访问和无法读取的生物数据存储器相比,所述验证仅在智能卡内部进行,然后,验证和识别所述个人数据和访问代码,以便继续正常操作运行。
Description
目的
本发明涉及一种制作安全个人卡及其工作程序的方法,其特性符合主权利要求所述的前叙特征部分。
另外,本发明的一个目的就是提供带有这种工作程序的智能卡。
技术领域
本发明的应用领域实际上是针对数据处理的电子服务、电信行业和与制作电子智能卡相关的所有行业领域。
智能卡的定义
在本发明说明书和权利要求部分中,术语“智能卡”的理解是很广泛的,即,例如:信用卡/借记卡、电子货币卡、个人-数字-签字卡、网络访问卡的控制与授权、金融服务卡、客户验证卡、客户识别卡、身份证明卡、访问网络服务卡的识别、密码管理替代卡,等等。
背景技术
目前,智慧卡或智能卡或微芯片卡已为人们所熟知,其用途非常广泛,能够执行大量功能,既能用于识别,也能用于付款和收款,或者用于许多其它服务。
最先进的智能卡内装有一个微处理器或芯片,用来控制和识别用户名称及其代码,以便允许执行各种功能。
识别数据和相关密码存储在智能卡内,从而可以确认该用户是否为真实用户,否则智能卡不能使用。
许多新型智能卡都是按照新推出的技术设计的,即插入智能卡的同时还可识别用户的生物特征,例如拇指指纹读取功能。
已有技术示例:
美国US2003/019942A1″BLOSSOM GEORGE W.″号专利,该专利披露了带有电源的电子可读卡的系统和方法。
美国US2004/203352A1″HALL ERIC S ET ALL″号专利,该专利披露了适用于移动装置的无线数据传输的系统和方法。
英国GB2407189A″VODAFONE GROUP PLC″号专利,该专利披露了通过使用生物系统-例如智能卡上指纹触摸-可防止未经授权用户不接触卡便能访问智能卡的系统和方法。
欧洲EP1326196A″NAGNEK CORPORATION″号专利,该专利披露了一种智能卡,该卡通过与卡上指纹比较而对指纹很敏感,在这个卡内,指纹读取器置于智能卡上的一个单独位置,能够读取用户应用在其上的整个指纹图像(在智能卡上触摸指纹)。
美国US2006/0131393号专利,该专利披露了一种多功能交易卡。

尽管增加了用户生物特征功能,但智能卡仍然会被未经授权的人所冒用。

本发明的范围是解决上述问题和缺点,提供一种可以使用更为安全的智能卡。

为了更好的理解,下面结合附图1和附图2,通过最佳实施例来介绍本发明,所附附图分别为智能卡的平面图和侧面图。
图3则是所述智能卡主要组成部分的方框图。
与附图有关的本发明的具体说明
所述卡实际上是一种带有智能卡连接器的智能卡,通过智能卡连接器(1),通过嵌入在智能卡模制件内的数据总线、VCC和CLK连接到CPU,卡的所述模制件采用塑料材料覆盖。
而CPU则通过带有相关存储处理器的生物传感器(2)经由内部总线接到指纹读取扫描探测器上。
所述内部总线连接到包括有RAM、ROM和EPROM的集成存储器上。
下面详细介绍各个参考数字部分:
1)与CPU相连接的接触器
接触器是按照ISO标准制作的:它们具有输入电源、时钟和半双工串行通信。
2)生物传感器
生物传感器是一种指纹扫描探测传感器。
这样,就可以进行安全识别,避免了手指需要在读取位置精确定位的问题。
处理器和存储器都是采用塑料材料直接模塑整体制造而成,因此,不带外壳。
3)内部总线
内部总线是CPU和生物传感器(2)之间的主要连接手段,可以:
a)在开始时-而且仅仅一次-启动个人卡;
i.进行授权用户生物数据的绝对识别,所述生物数据存储在不可读取存储器内,该存储器只是设置在所述卡的内部,这样,在所述卡外,是绝对不可能读取或探测或发现所述生物数据;
ii.产生和存储用户个人数据和他/她的访问代码;
b)在下述重复使用方面:
i.所述生物数据只是在所述卡内部与实际用户的当前再次读取数据比较,以便核对当前再次读取数据是否真正与预先存储的数据相符合,与原先无法访问的且不可读取的生物数据存储器相比,所述核对仅在智能卡内部进行;
ii.验证和识别所述个人数据和访问代码,以便继续正常操作运行。
这样,就绝对不可能伪造所述智能卡或者使用所述智能卡进行任何冒用行动,因为未授权用户:
a)不仅没有相应的访问数据和密码,
b)而且,不可能建立或重建新的生物识别数据,所述生物识别数据是不可更新的。
此外,个人生物数据的所有隐私不是存储在外部的服务器上,从而避免了其他未授权用户可能会使用所述数据进行伪造的危险。
特点是,为了将智能卡做得更为安全,为了避免损坏处理器(CPU)和相应生物数据存储器,相应存储器和硅片和/或微处理器和电气连接部分都涂有环氧树脂。
壳体:
电源电压范围大约在4.75至5.25V之间。
最大电流优选在大约200mA的范围内。
所述卡可以选择配有一个磁性数据条和一个RFID(无线射频身份识别)应答器。
这样,就可以获得一个截面很薄(0.54mm)、非常安全和重量很轻的卡,可以像所有传统的磁卡一样存放在钱夹内。
个人生物数据
在使用指纹扫描器(2)的最佳实施例中,扫描动作是通过手指在扫描器长方形窗口上横向移动而进行,扫描器封存在同一卡上与接触器(1)位于同一边,但在其相对一端位置。
这样,就可以获得一个显著的优点,因为智能卡是由所述接触器启动并供电的,而且只是在插入时。
只有在这个时候,才可以对在卡外部剩余部分上的用户手指进行扫描,在这个位置,所述指纹扫描器窗口是可以使用的。
按由内向外的方向纵向滑动手指,即可进行扫描。
只有在所述智能卡插入到授权使用的装置内后,所述类型的工作才可进行。
很显然,如图3所示,个人卡包括普通的存储器数据+RAM+ROM和EPPROM。
另外,从图3中还可清楚地看到,数字指纹扫描器2包括了与传感器装置(22)和存储处理器(23)相联的数字指纹加工(elaboration)装置(21)。
其特点是,所述方法使用了两个微处理器:
-第一微处理器,位于所述电子接触器(1)下方一侧,用于智能卡的管理;
-第二微处理器,位于完全相反的一侧(23),用于分析所述生物数据,两个微处理器均通过挠性材料制成的总线(3)连接。
这样,该卡的优点是非常安全,功率很大,而且同样很薄,很灵活,因为两个处理器位于彼此相对的两侧。
另一个特点是,所述生物数据接收器(2)还包括了用于DNA分析的装置。
这样,当进行DNA分析以进行比较时,就可以获得更为安全的智能卡,与其它参数相结合以及这些特性的综合,从而实际上不可能冒用所述卡。
所述生物数据接收器(2)还包括了微处理器装置,能够将所述DNA识别数据与相应的指纹数据进行比较,以便在进一步工作之前,进行身份核对。这样,确保对授权用户进行最为可靠的身份识别。
很显然,一般词语“指纹”在本文中必须是指滑动接触手指表面,通过手指的移动,产生指纹数据的实际扫描动作。
其特点是,所述智能卡内装一块电池用于自动工作。这样,例如,就在将智能卡插入读卡机工作之前,就会滑动接触手指表面而被扫描,这样,就不需要在扫描滑动接触手指表面之前接通电源。
Claims (17)
1.制作安全个人卡及其工作过程的方法,所述个人卡为一种电子卡或智能卡或微芯片卡或微处理器卡,其类型属于带有电子接触器(1)和用户生物数据接收器(2)的卡形式,所述电子接触器包括电路和至少带有用户数据存储器的CPU处理器,所有这些均集成到卡内,其中,存储在卡内的生物数据用来与使用时收到的生物数据进行比较,以便允许正常工作,其特征在于,
a)在开始时,仅一次启动个人卡:
-进行授权用户生物数据绝对识别,所述生物数据存储在无法读取的存储器内,只存储在所述卡的内部,这样,在所述卡之外,是绝对不可能读取或探测或发觉所述数据;
-也可产生和存储用户的个人数据和他/她访问代码;
b)在下述重复使用方面:
-所述生物数据只是在所述卡内部与实际用户的当前再次读取数据比较,以便验证当前再次读取数据是否真正与预先存储的数据想符合,与原先无法访问和无法读取的生物数据存储器相比,所述验证仅在智能卡内部进行;然后,
-验证和识别所述个人数据和访问代码,旨在继续正常操作运行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,使用了两个微处理器:
-第一微处理器,位于所述电子接触器(1)下方一侧,用于智能卡的管理;
-第二微处理器,位于完全相反的一侧(23),用于分析所述生物数据,两个微处理器均通过挠性材料制成的总线(3)连接。
3.根据前面权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述个人生物数据读取器是一个指纹扫描器(2),通过手指在扫描器长方形窗口横向移动而进行扫描动作,所述扫描器与所述接触器(1)位于同一个卡上的同一侧,但其位于相对一端。
4.根据权利要求1和/或2所述的启动方法和过程的个人卡,其特征在于,其包括至少一个集成在卡内并通过一个总线(3)在所述CPU处理器内部连接的横向扫描指纹读取器(2),其特征在于,所述指纹读取器包括一个生物传感器(2)以便读取用户指纹,所述传感器集成在处理器存储器内,目的是在允许访问其各个功能前对其真实性进行审核,或者通过与相应服务器的连接(1)来对真实用户提出的服务请求进行确认。
5根据权利要求3所述的个人卡,其特征在于,所述电子接触器(1)通过数据总线(DATA BUS)、VCC、CLK连接到所述CPU处理器上。
6.根据权利要求3和/或4所述的个人卡,其特征在于,所述内部总线带有RAM,ROM,EPROM存储器接口。
7.根据权利要求3-5中任何一项所述的个人卡,其特征在于,所述个人卡不是层叠设计,其所述装置通过热熔模制完全嵌入在卡内。
8.根据权利要求3-6中任何一项所述的个人卡,其特征在于,所述CPU微处理器预先涂有环氧树脂融合膜,且位于所述电子接触器(1)的下方。
9.根据前面权利要求3-7中任何一项所述的个人卡,其特征在于,所述存储器预先涂有环氧树脂融合膜。
10.根据权利要求3-8中任何一项所述的个人卡,其特征在于,其包括一个磁存储条。
11.根据权利要求3-9中任何一项所述的个人卡,其特征在于,其包括至少一个RFID(无线射频身份识别)应答器。
13.根据前面权利要求3-10中任何一项所述的个人卡,其特征在于,其包括了一个从外部不可读取的存储器,在该存储器内存有授权用户的相应个人生物数据。
14.根据前面权利要求3-10中任何一项所述的个人卡,其特征在于,所述数字指纹扫描器(2)包括:与传感器装置(22)和存储处理器(23)相联接的数字指纹加工装置(21)。
15.根据前面权利要求中任何一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述生物数据接收器(2)还包括用于DNA分析和分拣相应DNA识别数据的装置。
16.根据前面权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述生物数据接收器(2)包括了能够将所述DNA身份识别数据与相应指纹数据进行比较的微处理器装置,用于在进一步工作之前对身份进行核对。
17.具有前面权利要求中任何一项所述特性并按其工作的智能卡,其特征在于,其内部装有电池,供自动工作。
