Claims (1)
- 权 利 要 求 书7P99071—CN1.一种甲醇裂解气分离制备聚合级低碳烯烃的方法,其特征在于包含 以下步骤:( 1 ) 压缩步骤, 将甲醇裂解气通入压縮系统进行多级压缩;(2) 除杂步骤, 将经步骤(1 ) 压缩的甲醇裂解气通过除杂系统除 去杂质, 得到精制裂解气;(3 ) 吸收分离步骤, 将经步骤 (2)得到的精制裂解气通过吸收分 离系统进行分离, 其中首先通入前脱乙烯塔, 然后再通过进一步吸收分离 得到聚合级乙烯产品和聚合级丙烯产品以及 C4和 C5产品。2.根据权利要求 1 所述的甲醇裂解气分离制备聚合级低碳烯烃的方 法, 其特征在于, 上述步骤 (1)中, 甲醇裂解气经过三级至四级压缩, 压力 达到 1.1 S 2.5 MPaGo3.根据权利要求 1 所述的甲醇裂解气分离制备聚合级低碳烯烃的方 法, 其特征在于, 上述步骤(2) 中的除杂系统包括选自碱洗塔、 除炔器、 除氧器和干燥塔中的一种或多种的组合。4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的甲醇裂解气分离制备聚合级低碳烯烃的方 法, 其特征在于, 经过步骤(2)处理的精制裂解气中 C02浓度小于 lppm 且 /或总炔烃含量小于 5ppm。5.根据权利要求 1 所述的甲醇裂解气分离制备聚合级低碳烯烃的方 法, 其特征在于, 上述步骤(3 )包括: 将经步骤(2)得到的精制裂解气 依次通入前脱乙烯塔、 乙烯吸收塔、脱甲烷塔和乙烯分馏塔, 得到聚合级 乙烯产品和 C4馏分, 和 /或依次通入前脱乙烯塔、 脱乙垸塔、 脱丙烷塔和 丙烯精馏塔, 得到聚合级丙烯产品和 C5产品。6.根据权利要求 5所述的甲醇裂解气分离制备聚合级低碳烯烃的方 法, 其特征在于, 上述步骤(3)包括: 将经步骤(2)得到的精制裂解气 先通入前脱乙烯塔, 前脱乙烯塔顶部组分进入乙烯吸收塔, 乙烯吸收塔顶 部组分进入乙烯回收塔, 乙烯回收塔顶部组分进入 PSA单元以回收其中 的氢气, 乙烯吸收塔底部组分通过脱甲烷塔进一步除去其中的甲垸之后进 入乙烯分馏塔, 从乙烯分馏塔顶部得到聚合级乙烯产品。7.根据权利要求 6所述的甲醇裂解气分离制备聚合级低碳烯烃的方 法, 其特征在于, 上述步骤(3) 中, 从乙烯分馏塔底部得到 C4馏分, 其 中一部分作为 C4产品, 一部分作为热进料返回乙烯吸收塔底部, 另一部 分作为吸收剂进入乙烯回收塔顶部。8.根据权利要求 6所述的甲醇裂解气分离制备聚合级低碳烯烃的方 法, 其特征在于, 上述步骤 (3 ) 中还将来自乙烯回收塔底部的组分同经 步骤(2)得到的精制裂解气通入前脱乙烯塔。9.根据权利要求 6所述的甲醇裂解气分离制备聚合级低碳烯烃的方 法, 其特征在于, 上述步骤 (3 ) 中前脱乙烯塔顶部组分进入乙烯吸收塔 之前先经过冷却, 进入乙烯吸收塔之后用 C4馏分吸收其中的乙烯组分。10.根据权利要求 6所述的甲醇裂解气分离制备聚合级低碳烯烃的方 法, 其特征在于, 上述步骤 (3 ) 中乙烯吸收塔顶部组分进入乙烯回收塔 后, 用冷至 - 60°C〜- 85°C的 C4馏分进一步吸收其中含有的乙烯组分。11.根据权利要求 10所述的甲醇裂解气分离制备聚合级低碳烯烃的 方法, 其特征在于, 上述乙烯回收塔内吸收乙烯组分的 C4馏分通过使乙 烯分馏塔底部得到的 C4馏分中的一部分冷却后进入乙烯回收塔顶部得 到。12.根据权利要求 5所述的甲醇裂解气分离制备聚合级低碳烯烃的方 法, 其特征在于, 上述步骤 (3 )还包括: 将前脱乙烯塔底部组分通入脱 乙烷塔, 脱乙烷塔底部组分进入脱丙烷塔, 脱丙烷塔顶部组分通过丙烯精 馏塔进一步分离得到聚合级丙烯产品。13.根据权利要求 12所述的甲醇裂解气分离制备聚合级低碳烯烃的 方法, 其特征在于, 上述步骤(3) 中使脱丙烷塔底部组分进入脱丁烷塔, 从脱丁烷塔底部得到 C5产品。14.根据权利要求 12所述的甲醇裂解气分离制备聚合级低碳烯烃的 方法, 其特征在于, 上述步骤 (3 ) 中前脱乙烯塔底部组分进入脱乙烷塔 后, 脱乙垸塔塔顶物料经过回收冷却得到乙烷产品。15.根据权利要求 12所述的甲醇裂解气分离制备聚合级低碳烯烃的 方法, 其特征在于, 上述步骤(3)中从丙烯精馏塔底部还得到丙烷产品。16.根据权利要求 13 所述的甲醇裂解气分离制备聚合级低碳烯烃的 方法, 其特征在于, 上述步骤(3 ) 中脱丙烷塔底部组分进入脱丁烷塔后, 将脱丁烷塔顶部的 C4馏分冷却后作为吸收剂通入乙烯吸收塔。17.根据权利要求 1所述的甲醇裂解气分离制备聚合级低碳烯烃的方 法, 其特征在于, 所得聚合级乙烯产品中乙烯体积含量大于 99.95%和 /或 聚合级丙烯产品中丙烯体积含量大于 99.5%。
