技术领域
本发明涉及一种制造产品部件,尤其是将在如咖啡机的各类家用电器产品中或者在各种个人护理产品如剃须刀和修整器中使用的产品部件的方法。在特定实施例中,该产品部件可以是将要定位于产品外侧的覆盖件。
背景技术

第一,通过使用合成纤维板,可以从连续纤维的存在中受益,而在将纤维并入塑料中的情形下并非如此。
第二,获得了产品部件的改进视觉外观,这在产品部件将用作产品的覆盖件情况下至关重要。另外,在使合成纤维板的可见侧保留为不覆盖的情况下,还可以实现产品部件的改进触觉外观。以这一方式,可以使具有包括产品部件的外壳的产品具有吸引人的外表和感觉。
第三,合成纤维板有助于产品部件的构造硬度,这使产品部件不那么易于受变形影响。另外,当用加固纤维填充塑料时,塑料的抗冲击性降低,但是通过使用合成纤维板并且将塑料层施加到该纤维板,抗冲击性保持为可接受的水平。
通常,合成纤维板不能包含诸如搭扣配合接合、螺孔、封边、光导等功能单元。这一事实构成对此类纤维板应用范围的限制。然而,当应用根据本发明的方法时,将塑料层施加到合成纤维板,而所有必要的构造单元可以集成到这一层中。因此,本发明的一项重要改进在于以下事实:将合成纤维板的硬度和外观与塑料提供的构造和设计相关的能力和自由度相结合。
在许多应用中,产品部件需要具有含弯曲部分的预定形状而不是平坦的。当应用根据本发明的方法时,可以在将塑料层施加到合成纤维板的步骤之前,通过使合成纤维板具有与基于合成纤维板来制造的产品部件的所需形状相适应的预定形状,来实现产品部件的任何所需形状。优选地,使用热塑合成纤维板,加热合成纤维板以便使它成形。根据一种实际可能,在使合成纤维板成形的过程中使用具有至少两个部件的工具,在该工具的部件的表面之间按压合成纤维板。
根据第一可能,通过将合成纤维板放置于用于注塑模制的模具中、将液态塑料引入模具中并且允许液态塑料固化,来将塑料层施加到合成纤维板。一旦塑料层无需模具的支撑即可维持它的形状,就可以从模具释放基于合成纤维板和塑料而形成的产品部件。
根据第二可能,通过提供塑料衬底并且将塑料衬底和合成纤维板相互连接来将塑料层施加到合成纤维板。为了在塑料衬底与合成纤维板之间建立连接,可以使用任何适当的连接技术。这样的连接技术的一个实际示例是胶合。
在产品部件需要具有预定形状的情况下,优选使用具有与产品部件的这种预定形状相适应的形状的塑料衬底。合成纤维板可以预先形成,或者合成纤维板可以在塑料衬底和合成纤维板相互连接时相对于塑料衬底而成形。在实践中,在产品部件的形状相对简易时,即当产品部件不包括强性圆柱部分、锐曲线等时,后一可能特别地适用。
合成纤维板可以是任何类型的纤维板,例如包括纺织玻璃纤维板和热塑性基体(matrix)。一般而言,合成纤维板包括基体材料和加固纤维,该基体材料和该加固纤维在形成单个组件之时在微观水平保持分离和不同。基体材料通过维持它们的相对位置以包围和支撑加固纤维,同时加固纤维赋予了它们特殊的机械、电学和物理性质以增强基体性质。
本发明也涉及一种制造从包括家电产品和个人护理产品的产品组中选择的产品的方法,该方法包括制造该产品的外壳的步骤。另外,本发明也涉及一种用于产品的部件和一种具有外壳的产品。
出于完整性的原因,需要注意的是,产品部件可以具有任何适当形状。除此之外,产品部件可以包括一个或者多个孔,例如用于允许其中应用了该产品部件的产品的控制按钮通过。在产品部件是覆盖件的情况下,该产品部件可以用于完全覆盖产品或者用于仅覆盖产品的一部分。该产品选自于包括家电产品和个人护理产品的产品组,例如剃须刀、修整器、剪刀、脱毛器、拔毛机、牙刷、干发器、干发器附件、熨斗、咖啡机、水壶、家用啤酒开瓶器、真空吸尘器、煎锅等。

具体实施方式
注意,在下文中将说明制造用以构成产品外壳的外部部件的覆盖件的过程。应仅将这一特定过程视为在本发明的范围内存在的许多可能之一,因为本发明就任何类型产品部件而言都适用。
在图1中图示了制造覆盖件的过程的第一步骤。在该第一步骤中,在加热器20中提供和放置热塑合成纤维板10。加热器20可以例如是红外线加热器。在图1中,利用指向纤维板10的箭头来示意地表示在加热器20的操作过程中向合成纤维板10供应的热。由于在加热器20中发生的加热过程,合成纤维板10被置于纤维板10变形的状态中。
热塑合成纤维板10可以包括任何类型的纤维和任何类型的热塑树脂,并且可以是纺织或者非纺织垫。纤维可以是例如从玻璃纤维、碳纤维或者芳族聚酰胺纤维的组中选择的至少一种类型的纤维。热塑树脂可以是ABS(丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯)、PP(聚丙烯)、PC(聚碳酸酯)、PBT(聚丁烯对苯二甲酸酯)、PA(聚酰胺)等。
当合成纤维板10已经达到可变形的状态时,纤维板10从加热器20移走,并且被放置于模具30中,以便赋予纤维板10以预定形状。在图2中图示了在模具30中使合成纤维板10成形的步骤。
成形模具30包括两个模具部件31、32。在成形过程中,在这些模具部件31、32之间按压合成纤维板10。在所示示例中,成形模具30适于弯曲合成纤维板10。具体而言,将称为接纳模具部件31的模具部件31包括凹形成形表面33,而将称为模子32的另一模具部件32包括凸形成形表面34。在成形模具30的一个实际实施例中,接纳模具部件31可以由金属制造,而模子32可以由金属或者橡胶制造。
在已经进行了在模具部件31、32的成形表面33、34之间按压合成纤维板10的过程并且已经将纤维板10冷却到纤维板10无需成形模具30的支撑即可维持它的形状的温度之后,将模具部件31、32移开,并且从成形模具30移走纤维板10。可以通过采用用于在成形模具30中主动地冷却合成纤维板10的适当措施来加速冷却过程。
在图3中示出了紧接在已经从成形模具30移走成形合成纤维板10之后的粗略型式的成形合成纤维板10的示例。在这一示例中,合成纤维板10包括玻璃纤维,并且将作为用于剃须刀的覆盖件的部件。
在图4中示出了粗略型式的成形合成纤维板10的另一示例的横截面。在图5中,示出了切割和修整型式的同一成形合成纤维板10的同一横截面,该型式是合成纤维板10的最终型式。在所示示例中,成形合成纤维板10在粗略型式中包括平滑弯曲的中心部分10a和在中心部分10a的相对侧上延伸的两个边部分10b。在切割动作过程中去除两个边部分10b。
在图6中图示的下一步骤中,将成形合成纤维板10放置于包括两个模具部件41、42的注塑模具40中。在注塑模具40闭合的情形下,即在模具部件41、42彼此相抵放置的情形下,在模具40中存在空腔43,该空腔适合于容纳成形合成纤维板10,而又使纤维板10的一侧11空闲。通过将液态树脂引入由注塑模具40的空腔43所提供的空间中而用热塑树脂覆盖这一侧11。适宜的树脂是ABS树脂、PP树脂、PC树脂、PBT树脂、PA树脂等或者这些树脂的混合物。
允许热塑树脂固化从而获得固态塑料层12。在该阶段,覆盖件50准备就绪。在图7中示出了具有成形合成纤维板10和塑料层12的覆盖件50的横截面。在所示示例中,塑料层12是不透明的。因此,当在制造如剃须刀的产品的过程中使用覆盖件50时,覆盖件50被定位为使得合成纤维板10位于产品外侧,以使得塑料层12被纤维板10隐藏而不可见。
覆盖件50可以视为支撑纤维性表面的塑料体,该纤维性表面由合成纤维板10的未覆盖侧13构成而该塑料体由塑料层12构成。可以选择合成纤维板10的组成以使得纤维板10的外观吸引用户,至少纤维板10的外表和感觉引人关注。因此,通过将覆盖件50作为产品外壳的部件应用于产品中以使得覆盖件50定位于产品的外侧,就可以实现具有怡人外表和感觉的产品。
覆盖件50可以应用为诸如剃须刀、修整器、剪刀、脱毛器、拔毛机、牙刷、干发器、干发器附件、熨斗、咖啡机、水壶、家用啤酒开瓶器、真空吸尘器、煎锅等任何类型产品的外壳部件。
纤维性表面并非必须位于其中应用了覆盖件50的产品的外侧,因为可以具有至少部分透明的塑料层12。在这样的情况下,塑料层12可以位于产品外侧,使得产品的用户能够透过塑料层12看见纤维性表面。以这一方式,即通过提供至少部分透明并且提供了透过塑料层12查看合成纤维板10的塑料层12,可以获得吸引人的视觉效果。另外,透明塑料层12保护纤维性表面免受刮擦和其它形式的损坏。
当将透明塑料层12涂覆到合成纤维板10的一侧,并且该层12将位于其中待并入覆盖件50的产品外侧时,可以将另一塑料层施加到合成纤维板10的另一侧。附加塑料层可以有助于覆盖件50的硬度。
注意覆盖件50的硬度由于合成纤维板10的存在而相对较高。这对于覆盖件的抗冲击性同样成立。然而,可以例如通过将覆盖件50放置于注塑模具中并且用塑料树脂覆盖塑料层12来向覆盖件50添加提供结构功能性的元件,比如提供加强肋条和搭扣接合。出于完整性的原因,应当注意的是,这样的过程也称为插入模制。
对于本领域技术人员将清楚的是,本发明的范围不限于前文讨论的示例,而且可以存在其若干修改和改型而不脱离如所附权利要求书限定的本发明范围。
在前文中,公开了制造产品部件50的方法。根据这一方法,应用合成纤维板10,并且用塑料材料覆盖合成纤维板10的至少一侧11。首先,以实现该方法的实际方式,通过加热纤维板10并且在成形模具30中按压纤维板10来使合成纤维板10成形。随后,将合成纤维板10放置于注塑模具40中,向该模具中引入液态塑料以便将塑料层12施加到纤维板10。以这一方式,作为应用了合成纤维板10的结果,获得了具有高硬度以及怡人外表和感觉的产品部件50,其较具有用加固纤维填充的塑料体的产品部件而言是优选的。

Claims (11)

1.一种制造产品的部件的方法,所述产品选自包括家电产品和个人护理产品的产品组中,所述方法包括步骤:提供合成纤维板(10);以及将塑料层(12)施加到所述合成纤维板(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中在将所述塑料层(12)施加到所述合成纤维板(10)的步骤之前,赋予所述合成纤维板(10)以预定形状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中使用热塑合成纤维板(10),以及其中加热所述合成纤维板(10),以便使所述合成纤维板(10)成形。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其中在使所述合成纤维板(10)成形的过程中使用具有至少两个部件(31,32)的工具(30),以及其中在所述工具(30)的所述部件(31,32)的表面(33,34)之间按压所述合成纤维板(10)。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一权利要求所述的方法,其中通过将所述合成纤维板(10)放置于用于注塑模制的模具(40)中、将液态塑料引入所述模具(40)中并且允许所述液态塑料固化,来实现将所述塑料层(12)施加到所述合成纤维板(10)的步骤。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一权利要求所述的方法,其中通过提供塑料衬底并且将所述塑料衬底和所述合成纤维板(10)相互连接,来实现将所述塑料层(12)施加到所述合成纤维板(10)的步骤。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中所述塑料衬底和所述合成纤维板(10)借助胶合来相互连接。
8.一种制造产品的方法,所述产品选自包括家电产品和个人护理产品的产品组中,所述方法包括制造所述产品的外壳的步骤,其包括实现根据权利要求1至7中任一权利要求所述的方法。
9.一种产品的部件(50),所述产品选自包括家电产品和个人护理产品的产品组中,包括合成纤维板(10)和连接到所述合成纤维板(10)的塑料层(12)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的产品部件(50),其中所述产品部件是将定位于产品外侧的覆盖件。
11.一种选自包括家电产品和个人护理产品的产品组中的产品,具有包括根据权利要求10所述的产品部件(50)的外壳。
