图2示出被连接在一起的容纳-和铆钉件20、10的横截面视图,其中铆钉件20的底座14基本上完全与容纳环12的下面达到抵靠位置。在这里,铆钉栓18贯穿容纳环12的铆钉贯通孔16。在图2中被示出的中间状态中,两个结构件12、14还未被形状配合地彼此连接。
首先,通过铆钉18热塑性变形为如图3示出的铆钉头26,实现两个结构件12、14之间形状配合的连接,该铆钉头26相对于铆钉杆18被径向加宽。耐热的滑动层22阻止铆钉头26的下面与容纳环12之间构成材料配合的连接,该耐热的滑动层22平铺在容纳环12的上面28上。由此完成铆钉件20与容纳件10之间可旋转移动的连接,该连接允许围绕平行于铆钉杆18的轴线的相对转动或者枢转。
最后在图4和5中示出具有在容纳件30上的长形的以滑缝类型构成的铆钉贯通孔34的另一个实施方式。连接机构基本上与在之前所描述的图1到3中的连接机构相同。同样在这里在容纳件30的上面上至少在围绕滑缝34的边缘区域中设置滑动层,以便两个彼此连接的结构件的可推移性持续得到保证。具有铆钉或铆钉头的底座结构件在图4和5中未被详细示出,该底座结构件通过铆钉连接件至少可以在对着容纳件30的方向上被推移。
Claims (7)
1.由塑料制成的铆钉连接件,带有具有铆钉栓(18)的铆钉件(20)和容纳件(10),所述容纳件(10)具有被设置用于所述铆钉栓(18)的铆钉贯通开口(16、34),其特征在于,在所述容纳件(10)的背离所述铆钉件(20)的那侧布置滑动层(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铆钉连接件,其特征在于,至少所述铆钉栓(18)由热塑性塑料制成,其中,所述滑动层(22)至少在所述铆钉栓(18)可塑性变形的温度范围内是耐热的。
3.根据前述权利要求之一所述的铆钉连接件,其特征在于,所述滑动层(22)环状地盖住至少一个与所述铆钉贯通开口(22)邻接的边缘区域,其中,所述滑动层(22)的径向延伸至少与可由所述铆钉栓(18)变形而成的铆钉头(26)的底切的径向延伸一致。
4.根据前述权利要求中的一个或多个所述的铆钉连接件,其特征在于,所述容纳件(10)和所述铆钉件(20)可围绕所述铆钉栓(18)彼此相对枢转。
5.根据前述权利要求中的一个或多个所述的铆钉连接件,其特征在于,铆钉贯通开口(16、34)被构成为基本上圆形的孔(16)或者为长形的滑缝(34)。
6.根据前述权利要求中的一个或多个所述的铆钉连接件,其特征在于,所述滑动层(22)被构成为由油或蜡,特别是胡椒薄荷蜡,制成的薄膜。
7.用于构成具有铆钉件(20)和容纳件(10)的由塑料制成的铆钉连接件的方法,其中所述容纳件(10)具有被设置用于所述铆钉件(20)的可热塑性变形的铆钉栓(18)的铆钉贯通开口(16、34),其特征在于,在所述铆钉栓(18)变形为铆钉头(26)之前,在所述容纳件(10)的面向所述铆钉头(18)的那侧布置滑动层(22)。
