Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于封闭容器的帽组件，尤其涉及一种具有储存腔的带整体型工作装置的帽组件，该储存腔用于包含不同于容纳在容器中的主要材料或成分(如水或饮品)的第二材料(如浓缩液或者颗粒)。
这种帽组件常用在不同的工业领域，如医学，药物，化妆品等。
背景技术
通常，当一种饮品需要在一容器内的液体中混合作为添加剂或第二成分的颗粒或者浓缩液，如二氧化碳，维他命粉等，该容器通常需要具有一个用于储存第二成分的独立的腔体。
有5000多种关于在一个容器内混合两种或以上成分的结构的方法，包括美国专利US937049(1909年10月19日提交)。
但是，上述专利中介绍的容器，由于制造方法效率不高，使用不便等原因，并未取得商业成功。
特别的是，还需要对容器和工作工具进行更简单的操作，以使在容器中混合两种或以上成分时，不会发生结构改变或由于打开排放装置时过度用力产生的肘部伤害。
近来，于2002年1月17日提交的专利PCT/EP2002/004523和于2001年1月19日提交的日本专利申请No.2001-00185428提出了另外的结构，但没有获得商业成功。
尤其，上述的日本专利申请中揭露的结构具有一个问题，即，从排放口切掉的片掉入容器中，可能被儿童吞下。
其他用于在容器中单独储存第二成分的结构也具有一个问题，即，该结构不能适用于通常的瓶子的颈部。
发明内容
技术问题
针对上述情况，本发明的一目的在于提供一种具有工作装置的带改善结构的帽组件。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种具有工作装置的帽组件，该工作装置用于同时开启储存腔和容器，以使第二成分能够被排放和混合到容器内的主要成分中，以及混合物能够被从容器中排放出来。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种帽组件，其间工作装置具有用于储存第二成分的储存腔，从而简化结构并改善防漏能力。
技术方案
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供了一种安装在容器颈部的帽组件，用于包含不同于容纳在容器中的成分的成分，该帽组件包括：帽主体和工作装置，该帽主体形成有内部延伸壳，形成有用于储存第二成分的储存腔，且设置在排放有主要成分和第二成分组成的混合物的方向上；该工作装置适用于开启储存腔的下部开口，使内部延伸壳的储存腔中的第二成分在容器中与主要成分混合。
工作装置可设置在排放由主要成分和第二成分组成的混合物的通道的方向上。
在工作装置向上移动时，下部开口可由工作装置的下密封部进行密封和开启，使得第二成分可被排放到容器内的主要成分中。

具体实施方式
以下将参考附图详细地描述本发明。在本发明的以下描述中，相同的元件在不同的图中使用相同的标号进行表示，其中重复的解释将被省略。
如图1所示，根据本发明优选实施例所示的帽组件1，以传统的螺纹接合、咬合或者粘附的方式，可拆卸地装配在譬如饮料瓶的容器100的颈部。
帽组件包括帽主体10和工作装置20。
帽主体10包括嘴部11和具有下落空间13的壳密封部12。
工作装置20包括形成有储存腔22的内部延伸壳21。当工作装置20安装在帽主体的嘴部11时，形成在工作装置20上部的密封部23与嘴部11的内表面接触进行密封。
工作装置20上形成有位于密封部23上方的至少一出口24，其可在工作组件20向上移动时被打开。
当工作装置20向上移动进行使用时，内部延伸壳21从壳密封部12上分离开，从而使第二成分经下落空间13被排放入容器100内，与容器内的主要成分进行混合。
主要成分和第二成分组成的混合物存在于内部延伸壳中。
图2展示了本发明第二实施例，其中，独立的壳密封部12被装配在帽主体上。
图3展示了本发明第三实施例，为了打开工作装置20，工作装置应该被垂直移动，如图1所示；或者工作装置可以像螺纹一样进行垂直移动。
图4展示了本发明第四实施例，其中，帽组件1可被装配到纸制的容器中，或可被贴附到如图5所示的袋状容器中。
图6展示了本发明的另一实施例，其中，壳密封部12首先被预装配到内部延伸壳21上，接着，将预装配的壳密封部装配到帽主体中。
图7展示了本发明的另一实施例，其中，壳密封部12通过储存腔22被装配到内部延伸壳21上。
在图8所示的实施例中，用于排放由主要成分和第二成分组成的混合物的出口形成在上部的中心。
出口由垂直延伸的密封突出部14进行密封，该密封突出部14上形成有缺口15，以避免减少储存腔22的容积。
此外，在腔体的底部形成一端口，便于填充成分，该端口由一独立的插塞件30堵塞。
为了限制工作装置20垂直移动的距离，阻塞件26形成在工作装置20的内表面上，阻塞件16相应地形成在嘴部的外表面上。
图9展示的工作装置20可像螺纹一样被旋转着垂直移动。
工业应用性
由以上描述清晰可见，本发明的帽组件可适用于容纳浓缩液体或颗粒，该浓缩液体或颗粒以一种简单和改良的混合两种不同材料的方法与容器中的水、饮料或其他液体混合，该帽组件有利于不同的产业领域，例如医疗、制药、化妆品等等。
虽然依据本发明的优选实施例已经显示和描述，为本领域技术人员所知的根据本发明等同的修改和改变被认为是属于本发明如同附加的权利要求中所定义的范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种具有整体型工作装置的帽组件，具有用于储存第二成分的储存腔，该帽组件包括：
帽主体和工作装置；
所述帽主体包括嘴部和壳密封部，所述壳密封部具有形成在所述嘴部周围的下落空间；
所述工作装置适用于垂直移动，包括内部延伸壳，所述内部延伸壳形成有用于包含第二成分的储存腔，并且所述工作装置具有至少一出口，所述至少一出口位于形成在工作装置上部的密封部的上方；并且
当包含第二成分的工作装置被装配到帽主体的嘴部时，储存腔被壳密封部密封。
2.如权利要求1所述的帽组件，其中，所述壳密封部单独地装配在所述内部延伸壳上。
3.一种具有整体型工作装置的帽组件，具有用于储存第二成分的储存腔，该帽组件包括：
帽主体和工作装置；
所述帽主体包括嘴部和壳密封部，所述壳密封部具有形成在所述嘴部周围的下落空间；
所述工作装置具有位于帽主体上部的上方的出口，并且所述内部壳形成有延伸的储存腔；
用于阻塞所述出口的密封突出部，所述密封突出部自帽主体的底部纵向延伸；以及
形成在储存腔底部的、利用单独的插塞件堵塞的端口。
