Description

乘用车行李箱侧护面及其生产工艺
一、技术领域
本发明公开了一种乘用车行李箱侧护面及其生产工艺,属于车辆内饰产品加工生产技术领域。 
二、背景技术
行李箱侧护面,是汽车内饰产品的重要部分,是汽车档次高低的一个重要依据;现有的汽车行李箱侧护面主要有PCV人造革吸塑,PE、废纺毡成型等几种,它们普遍存在一些不足或缺陷,如无法安装网兜等附件,有刺激性气味,不美观,刚性差,吸音差;尺寸和性能的稳定性较差;不能再生利用或有效降解,易造成垃圾污染,不利于环保。 
三、发明内容
本发明的目的旨在克服上述已有技术的不足,公开一种易于装配、性能稳定、安全可靠、美观大方的乘用车行李箱侧护面及其生产工艺。 
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种乘用车行李箱侧护面生产工艺,侧护面主要是由骨架和复合于骨架外表面上的装饰层构成的,骨架的两侧具有翻向背面的延伸护翼,骨架采用的是热塑性麻纤维复合毡;在侧护面的背面粘接有隔音毡,正面安装有网兜,其特殊之处在于: 
其生产工艺,依次包括如下步骤: 
A、骨架加热:将热塑性麻纤维复合毡铺装在加热板上双面加热,加热温度为180-250℃,加热时间为90-150S; 
B、装饰层的复合:将加热好的骨架叠放在用作装饰层的装饰面料上,用加热板再压一下,时间为10-30S,这样装饰面料就与骨架外表面的复合为一体; 
C、压型切割:将上述复合好的材料放入两侧设有后翻延伸护翼的行李箱侧护面加工模具内,在压力200吨以上,闭合模具,模压成型50-90S后,启模、取模,再进行切割修剪后即为侧护面半成品; 
D、成品制作:在上述的侧护面半成品背面粘接上隔音毡,正面安装上网兜后,即为乘用车行李箱侧护面成品。 
本发明与已有技术相比具有的显著效果是,选材独特,结构合理,便于装配;刚性好、安全性高,能够满足刚性、撞车、落球、摆动,摩擦,暴晒,气候交变等多项按照国际标准进行的性能试验指标要求,又满足整车前/后碰撞,侧碰撞的要求,性能及尺寸的稳定性好;麻纤维是天然纤维,能再生、可降解,不会对环境造成污染,满足环保要求。 
四、具体实施方式
为更好地理解本发明,下面结合具体实施方式对其作进一步详细地阐述。 
本发明所述的乘用车行李箱侧护面主要是由骨架和复合于其外表面上的装饰层构成的,骨架的两侧具有翻向背面的延伸护翼,骨架采用的是热塑性麻纤维复合毡;在侧护面的背面粘接有隔音毡,正面安装有网兜。 
以上所述乘用车行李箱侧护面是依次按照如下步骤进行生产制作的, 
1、骨架加热:将热塑性麻纤维复合毡铺装在加热板上双面加热,加热温度为180-250℃,加热时间为90—150S; 
2、装饰层的复合:将加热好的骨架叠放在用作装饰层的装饰面料上,用加热板再压一下,时间为10-30S,这样装饰面就与骨架外表面的复合为一体; 
3、压型切割:将上述复合好的材料放入两侧设有后翻延伸护翼的行李 箱侧护面加工模具内,在压力200吨以上,闭合模具,模压成型50-90S后,启模、取模,再进行切割修剪后即为侧护面半成品; 
4、成品制作:在上述的侧护面半成品背面粘接上隔音毡,正面安装上网兜,装配上安装附件后即为乘用车行李箱侧护面成品。 
将以上制作好的行李箱侧护面成品通过其上的安装附件直接装配到乘用车的行李箱上即可,装配简单快捷,具有外形美观大方、吸音效果好、无气味、安全环保、轻便等特点,是一种理想的内饰内饰护品。

1.一种乘用车行李箱侧护面生产工艺,侧护面主要是由骨架和复合于骨架外表面上的装饰层构成的,骨架的两侧具有翻向背面的延伸护翼,骨架采用的是热塑性麻纤维复合毡;在侧护面的背面粘接有隔音毡,正面安装有网兜,其特征在于:其生产工艺依次包括如下步骤,
A、骨架加热:将热塑性麻纤维复合毡铺装在加热板上双面加热,加热温度为180-250℃,加热时间为90-150S;
B、装饰层的复合:将加热好的骨架叠放在用作装饰层的装饰面料上,用加热板再压一下,时间为10-30S,这样装饰面料就与骨架外表面的复合为一体;
C、压型切割:将上述复合好的材料放入两侧设有后翻延伸护翼的行李箱侧护面加工模具内,在压力200吨以上,闭合模具,模压成型50-90S后,启模、取模,再进行切割修剪后即为侧护面半成品;
