Abstract
一种连接装置,包括一本体及至少一转轴,该本体开设有至少一轴孔,该连接装置还包括至少一弹性套筒,该弹性套筒套设于上述转轴并容置于上述轴孔内,其内外表面分别与该转轴的外表面及该轴孔的内表面摩擦配合,该弹性套筒的内表面与该转轴的外表面其中一表面设有波浪槽,另一表面设有至少一凸肋。本发明还提供一种采用上述连接装置的关节。上述关节具有良好的定位效果及稳定性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种关节及其连接装置,尤其涉及一种用于玩具的关节及其连接装置。
背景技术
现有的儿童玩具,如机器人、动物玩偶等的可活动的关节多由转轴、销等元件连接,从而实现旋转功能,达到活动连接的目的。如一种活动关节:通过转轴连接第一基体与活动臂,转轴一端为一圆盘,卡设于第一基体内侧的转轴座内,转轴另一端通过销与活动臂连接。通过圆盘在转轴座内的旋转可以带动活动臂绕转轴旋转,同时活动臂还可绕销旋转。
虽然这类活动关节可以实现灵活的转动功能,但在使用过程中,转轴和销容易磨损,导致这类活动关节的定位效果及稳定性较差,玩具造型不易保持。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种定位效果好、稳定性强的关节及其连接装置。
一种连接装置,包括一本体及至少一转轴,该本体开设有至少一轴孔,该连接装置还包括至少一弹性套筒,该弹性套筒套设于上述转轴并容置于上述轴孔内,其内外表面分别与该转轴的外表面及该轴孔的内表面摩擦配合,该弹性套筒的内表面与该转轴的外表面其中一表面设有波浪槽,另一表面设有至少一凸肋。
一种关节,其包括第一基体、第二基体及连接装置,该第一基体与该第二基体通过连接装置旋转连接,该连接装置包括一本体及至少一转轴,该本体开设有至少一轴孔和一装配孔,该第一基体固设于该转轴,该第二基体通过装配孔与该本体旋转配合,该连接装置还包括至少一弹性套筒,该弹性套筒套设于上述转轴并容置于上述轴孔内,其内外表面分别与该转轴的外表面及该轴孔的内表面摩擦配合,该弹性套筒的内表面与该转轴的外表面其中一表面设有波浪槽,另一表面设有至少一凸肋。
本发明所提供的关节可以实现两个方向的转动,且通过弹性套筒的内外表面分别与转轴的外表面及轴孔的内表面之间的摩擦配合,使上述关节具有良好的定位效果及稳定性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及较佳实施例对本发明的关节及其连接装置作进一步的详细说明。
请参见图1,本发明较佳实施例的关节包括第一基体10、第二基体20和连接装置30,连接装置30装设于第一基体10内部,第二基体20可转动的枢接于连接装置30。
请参见图2,连接装置30包括本体31、两个弹性套筒35及两个转轴13,本体31近似为中空球体,其由基部311与配合部312卡合而成,该基部311与配合部312的接合面上分别设置有用于相互卡合的盲孔313和凸起314。该基部311与配合部312分别开设有一从边缘向内延伸的轴孔315、316,轴孔315、316共轴设置;该本体31还开设有一装配孔317,该装配孔317位于基部311与配合部312的接合面上,该装配孔317与两轴孔315、316相互垂直贯通且装配孔317一端为台阶状。
弹性套筒35的内外表面、转轴13的外表面及轴孔315、316的内表面均设有波浪槽,该弹性套筒35外表面的波浪槽与轴孔315、316内表面的波浪槽摩擦配合,形成一系列定位点;该弹性套筒35内表面的波浪槽与转轴13外表面的波浪槽摩擦配合,形成一系列定位点。该弹性套筒35一端为凹面,且两个弹性套筒35的凹面相向设置。
弹性套筒35可以采用各类塑胶材料制造,本发明的弹性套筒35优选硅胶制作成的硅胶套筒。
可以理解,也可于该弹性套筒35的内表面与该转轴13的外表面其中一表面设有波浪槽,另一表面设有至少一凸肋,通过二者之间的摩擦配合,同样可以形成一系列定位点;同理,也可于该弹性套筒35的外表面与该轴孔315、316的内表面其中一表面设有波浪槽,另一表面设有至少一凸肋,通过二者之间的摩擦配合,同样也可以形成一系列定位点。
请同时参见图1和图3,第一基体10近似为中空半球状,其由基部101与配合部102卡合而成,该基部101与配合部102的接合面上分别设置有用于相互卡合的盲孔103和凸起104。该基部101与配合部102分别与连接装置30的两转轴13固接。该基部101与配合部102进一步包括一固定端105,用于将第一基体10装设于玩具的固定部件。
第二基体20为一杆体,其与本体31的装配孔317相配合。第二基体20上开设有一摩擦槽22,用于和两弹性套筒35相向设置的凹面摩擦配合。第二基体20进一步包括一台阶部23,用于和装配孔317台阶状的一端相配合。第二基体20与台阶部23相对的另一端可与玩具的活动部件连接。
请参阅图4和图5,装配时,首先将第二基体20置于分离的基部311与配合部312之间,第二基体20相应穿设装配孔317,第二基体20的摩擦槽22的两侧与轴孔315、316相对应,第二基体20的台阶部23相应卡设于装配孔317的台阶状的一端;然后将分离的基部311与配合部312卡合为一体形成本体31,再将两弹性套筒35分别内置于轴孔315、316内,两弹性套筒35的凹面与第二基体20的摩擦槽22紧密贴合;最后将两转轴13相应穿设于两弹性套筒35内,同时基部101与配合部102卡合为一体形成第一基体10。
工作时,对第二基体20施力,通过本体31绕转轴13的旋转可带动第二基体20绕转轴13的轴线转动,且通过弹性套筒35的内外表面分别与转轴13的外表面及轴孔315、316的内表面之间的摩擦配合,可以使第二基体20稳定停留于定位点。同时第二基体20可以绕其自身的轴线360°旋转,且通过第二基体20的摩擦槽22与两弹性套筒35相向设置的凹面之间的摩擦配合,也可以使第二基体20稳定停留于任何位置。当第二基体20与玩具的活动部件相连接时,便可以通过第二基体20两个方向的转动展现玩具的不同姿态,且可以通过第二基体20的定位效果对玩具进行稳定的造型。
同时,由于本体31和第一基体10均由两部分卡合而成,从而使本发明的关节具有装配简单、可拆卸的优点。
可以理解,为节约成本,该连接装置30可以仅包括一个转轴13及一个弹性套筒35,该本体31相应开设一个轴孔,通过弹性套筒35内外表面分别与该转轴13的外表面及该轴孔的内表面之间的摩擦配合,同样可以实现本发明的技术效果。
可以理解,第一基体10可采用焊接、铆接、胶粘等方式与转轴13固接或与转轴13一体成型。
可以理解,为便于制造及节约模具成本,该本体31可以为实心球体,此时可以在本体31上开设至少一通孔作为轴孔,也可开设至少一盲孔作为轴孔。此时装配孔317也可为通孔或盲孔,当装配孔317为盲孔时,盲孔底部设计为台阶状,以便于第二基体20的台阶部23与之相配合。
可以理解,该第一基体10的形状不限于中空半球状,可根据需要设计为各种不同形状,如设计为机器人肢体的形状。同时,第一基体10和第二基体20均可以与玩具的固定部件或活动部件连接,其中第二基体20可以直接与玩具的固定部件或活动部件连接,也可以再通过一个连接装置30与玩具的固定部件或活动部件连接,以实现更为灵活及多样化的转动。
可以理解,本发明所提供的关节还可以应用于玩具以外的其他领域,用以连接固定元件与活动元件。
Claims (10)
1.一种连接装置,包括一本体及至少一转轴,该本体开设有至少一轴孔,其特征在于:该连接装置还包括至少一弹性套筒,该弹性套筒套设于上述转轴并容置于上述轴孔内,其内外表面分别与该转轴的外表面及该轴孔的内表面摩擦配合,该弹性套筒的内表面与该转轴的外表面其中一表面设有波浪槽,另一表面设有至少一凸肋。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于:该本体还开设有一装配孔,该装配孔与轴孔相互贯通。
3.如权利要求2所述的连接装置,其特征在于:该本体由基部及配合部卡合而成,上述装配孔位于该基部及配合部的接合面上。
4.如权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于:该弹性套筒的外表面与该轴孔的内表面其中一表面设有波浪槽,另一表面设有至少一凸肋。
5.如权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于:该弹性套筒一端为凹面。
6.如权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于:该弹性套筒为硅胶套筒。
7.一种关节,其包括第一基体、第二基体及连接装置,该第一基体与第二基体通过连接装置旋转连接,该连接装置包括一本体及至少一转轴,该本体开设有至少一轴孔和一装配孔,该第一基体固设于该转轴,该第二基体通过装配孔与该本体旋转配合,其特征在于:该连接装置还包括至少一弹性套筒,该弹性套筒套设于上述转轴并容置于上述轴孔内,其内外表面分别与该转轴的外表面及该轴孔的内表面摩擦配合,该弹性套筒的内表面与该转轴的外表面其中一表面设有波浪槽,另一表面设有至少一凸肋。
8.如权利要求7所述的关节,其特征在于:该第一基体由基部及配合部卡合而成。
9.如权利要求7所述的关节,其特征在于:该第二基体开设有一摩擦槽。
10.如权利要求7所述的关节,其特征在于:该第二基体具有一台阶部,该台阶部与该本体的装配孔旋转配合。
