Abstract

本发明提供了一种PVC阻燃、屏蔽穿线管的制造方法,由PVC、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二苯酯、三盐基性硫酸铅、二盐基性亚磷酸铅、氯化聚乙烯、铝粉和元溴苯组成。本发明方法具有使用原料取材容易、方法简便,生产出的产品耐火等级可达UL94V-0级,并且具有良好的电磁屏蔽性,可作为通信用电线电缆和计算机房电线穿线用,能有效地防止外界电磁波的干扰。

技术领域
本发明提供了一种PVC阻燃、屏蔽穿线管的制造方法。
背景技术
目前我国通讯和计算机行业飞速发展,此类工程都离不开线路的连接,而线路除了需要硬件保护外,还需要防止电磁波的干扰。目前此类管材多为单一的保护作用,也有部分具有阻燃作用,普遍缺少电磁屏蔽作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述情况提供一种具有阻燃和电磁屏蔽双重作用的PVC阻燃、屏蔽穿线管的制造方法。
其技术方案是:由PVC、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、邻苯二甲酸二苯酯、三盐基性硫酸铅、二盐基性亚磷酸铅、氯化聚乙烯、铝粉和元溴苯组成;其原料配比为:PVC100质量份、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂25~35质量份、邻苯二甲酸二苯酯20~30质量份、三盐基性硫酸铅2~4质量份、二盐基性亚磷酸铅0.5~1.5质量份、氯化聚乙烯8~15质量份、铝粉15~25质量份、元溴苯5~10质量份。
本发明方法具有使用原料取材容易、方法简便,生产出的产品耐火等级可达UL94V-0级,并且具有良好的电磁屏蔽性,可作为通信用电线电缆和计算机房电线穿线用,能有效地防止外界电磁波的干扰。
具体实施方式
实施例1的原料配置比:PVC100Kg、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂25Kg、邻苯二甲酸二苯酯20Kg、三盐基性硫酸铅2Kg、二盐基性亚磷酸铅0.5Kg、氯化聚乙烯8Kg、铝粉15Kg、元溴苯5Kg。
实施例2的原料配置比:PVC100Kg、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂30Kg、邻苯二甲酸二苯酯25Kg、三盐基性硫酸铅3Kg、二盐基性亚磷酸铅1Kg、氯化聚乙烯12Kg、铝粉20Kg、元溴苯8Kg。
实施例3的原料配置比:PVC100Kg、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂35Kg、邻苯二甲酸二苯酯30Kg、三盐基性硫酸铅4Kg、二盐基性亚磷酸铅1.5Kg、氯化聚乙烯15Kg、铝粉25Kg、元溴苯10Kg。
将上述实施例的原料配置比将原料混合4-6分钟,在190-210℃下由双螺杆挤出机造粒后,在180-190℃下挤出管材即可。

Claims (1)

1、一种PVC阻燃、屏蔽穿线管的制造方法,其特征是原料及配比为:PVC100质量份、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂25~35质量份、邻苯二甲酸二苯酯20~30质量份、三盐基性硫酸铅2~4质量份、二盐基性亚磷酸铅0.5~1.5质量份、氯化聚乙烯8~15质量份、铝粉15~25质量份、元溴苯5~10质量份;将上述原料混合4-6分钟,在190-210℃下由双螺杆挤出机造粒后,在180-190℃下挤出管材即可。
