Abstract

本发明公开了一种用本色牛皮卡纸作为涂布原纸的涂布牛皮卡纸，其中，在本色牛皮卡纸上形成包含胶粘剂的颜料涂层，颜料涂层包括底涂颜料涂层、中涂颜料涂层和面涂颜料涂层，所述的各颜料涂层中含有作为颜料组分的复合钛白粉。本发明优点：相对成本较低、涂布量低、涂层覆盖均匀充分、无条痕、不断裂、不脱层、印刷适应性好，可达到制盒及印刷的要求。

一种涂布牛皮卡纸
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂布牛皮卡纸。
背景技术
目前，涂布牛皮卡纸主要通过两种方式实现，一种是先在本色牛皮卡表面挂上一层定量为30～40g/m2的白浆，然后进行颜料涂布实现，另一种是不挂白浆，直接通过颜料涂布来实现。采用后一种方式制取涂布牛皮卡纸时，采用通常的颜料涂布时，需要至少50g/m2的涂布量，采用高遮盖性的颜料如TiO2时，可以明显降低涂布量，但同时会明显提高生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种采用特种矿物颜料在本色牛皮卡纸上进行涂布的涂布牛皮卡纸。
本发明的目的是这样实现的，一种涂布牛卡纸，其特殊之处在于：在涂料制备过程中使用了不同于普通钛白粉(TiO2)的复合钛白粉，以减少普通钛白粉(TiO2)的用量并达到降低颜料成本的同时提高涂层的遮盖性的目的，在此过程中，不影响涂料的制备，经过正常的涂布工艺，得到高遮盖性的涂布牛皮卡纸。
本发明中所用的复合钛白粉是碳酸钙、高岭土、煅烧高岭土等白色矿物颜料与结晶TiO2的复合体，这种复合颜料的特点是：小于2μm的含量大于93％，白度大于94％。
一种涂布牛皮卡纸，其中，在本色牛皮卡纸上形成包含胶粘剂的颜料涂层，其特征在于：该颜料涂层中含有作为颜料组分的复合钛白粉。
根据本发明，颜料涂层包括底涂颜料涂层、中涂颜料涂层和面涂颜料涂层。
根据本发明，底涂层涂料包括70～30份碳酸钙，20～50份高岭土，5～20份复合钛白粉，10～20份丁苯胶乳。
根据本发明，中涂层涂料包括0～30份碳酸钙，20～50份高岭土，20～45份煅烧高岭土，5～15份TiO2，10～30份复合钛白粉，10～20份丁苯胶乳。
根据本发明，面涂层涂料包括0～30份碳酸钙，40～60份高岭土，10～30份煅烧高岭土，5～20份复合钛白粉，10～20粉丁苯胶乳。
根据本发明，三次涂布的总涂布量小于40g/m2。
本发明涂布牛皮卡纸优点是：相对成本较低、涂布量低、涂层覆盖均匀充分、无条痕、不断裂、不脱层、印刷适应性好，可达到制盒及印刷的要求。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例对本发明进行具体说明。
实施例1
1、借助涂布装置，将底涂层涂料涂在定量为175g/m2的本色牛皮卡纸上，其中该涂料包括70份碳酸钙，20份高岭土，10份复合钛白粉，10～20份丁苯胶乳，涂布量为8～10g/m2。
2、借助涂布装置，将中涂层涂料涂在经过底涂的牛皮卡纸上，其中该涂料包括25份高岭土，40份煅烧高岭土，5份TiO2，30份复合钛白粉，10～20份丁苯胶乳，涂布量16～18g/m2。
3、借助涂布装置，将面涂层涂料涂在经过底涂和中涂的牛皮卡纸上，其中该涂料包括30份碳酸钙，40份高岭土，10份煅烧高岭土，20份复合钛白粉，10～20份丁苯胶乳，涂布量为10～12g/m2。
4、将经过三次涂布的纸进行压光处理，得到成本相对较低、涂层覆盖均匀充分的涂布牛皮卡纸。
实施例2
1、借助涂布装置，将底涂层涂料涂在定量为175g/m2的本色牛皮卡纸上，其中该涂料包括60份碳酸钙，20份高岭土，20份复合钛白粉，10～20份丁苯胶乳，涂布量为8～10g/m2。
2、借助涂布装置，将中涂层涂料涂在经过底涂的牛皮卡纸上，其中该涂料包括50份高岭土，20份煅烧高岭土，10份TiO2，20份复合钛白粉，10～20份丁苯胶乳，涂布量16～18g/m2。
3、借助涂布装置，将面涂层涂料涂在经过底涂和中涂的牛皮卡纸上，其中该涂料包括15份碳酸钙，50份高岭土，30份煅烧高岭土，5份复合钛白粉，10～20份丁苯胶乳，涂布量为10～12g/m2。
4、将经过三次涂布的纸进行压光处理，得到成本相对较低、涂层覆盖均匀充分的涂布牛皮卡纸。
实施例3
1、借助涂布装置，将底涂层涂料涂在定量为175g/m2的本色牛皮卡纸上，其中该涂料包括45份碳酸钙，50份高岭土，5份复合钛白粉，10～20份丁苯胶乳，涂布量为8～10g/m2。
2、借助涂布装置，将中涂层涂料涂在经过底涂的牛皮卡纸上，其中该涂料包括55份高岭土，20份煅烧高岭土，15份TiO2，10份复合钛白粉，10～20份丁苯胶乳，涂布量16～18g/m2。
3、借助涂布装置，将面涂层涂料涂在经过底涂和中涂的牛皮卡纸上，其中该涂料包括15份碳酸钙，50份高岭土，20份煅烧高岭土，15份复合钛白粉，10～20份丁苯胶乳，涂布量为10～12g/m2。
4、将经过三次涂布的纸进行压光处理，得到成本相对较低、涂层覆盖均匀充分的涂布牛皮卡纸。

Claims (9)

1、一种涂布牛皮卡纸，其中，在本色牛皮卡纸上形成包含胶粘剂的颜料涂层，颜料涂层包括底涂颜料涂层、中涂颜料涂层和面涂颜料涂层，其特征在于各颜料涂层中含有作为颜料组分的复合钛白粉。
2、根据权利要求1所述的涂布牛皮卡纸，其特征在于底涂颜料层涂料包括70～30份碳酸钙，20～50份高岭土，5～20份复合钛白粉，10～20份丁苯胶乳。
3、根据权利要求1所述的涂布牛皮卡纸，其特征在于中涂颜料层涂料包括0～30份碳酸钙，20～50份高岭土，20～45份煅烧高岭土，5～15份TiO2，10～30份复合钛白粉，10～20份丁苯胶乳。
