Abstract
一种关节,包括第一基体、第二基体、一转轴及一锁固件,第一基体与第二基体通过转轴转动连接,转轴穿设于第二基体并与第一基体固接且转轴位于第二基体一侧设有一止环,锁固件自第二基体另一侧与转轴锁合,该锁固件至少部分设有螺纹,该关节还包括螺设于锁固件上的一调节件和套设于锁固件上位于止环与调节件之间的一弹性组件,通过调节件调节其与止环之间的距离而调控第一基体与第二基体之间的转动力矩。上述关节具有良好的定位效果及稳定性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种关节,尤其涉及一种用于玩具的关节。
背景技术
现有的玩具,如机器人、动物玩偶等的可活动关节多由转轴、销等元件连接,从而实现关节的旋转功能,达到活动连接的目的。如一种活动关节通过转轴连接第一基体与活动臂,转轴一端为一圆形轴部,其卡设于第一基体内侧的轴座内并可于转轴座内的旋转,转轴另一端通过一垂直于转轴的销与活动臂连接。
虽然这类活动关节可以实现灵活的转动功能,但在使用过程中,转轴和销较易磨损,导致这类活动关节的定位效果及稳定性较差,玩具造型不易保持。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种定位效果好、稳定性强的关节。
一种关节,包括第一基体、第二基体、一转轴及一锁固件,第一基体与第二基体通过转轴转动连接,转轴穿设于第二基体并与第一基体固接且转轴位于第二基体一侧设有一止环,锁固件自第二基体另一侧与转轴锁合,该锁固件至少部分设有螺纹,该关节还包括螺设于锁固件上的一调节件和套设于锁固件上位于止环与调节件之间的一弹性组件,通过调节件调节其与止环之间的距离而调控第一基体与第二基体之间的转动力矩。
本发明所提供的关节的第二基体可绕转轴旋转从而相对于第一基体转动,且通过弹性组件与第二基体之间的摩擦配合,使上述关节具有良好的定位效果及稳定性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及实施例对本发明的关节作进一步的详细说明。
请参见图1和图2,本发明较佳实施例一的关节包括第一基体10、第二基体20、转轴13、锁固件15、调节件16及一弹性组件18。
所述第一基体10大体为中空半球状,其由基部101与配合部102卡合而成,该基部101与配合部102的结合面上分别设置有用于相互卡合的卡条1011和凹槽(图未示)。该基部101内表面固设有一安装座112用以固接转轴13,该安装座112内表面设置有至少一卡环113;该配合部102开设有一通孔122,且配合部102外表面于通孔122周缘设置有一凹槽121。该基部101与配合部102进一步包括一固定端115,用于将玩具的相应部件装设于第一基体10。
所述第二基体20为近似杆状,其一端为轴承部21,该轴承部21中心开设有一用于穿设转轴13的轴孔212,该轴承部21的相对两侧于轴孔212周缘设置有一摩擦槽211;第二基体20另一端为一装配端22,该装配端22周缘设置有至少一环形槽223,用于将玩具的活动部件可旋转的装设于第二基体20。
所述转轴13一端邻近端部沿圆周方向环设有与上述安装座112内表面的卡环113相对应的卡槽133,该卡环113与该卡槽133相互嵌设,从而使转轴13固接于第一基体10。该转轴13中部设置有一与转轴13一体成型的止环135,该转轴13另一端自端面沿轴向内开设有一螺纹孔131。
可以理解,该转轴13还可采用焊接、铆接、胶粘等方式与第一基体10固接或与第一基体10一体成型。
锁固件15为一螺钉,其可从上述第一基体10的配合部102的外表面穿入,螺钉头151相应容置于配合部102外表面上的凹槽121内,螺纹部152可与转轴13的螺纹孔131配合。可以理解,锁固件15还可以为其他至少部分设有螺纹的元件,如至少部分设有螺纹的螺杆。该锁固件15可采用焊接、铆接、胶粘等方式与第一基体10固接。
所述调节件16为一大体为六棱柱状的螺母,其中心开设有螺纹孔161。可以理解,调节件16还可以为中心开设有螺纹孔161的其他元件,如中心开设有螺纹孔161的垫圈。
所述弹性组件18包括至少一对弹片181,该一对弹片181大体为中心开孔的圆形碟状片,即其中心部分沿其轴线方向朝一侧凸出,且具有弹性。一对弹片181背向设置,即两个弹片181的凸出部分靠设在一起,从而提供一个轴向力。
可以理解,该一对弹片181也可相向设置,该弹性组件18还可以为一个弹簧,或一个弹簧与至少一对弹片181的组合。
请参见图3,装配时,转轴13一端固设于第一基体10的基部101内表面的安装座112内,转轴13另一端穿设于第二基体20的轴承部21的轴孔212内,转轴13的止环135相应容置于轴承部21一侧的摩擦槽211内,锁固件15从第一基体10的配合部102的外表面穿入,旋上调节件16及将弹性组件18套设于锁固件15的螺纹部152上,再将锁固件15的螺纹部152的端部旋入转轴13的螺纹孔131内,弹性组件18相应容置于轴承部21另一侧的摩擦槽211内,与此同时,基部101与配合部102卡合为一体。装配完毕后,转轴13与锁固件15均相对于第一基体固定,第二基体20可绕转轴13旋转且可稳定定位,调节件16可在锁固件15的螺纹部152上旋转,从而推动弹性组件18在锁固件15上滑动。
可以理解,该弹形组件18亦可设置于第二基体20与止环135之间。
工作时,第二基体20绕转轴13旋转,通过第二基体20的轴承部21一侧的摩擦槽211与弹性组件18之间的摩擦配合,以及第二基体20的轴承部21另一侧的摩擦槽211与转轴13的止环135之间的摩擦配合,可以使第二基体20稳定定位。当第二基体20与玩具的活动部件相连接时,便可以通过第二基体20的转动展现玩具的不同姿态,且可以通过第二基体20的定位效果对玩具进行稳定的造型。
同时,旋转调节件16,当调节件16沿靠近止环135的方向移动时,可将弹性组件18压紧并锁固,使弹性组件18产生的轴向力变大,从而使第二基体20旋转时的摩擦力矩增大;相反,当调节件16沿远离止环135的方向移动时,可将弹性组件18的压紧力释放,使弹性组件18产生的轴向力变小,从而使第二基体20旋转时的摩擦力矩减小,故通过调节件16可以调节第二基体20旋转时的摩擦力矩以使其便于操作及保持稳定造型。
请参见图4,本发明较佳实施例二的关节与较佳实施例一的关节基本相同,其不同之处在于:较佳实施例二的关节在第二基体40的轴承部41与转轴23相配合的一侧增设一摩擦垫片19,该摩擦垫片19为中心开有圆形通孔的环片,其可套设于转轴23上并与止环235接触相邻。增设该摩擦垫片19可防止止环235磨损,从而延长关节的使用寿命。
请参见图5,本发明较佳实施例三的关节与较佳实施例一的关节基本相同,其不同之处在于:较佳实施例三的关节所采用的第一基体50为一U形体,U形体50一侧开设有一通孔152,且该U形体50的外表面于通孔152周缘设置有一凹槽151,用以和锁固件35相配合;U形体50另一侧的内表面固设有一安装座153,该安装座153内表面设置有至少一卡环154,用以固接转轴33。较佳实施例三的关节所采用的第一基体50一体成型,无需由基部与配合部卡合而成,可节省制造成本,且装配也更为简便。
可以理解,第一基体的形状不限于上述较佳实施例所揭示的形状,可根据需要设计为各种不同形状,如设计为机器人肢体的形状等。同时,第一基体和第二基体均可以与玩具的固定部件或活动部件连接,其中第二基体可与玩具的固定部件或活动部件固定连接,也可以与玩具的固定部件或活动部件旋转连接。
可以理解,本发明所提供的关节还可以应用于玩具以外的其他领域,用以连接固定元件与活动元件。
Claims (10)
- 【权利要求1】一种关节,包括第一基体、第二基体、一转轴及一锁固件,第一基体与第二基体通过转轴转动连接,转轴穿设于第二基体并与第一基体固接且转轴位于第二基体一侧设有一止环,锁固件自第二基体另一侧与转轴锁合,其特征在于:锁固件至少部分设有螺纹,该关节还包括螺设于锁固件上的一调节件和套设于锁固件上位于止环与调节件之间的一弹性组件,通过调节件调节其与止环之间的距离而调控第一基体与第二基体之间的转动力矩。
- 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的关节,其特征在于:该第一基体由基部及配合部卡合而成,该基部内表面固设有一安装座用以固接转轴。
- 【权利要求3】如权利要求2所述的关节,其特征在于:该安装座内表面设有至少一卡环,该转轴邻近端部环设有与上述安装座内表面的卡环相对应的卡槽,该卡环与该卡槽相互嵌设。
- 【权利要求4】如权利要求1所述的关节,其特征在于:该第二基体一端为轴承部,该轴承部中心开设有一用于穿设上述转轴的轴孔;该第二基体另一端为开设有至少一环形槽的装配端。
- 【权利要求5】如权利要求4所述的关节,其特征在于:该轴承部开设轴孔的相对两侧进一步开设有一摩擦槽。
- 【权利要求6】如权利要求5所述的关节,其特征在于:该止环相应容置于上述轴承部一侧的摩擦槽内,该弹性组件相应容置于上述轴承部另一侧的摩擦槽内。
- 【权利要求7】如权利要求1所述的关节,其特征在于:该弹性组件包括至少一对弹片。
- 【权利要求8】如权利要求7所述的关节,其特征在于:所述弹片大体为中心开孔的圆形碟状片,每一对弹片分别相邻、背向设置。
- 【权利要求9】如权利要求1所述的关节,其特征在于:该关节进一步包括一摩擦垫片,其套设于上述转轴上,并与止环接触相邻。
- 【权利要求10】如权利要求1所述的关节,其特征在于:该第一基体为一U形体,该U形体一侧的内表面固设有一安装座用以固接转轴。
