技术领域
本发明涉及一种被纸所构成的层所围绕用于绕组的生产的电导线,该绕组可以布置在电气设备中,并且在所述绕组中设置有包围该绕组并用作冷却介质的油,本发明还涉及生产这种电导线的方法。
背景技术
用纸绝缘并且导体元件由电线构成,用于在油中操作的电气设备的所谓绞合导体是已知的,其中,导体元件的电线被包漆。作为例子,漆可以使用聚乙烯醇乙缩醛,并且类似的其他漆包含大量的溶剂。在电线上施加很多层这样的漆。然后其必须在特殊的炉中烧制,在该操作中溶剂必须被同时去除,以对环境无污染的形式进行。作为例子,DEPS1242511描述了一种烤炉,其可被用于这种目的。实施包漆随后的烧制过程和溶剂的去除是复杂的,并且限制为相对较小尺寸的电线。
作为例子,为了生产用于变压器和电机的绕组,最初描述的电线被用作具有矩形横截面的扁平电线。根据现有技术,电线被用作绝缘体的纸所构成的层围绕,该层也被用作与布置在绕组中的邻近线匝的隔片,这已经被公知了很多年。像这样的电线和由其所制造的绕组的生产比以上所描述的电线更加简单。然而,实际上,发现这样的电线在长期使用中是不耐腐蚀的。其实,在具有这种电线的电气设备的使用过程中,用作冷却剂的油的腐蚀成份导致了导电的铜的硫化物的形成,破坏了由纸构成的层。然后相应构成的绕组迅速变得不可使用,以至于相关联的设备不能运行。
发明内容
本发明基于这样一种目的,即设计一种如最初所描述的电线,使得其更加耐腐蚀且同时制造更加简单。
根据本发明,这样来实现该目的,即电线被覆盖相同电线而没有任何间隙并由交联聚合材料所构成的层所围绕,在其上设置由纸所组成的层。
可使用常规方法和包漆设备将聚合材料直接施加在电线上,然后再被交联,甚至在相对较大尺寸的导体上也能很精确。然后,可以采用常规工艺将由纸所组成的层形成在电线周围。像这样的聚合材料仅包含相当少量的溶剂,因此随后不需要复杂的处理。对于材料来说,即使当它被施加在由纸构成的带上,所述带随后固定缠绕在电线上以使得聚合材料无间隙的缠绕在电线上,保持在电线上时,这也是正确的。另外,聚合材料对于可在商业中获得的油具有长期的抵抗力,因此使用同样电线构成的绕组在用于油冷设备时具有相当长的寿命。

例如,根据本发明的电线的第一个改型按如下方式生产:
具体实施方式
由可被交联的聚合材料构成的层3(图3)在涂敷装置2中全部环绕的涂敷在预制扁平电线1上,扁平电线1具有矩形横截面(图2)且优选由铜构成,确切地说是至少有一层。层3由两层聚合材料构成是有利的,它们连续地涂敷在电线1上,具有例如0.01mm的厚度。所述涂敷装置2可以是用于上漆的常规设备。
以这种方式被涂敷的电线1然后被送至交联装置4,在其中聚合材料被所提供的热量所交联。根据电线1的尺寸和横截面,交联在例如300℃至350℃之间的温度实现。然后,层3随后紧紧地附着在电线1上。最后,由纸所构成的层6在装置5中形成为包围电线1。通过实例的方式,为了该目的由商业上可获得的绝缘纸所构成的带可缠绕在电线1上。
环氧树脂尤其适于用作为聚合材料。作为变更的形式,也可以使用烷基树脂或聚酯酰亚胺。
在根据本发明的电线的生产的第二个改型中,可以使用带7,其包含纸带9,带9最好在一侧并在其整个表面上具有由聚合材料构成的层8。原则上也可以在两侧都使用聚合材料涂覆带7。聚合材料可以与上面叙述的相同。再一次,所述纸带9可由商业上可获得的绝缘纸构成。由于两层-一方面聚合材料,另一方面是纸-仅在同一个过程中被涂敷在电线上,因此这个改型进一步简化了电线的生产。
带7缠绕电线1,因此制造与所述层3相对应的,没有任何间隙的环绕电线1的,并且由聚合材料构成的层8。为了这个目的,带7可以以邻接的形式被缠绕在电线1上。然而,在一个优选实施例中,它相互交叠地缠绕在电线1上。这由附图5中的虚线表示。
在所述电线的生产的这个改型中,聚合材料也可最后被交联。然而,这一步也可以省略,因为由这种电线构成的绕组在制造之后也在足以进行聚合材料的交联的温度下通过加热被烘干。

Claims (7)

1.一种电导线,其被由纸所构成的层所围绕,其用于绕组的生产,该绕组设置在电气设备中,并且在所述绕组中设置有围绕所述绕组并作为冷却介质的油,其特征在于,所述电线(1)被层(3,8)所包围,该层同样无间隙地覆盖电线(1),使得该层紧紧附着在电线上,并由交联聚合材料所构成,在其上设置有由纸所构成的层(6,9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电导线,其特征在于所述电线(1)被由纸所构成的带(7)所缠绕,在该纸的一侧设置有由所述聚合材料所构成的层(8),并且,该纸具有由聚合材料所构成的层,该聚合材料保持在所述电线上并缠绕在其周围。
3.用于生产根据权利要求1所述的电导线的方法,其特征在于,由能被交联的聚合材料所构成的层(3)在涂敷装置(2)中被至少施加在所述电线(1)上一层,然后所述聚合材料被所提供的热量交联,其特征还在于随后施加由纸所构成的层(6)。
4.用于生产根据权利要求1所述的电导线的方法,其特征在于,带(7)由纸构成,在纸的至少一侧上设置有由聚合材料所构成的层(8),带(7)缠绕在所述电线(1)周围以使得所述聚合材料保持在所述电线上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于所述带(7)交叠地缠绕在所述电线(1)周围。
6.根据权利要求3至5之一所述的方法,其特征在于环氧树脂被用作聚合材料。
7.根据权利要求3至5之一所述的方法,其特征在于改型的烷基树脂或改型的聚酯酰亚胺被用作聚合材料。
