Abstract
本发明公开一种铝材清洗工艺,主要是对铝材表面的油污进行去除,该铝材清洗工艺包括上料、第一水洗、弱碱性清洗液清洗、第二水洗、第三水洗、切水及下料等过程。相较于传统的铝材清洗工艺,本发明工艺简单、清洗效果好且良率高。

技术领域
本发明是关于一种清洗工艺,尤其是关于一种适用于铝材的清洗工艺。
背景技术
日常生活中,铝材的应用无处不在,尤其,随着移动通讯事业的发展,铝材的应用更加日益广泛,如采用铝材制造电子产品的壳体或零部件等。铝材在加工过程中,铝材表面常会粘附有油污等,如铝材在模具的冲压过程中,常会粘附冲子上的油脂或飘浮在车间空气中的油雾沉积于铝材表面。如此,铝材在进行涂布油漆、焊接等工艺前或直接组装至产品前,需先去除其表面的油污。
目前铝材清洗工艺一般包括:上料、去油脂、市水清洗、活化、纯水清洗、切水吹干、烘干及下料等过程,其中去油脂步骤以去除铝材表面的油污,该步骤采用具体配制的清洗液,该等清洗液一般采用多种表面活性剂配制而成。目前使用较为常见的清洗液有商品名为SH-182的去腊水,然而应用该等清洗液清洗铝材后,铝材表面清洗效果不佳,油污难以完全清除,从而导致清洗后产生的不良品较多。活化步骤用于清除铝件表面的氧化物,现有铝材表面氧化物的清除一般采用强碱溶液,如氢氧化钾溶液。然而该等强碱溶液又容易与铝材发生化学反应,使铝材表面发生形成凹点等不良现象,从而导致产品不良品增加。另外,目前采用的铝材清洗工艺的步骤较多,且较为繁琐。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种工艺简单、清洗效果好且良率高铝材清洗工艺。
一种铝材清洗工艺,用于清洗一铝材,该铝材清洗工艺包括使用弱碱性清洗液清洗铝材的步骤,其中弱碱性清洗液主要由磷酸盐、碳酸盐及硅酸盐配制而成。
相较现有的铝材清洗工艺,本发明无需活化等流程,工艺简单,且弱碱性清洗液清洗过程中所采用的清洗液为弱碱溶液,既能去除铝材表面的油污,又能去除铝件表面的氧化物,且难于与铝材发生化学反应,比一般的清洗液清洗油污的效果更好,从而提高了清洗铝材的良率。
具体实施方式
本发明是关于一种铝材清洗工艺,其包括第一水洗、弱碱性清洗液清洗、第二水洗、第三水洗及切水等步骤。本发明较佳实施例以一种铝制片材的清洗过程为例进行说明,其具体工艺流程包括如下步骤:
上料:将该铝制片材置于清洗治具上。
第一水洗:将铝制片材用水清洗,以除去铝制片材面表的易于用水清洗的物质。该过程主要采用自来水清洗。
弱碱性清洗液清洗:将该铝制片材使用弱碱性清洗液进行清洗,以去除铝制片材表面上的油污及氧化物。弱碱性清洗液可采用包含磷酸盐、碳酸盐及硅酸盐等盐组成的弱碱性清洗液,该种清洗液亦可选用市面上一种商品名为青烽103的清洗剂。该弱碱性清洗液清洗过程可采用超声波清洗机进行清洗,具体过程如下:提供一四槽超声波清洗机,将该弱碱性清洗液容置于四槽超声波清洗机的一个清洗槽内,将铝制片材放至该弱碱性清洗液的清洗槽内超声波震荡清洗。
第二水洗:将弱碱清洗后的铝制片材放入水中进行清洗,以去除所述铝制片材上的碱性清洗液残留物。该水洗步骤可采用超声波清洗机进行清洗,其清洗液为纯水,即将铝制片材放入盛有纯水的超声波清洗槽中超声波震荡清洗。
第三水洗:将第二水洗后的铝制片材分别进行自来水清洗及纯水清洗,以去除所述过纯水超声波清洗后余留的其他杂质,使铝制片材表面彻底洗干净,达到无水印的效果。该步骤可使用自动清洗机按次序进行。
切水:将水洗后的铝制片材吹干。该步骤可使用高压风机把铝制片材吹干或其他方式烘干。
下料:将铝制片材从清洗治具上卸除。
相较于现有的铝材清洗过程,本清洗工艺无需经过活化步骤、经过弱碱性清洗液清洗步骤即可达成对铝材表面的去油污及去除氧化物的目的,因此工艺更简单;本铝材清洗工艺弱碱性清洗液清洗步骤中采用的弱碱清洗液可采用包含磷酸盐、碳酸盐及硅酸盐等盐组成的弱碱性清洗液,亦可选用商品名为青烽103的清洗剂。弱碱清洗液选取较方便,且较一般的清洗液清洗油污的效果更好,且弱碱清洗液难于与铝材发生化学反应,铝件表面不会产生不良现象,从而提高了清洗铝材的良率。
本发明铝材清洗工艺可以广泛应用清洗于电子工业,光学仪表工业,石化工业,和半导体加工等工业中使用的元器件。
Claims (6)
1.一种铝材清洗工艺,用于清洗一铝材,其特征在于:该铝材清洗工艺包括使用弱碱性清洗液清洗铝材的步骤,其中弱碱性清洗液主要由磷酸盐、碳酸盐及硅酸盐配制而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的铝材清洗工艺,其特征在于:所述弱碱性清洗液清洗铝材步骤所采用的设备为四槽超声波清洗机。
3.如权利要求1所述的铝材清洗工艺,其特征在于:所述弱碱性清洗液还包括一种商品名为青烽103的清洗剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的铝材清洗工艺,其特征在于:所述弱碱性清洗液清洗铝材步骤前还包括有水洗的步骤。
5.如权利要求1所述的铝材清洗工艺,其特征在于:所述弱碱性清洗液清洗铝材步骤后还包括有纯水清洗的步骤,该纯水清洗步骤采用超声波清洗机进行清洗。
6.如权利要求5所述的铝材清洗工艺,其特征在于:所述纯水清洗步骤后还包括再次自来水清洗、纯水清洗及切水的步骤。
