本发明涉及具有旋转圆梳的精梳机。
背景技术
在具有旋转圆梳的精梳机中，要分梳的纤维簇通过夹钳装置的钳口而被提供至圆梳的梳区。在此过程中，圆梳在纤维簇下方旋转离开，并在其内与其针排的针接合。
随后喂给的纤维簇包含许多杂乱放置的纤维，这些纤维在针的接合作用下受到很大的应力。因此，纤维损伤而导致缩短的风险很大。
已知的是，圆梳的梳区配有不同针密度的针排或者针板，在这里，较疏的针板(即每厘米具有较小数量的针)位于梳区的前部区域内，逐渐变密的针板位于后部区域内。这就需要不同的针板，即需要每厘米具有不同数量的针的针板。
发明内容
本发明的任务因此在于避免这一问题，并且可以使用统一的针板。本发明通过以下方式来实现这一目的，即，通过较低地布置针板或者配置较短的针，而减少针排或者针板在梳区的开始区域内的接合，从而仍然处于杂乱纤维簇形式的纱线得以细致地处理。

4.根据权利要求1所述的精梳机，其特征在于，在所述梳区(3)的所述开始区域内，与其他区域相比，所述针排(4)具有高度较低的连结板(13)。
5.一种用于精梳机的圆梳(1)，该圆梳(1)具有至少一个梳区(3)，所述梳区具有至少一个针排(4)，其特征在于，在所述梳区(3)的开始区域(12)内，梳针(5)的尖端上的包络线(H)相对于所述包络线的与所述圆梳(1)的旋转轴线同轴的后续区域下沉。
