本发明属于金属材料的技术领域,涉及金属材料热压力加工成型工艺,更 具体地说,本发明涉及一种镁合金板材旋压成型工艺。 背景技术
镁合金是密度最小的结构金属材料。它具有优良的传热、导电性能;良好的 电磁屏蔽效果;刚度好,比强度高,减振性优良等特性,是较理想的工业金属 材料。过去镁合金应用仅限于航空航天领域。近来,随着镁合金生产技术的发 展,各种镁合金成型加工方法的发展和完善,使镁合金作为结构材料方面的广 泛应用成为现实,并引起制造业相关人员的极大兴趣。特别是现在大家对"节 能、环保"的高度共识,更扩大了镁合金的应用领域。目前,镁合金在汽车、 电子器件、体育用品、日用品等方面都显示出广阔的应用前景。
在镁合金制造领域,目前使用的成型工艺主要是铸造,如砂型铸造、金属型 铸造、重力铸造、高压铸造(压铸)、低压铸造、半固态铸造等多种方法。其特 点是,把镁合金铸锭加热熔化为液态,并保温一段时间,在一定的温度条件下 用相应的浇注方式把镁合金液注入型腔,冷却成型。铸造法可以生产各种铸件, 范围广。但是,铸造法得到的铸件晶粒粗大、组织疏松、成分偏析严重,易于 产生各种铸造缺陷,如夹渣、气孔等。从而导致铸件性能较差,只适用于性能 要求较低的场合,在高性能领域无法使用。另外,铸造法在生产高精度、高性 能、小制件方面无法满足要求,这与现在的"高性能、轻量化"理念相背离。
为了制作高性能、轻量化部件,塑性加工成型是必须的方法。而镁合金塑性 加工方法较少,板材的加工主要是轧制,成品的加工主要用冲压和锻造。现在 的镁合金冲压和锻造工艺大多处于研究开发阶段,部分产品已经产业化,但加 工产品种类较少,生产工艺还存在较大局限性、稳定性有待进一步提高。由于 镁合金的室温塑性变形能力较差,塑性变形时均在温热状态进行。冲压和锻造 均在相应的模具上进行,模具由凹、凸模两部分组成;为了使镁合金具有较好 的成型工艺性能,冲锻时,镁合金材料均在加热状态下进行;但由于冲锻时作 用力大,作用时间短,在较短时间内完成塑性成型,这样容易出现大量的废品。 为了提高成品率,必须严格控制生产工艺参数,特别是坯料温度、凹凸模温度、 加热保温时间,这样在增加了生产成本的同时,对操作技能要求明显增高,同 时还浪费能源,工作环境也较差。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种镁合金板材旋压成型工艺,其目的是提高 镁合金的机械性能和产品的合格率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
本发明提供的这种镁合金板材旋压成型工艺,是在旋压机上对镁合金板坯 料进行旋压加工,所述的镁合金板坯料通过旋压模具及顶块在旋压机上安装, 用旋压轮对镁合金板坯料进行旋压成型,所述的旋压成型工艺包括下列步骤-
1、 截取坯料:该坯料为镁合金板材,即镁合金板坯料;
2、 加热镁合金板坯料:把该坯料放入加热恒温炉中,加热温度为300〜400 。C,时间为30〜60分钟;
3、 加热模具:对所述的旋压模具和顶块进行加热,使旋压模具和顶块温度
上升到240〜280"C之间;
4、 板坯料装夹:将所述的镁合金板坯料放置于旋压模具上,移动顶块来夹 紧镁合金板坯料,镁合金板坯料被旋压模具和顶块夹紧固定;
5、 旋压成型:启动旋压机,在程序的控制下,所述的旋压模具旋转的同时, 所述的旋压轮靠紧镁合金板坯料并沿着旋压模具的母线方向运动,促使镁合金 板坯料成型为镁合金半成品;
6、 修整边缘:对镁合金半成品的毛边进行修除,使其边缘光整;
7、 后续工:对半成品机械加工和表面处理;
8、 成品。
以上所述的镁合金板坯料1用电加热恒温炉加热并保温;所述的旋压模具2 和顶块3用氧-乙炔焰加热。
以上所述的旋压模具2与镁合金板坯料1的接触部分为圆台形状,其轴线 为回转中心;所述的顶块2为圆柱形状,其轴线为回转中心。
采用上述技术方案,使本发明获得以下的效果:
1、板材成型能力好:本发明利用旋压成型技术,让坯料加热到300〜400 °C,在该温度范围内,镁合金板材具有较好的工艺塑性。另外,本发明的另一 特点是,同时加热模具到240〜28(TC之间;这样,镁合金板材坯料在温热模具 上旋压成型,成型的制品具有光洁表面、优良的组织性能和尺寸精度,大大提 升制品优良率。2、制造工艺快速稳定、生产效率提高:本发明由于对模具和坯 料都加热,从而在坯料进行旋压成型的时,可保持较高的成型终止温度,降低 废品率;另外,由于旋压加工具有加热作用,使得坯料的热量损失少,更有利 于材料成型。旋压是一次性成型加工,具有较高的生产效率。3、毛边废料少: 本发明是以预定体积的板材坯料进行旋压加工,其材料经过计算后而截取,大 大降低了材料的耗用量;而在成型出半成品时,产生的毛边废料少,这样可有
效降低生产成本。4、明显提升制品机械性能:本发明所成型出的制品,具有良
好的机械性能,特别是强度和韧性大大提高,相当适合制作高性能的产品。

下面对照附图,通过对实施例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式如所涉及 的各构件的形状、构造、各部分之间的相互位置及连接关系、各部分的作用及 工作原理、制造工艺及操作使用方法等,作进一步详细的说明,以帮助本领域 的技术人员对本发明的发明构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解。
针对在本说明书的背景技术部分述及的现有技术存在的问题及缺陷,为了更 进一步扩展镁合金的应用空间,特别是在小部件、高性能、高精度方面的应用, 本发明从镁合金板材的材料结构性能分析出发,结合塑性加工方式——旋压工 艺特点,设计了一条合理、可行的加工工艺路线,并且针对此工艺流程进行具 体的实验验证。实验证明,此工艺是合理可行的,且适于批量生产。
如图1表达的本发明的工艺流程框图,本发明为一种镁合金板材旋压成型 工艺,该工艺是在旋压机上对镁合金板坯料1进行旋压加工,所述的镁合金板 坯料1通过旋压模具2及顶块3在旋压机上安装,用旋压轮4对镁合金板坯料1进行旋压成型。
本发明从理论上对镁合金材料组织性能进行了分析,并进一步分析了镁合 金板材的组织性能,再结合旋压成型工艺特点,设计合理的镁合金板材旋压成 型工艺,并且采用实验进行了验证:
塑性是金属材料的重要力学性能指标之一,特别是在对材料进行塑性变形 时。塑性具有结构敏感性,与材料的组织和结构密切相关。要进行材料的塑性 加工,制定合理的塑性加工工艺,必须从材料的组织结构分析出发。
在金属材料中,材料的晶体结构主要有面心立方(fcc)结构,如:铜、y-Fe、 铝等;体心立方(bcc)结构,如:锂、钠、S-Fe、 a-Fe等;密排六方(hcp)结
构,如:钛、锌、镁等。其中,面心立方和体心立方金属具有较多的滑移系和
滑移方向,有较好的塑性变形能力,而在密排六方(hcp)金属晶体中,通常滑
移面为(0001)基面,滑移方向为[1^0],比较稳定;同时密排六方金属中的原
子排列情况还受轴比(二)值的影响,因此,各晶面的面间距及滑移面均与二值
有关。当匸值大于或接近理想密堆积轴比的值1.633时,其最密排面和滑移面为 (0001)基面;而当三值小于1.633时,基面间距縮小,滑移面为柱面(IO!O) 或锥面(1^2)。镁和大部分镁合金具有密排六方结构,二值接近理想密堆积值 1.633,滑移系少。在室温下只有一个滑移面(0001)面,滑移面上有三个密排 方向[H20], [!2i0]和[5110],室温下只有基面上的三个滑移系,所以镁合金室 温塑性较差,延伸率只有4%〜10%,塑性变形困难。这是镁合金塑性加工困难 的本质原因。但是,当温度高于225"C时,镁合金非基面滑移系开动所需的切应 力大大降低,因而很容易激活棱面和锥面滑移,使镁合金呈现明显的延性转变, 塑性显著提高。所以,在温热状态下,镁合金塑性变形较容易。
材料的力学性能是由微观组织特征决定的。变形镁合金板材主要用轧制工艺生产,它的力学性能主要受晶粒度、晶粒尺寸分布、晶粒取向分布的综合影 响。而轧制工艺参数可通过影响镁合金的塑性变形机制及回复和动态再结晶过 程来控制材料的最终组织,并成为决定板材性能的最重要因素。镁合金板材均 用热轧加工生产,经过反复的加热与轧制,最终得到符合要求的板材,在最后 一道工序时,还需对板材进行退火处理。所以板材大多为退火状态。在其他工 艺参数合理的条件下,轧制方式对板材的性能影响很关键,镁合金在轧制过程
中,易于形成(0001)基面织构,成品板材通常具有很强的各向异性;单向轧 制时,板材的横向强度和伸长率明显高于轧制方向。这对旋压加工,特别是旋 压拉深成型极其不利。而采用交叉轧制的方法,即轧制时,每次旋转卯。再进行 轧制。轧向与横向交替变化,使晶粒均匀化和等轴化,大大降低板材的各向异 性,有利于旋压加工。
在材料塑性成型加工工艺中,旋压加工是较传统的加工方式。在旋压加工 过程中,旋轮与板材间的接触是点线接触,旋压力是点接触力;在旋压加工时, 坯料随着模具的旋转作高速圆周运动,并在旋压轮的作用下,坯料由点变形转 向线变形,最终发生面变形;在坯料作面变形的同时,旋轮在横向上随模具外 形弧线作横向运动,使坯料成型为模具形状,达到最终成型目的。另外,在旋 压过程中,由于坯料与旋轮间的摩擦作用,产生大量热量,热量使坯料软化, 进一步为塑性成型提供有利条件。
旋压特点是:旋压成型具有柔性好,成本低廉等优点,适合于加工多种金 属材料,是一种经济、快速成型薄壁回转体零件的方法;旋压成型可大量节省 材料,在某种情况下,材料的节约量高达90%,所需的成型时间短;零件的表 面和内在品质都很好,尺寸精度高;旋压属于局部连续性塑性加工,瞬间的变 形区域小,所需总的变形力较小,加工设备要求简单,模具费用低;变形区域
大部分处于压应力状态,变形条件较好,易于加工形状复杂零件或高强度难变 形材料零件。旋压过程中,材料的变形是局部的,同时变形方向在不断变化, 这样能够明显的改变材料的组织状态,明显细化晶粒,从而使零件具有更高的 力学性能。
基于上述理论分析和实验验证,本发明提供一种镁合金板材旋压成型工艺, 它包括有下列步骤-
1、 截取一坯料:该坯料为具有预定体积的镁合金板材材料,即镁合金坯料 1,如图2、图3所示;
2、 加热坯料:把镁合金坯料1放入加热恒温炉(温度范围100〜1000℃,
炉温到达设定值时自动恒温,精度士10℃中,加热温度为300〜400℃,时间为 30〜60分钟;
3、 加热模具:用氧-乙炔焰对旋压模具2、顶块3进行加热,使旋压模具2 和顶块3温度上升到240〜280℃之间。其中,旋压模具2用普通模具钢制作, 制作完整的模具为轴对称圆台形状,并对镁合金坯料1表面进行抛光处理,镁 合金坯料1起对镁合金坯料1成型的作用;顶块3也用普通模具钢制造,制作 完成的顶块3为圆盘状,顶块3起压紧镁合金坯料1的作用;旋压模具2与顶 块3构成一套固定装置,共同固定加工镁合金坯料1的作用。
4、 坯料装夹:将镁合金坯料1放置于旋压模具2上,移动顶块3来夹紧镁 合金坯料1,镁合金坯料1被旋压模具2和顶块3夹紧固定,镁合金坯料1被固 定在旋压模具2和顶块3之间;
5、 旋压成型:启动旋压机,在程序的控制下,旋压模具2旋转的同时,旋 压轮4靠紧坯料并紧随模具弧线做横向运动,促使镁合金坯料1成型为镁合金
半成品5,如图4所示;
6、 修整边缘:对镁合金半成品5上的毛边6进行修除,如图5所示;
7、 后续加工:对半成品机械加工和表面处理;
8、 成品。
下面结合具体的材料要求提供相应的实施示例:
具体实施方式一:
1、 截取一镁合金坯料l:该镁合金坯料1为变形镁合金板材AZ31B,厚度
3.5mm,根据成型制品的形状大小及其厚度,经过精确计算后,即可得知镁合金 坯料1的体积量。
2、 加热镁合金坯料1:把镁合金坯料1放入加热恒温炉中,设定温度为 310土1(TC,保温时间60分钟,此温度在镁合金具有较好塑性成型性能的温度区 间,保温是为了使材料的温度均匀化。
3、 加热旋压模具2:用氧-乙炔焰旋压模具2和顶块3,温度在240〜28(TC 之间。
4、 镁合金坯料1装夹:将加热镁合金坯料1快速放置于旋压模具2上,保 证装夹位置正确的同时,迅速移动顶块3来夹紧镁合金坯料1,镁合金坯料1被 旋压模具2和顶块3夹紧固定。
5、 旋压成型:启动卧式旋压机,在程序的控制下,旋压模具2旋转的同时, 旋压轮4靠紧坯料并紧随旋压模具弧线做横向运动,促使镁合金坯料1成型为 镁合金半成品5。
6、 修整边缘:镁合金半成品5从旋压模具2上取下后,经过约10分钟自 然冷却,接着对镁合金半成品5上的毛边6进行修除,修除毛边6时可用砂带
机打磨或者车床车削加工。
7、 后续加工:对镁合金半成品5进行表面处理,如:喷漆、电镀、阳极氧 化、微弧氧化等。
8、 成品。
经过上述工艺流程,得到符合要求的镁合金板材旋压制品。 具体实施方式二-
1、 截取一块镁合金坯料l:该镁合金坯料l为变形镁合金板材AZ61A,板 材厚度3.5mm,根据成型制品的形状大小及其厚度,经过精确计算后,即可得 知镁合金坯料1的体积量。
2、 加热镁合金坯料1:把镁合金坯料1放入加热恒温炉中,设定温度为 380±10°C,保温时间35分钟,此温度在镁合金具有较好塑性成型性能的温度区 间,保温是为了使材料的温度均匀化。
3、 加热旋压模具2:用氧-乙炔焰加热旋压模具2和顶块3,温度在240〜 28(TC之间。
4、 坯料1装夹:将加热镁合金坯料1快速放置于旋压模具2上,保证装夹 位置正确的同时,迅速移动顶块3来夹紧镁合金坯料1,镁合金坯料1被旋压模 具2和顶块3夹紧固定。
5、 旋压成型:启动卧式旋压机,在程序的控制下,旋压模具2旋转的同时, 旋压轮4靠紧镁合金坯料1并紧随旋压模具2弧线做横向运动,促使镁合金坯 料1成型为镁合金半成品5。
6、 修整边缘:镁合金半成品5从旋压模具2上取下后,经过约10分钟自 然冷却,接着对镁合金半成品5上的毛边6进行修除,修除毛边6时可用砂带 机打磨或者车床车削加工。
7、 后继加工:对镁合金半成品5进行表面处理,如:喷漆、电镀、阳极氧 化、微弧氧化等。
8、 成品。
经过上述工艺流程,得到符合要求的镁合金板材旋压制品。
以上为本发明镁合金板材旋压成型工艺概述。综上所述,本发明提供的技 术方案与现有技术相比,有着突出的实质性的特点,并在技术上取得明显进步, 在产业上有着推广应用的价值。所以,本发明具有新颖性、创造性和实用性。
上面结合附图对本发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上 述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性 的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在 本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
1.一种镁合金板材旋压成型工艺,是在旋压机上对镁合金板坯料(1)进行旋压加工,所述的镁合金板坯料(1)通过旋压模具(2)及顶块(3)在旋压机上安装,用旋压轮(4)对镁合金板坯料(1)进行旋压成型,其特征在于:所述的旋压成型工艺包括下列步骤:1)、截取坯料:该坯料为镁合金板材,即镁合金板坯料(1);2)、加热镁合金板坯料(1):把该坯料放入加热恒温炉中,加热温度为300~400℃,时间为30~60分钟;3)、加热模具:对所述的旋压模具(2)和顶块(3)进行加热,使旋压模具(2)和顶块(3)温度上升到240~280℃之间;4)、板坯料装夹:将所述的镁合金板坯料(1)放置于旋压模具(2)上,移动顶块(3)来夹紧镁合金板坯料(1),镁合金板坯料(1)被旋压模具(2)和顶块(3)夹紧固定;5)、旋压成型:启动旋压机,在程序的控制下,所述的旋压模具(2)旋转的同时,所述的旋压轮(4)靠紧镁合金板坯料(1)并沿着旋压模具(2)的母线方向运动,促使镁合金板坯料(1)成型为镁合金半成品(5);6)、修整边缘:对镁合金半成品(5)的毛边(6)进行修除,使其边缘光整;7)、后续加工:对半成品机械加工和表面处理;8)、成品。
2、 按照权利要求l所述的镁合金板材旋压成型工艺,其特征在于:所述的 镁合金板坯料(1)用电加热恒温炉加热并保温;所述的旋压模具(2)和顶块(3)用氧-乙炔焰加热。
3、 按照权利要求1所述的镁合金板材旋压成型工艺,其特征在于:所述的旋压模具(2)与镁合金板坯料(1)的接触部分为圆台形状,其轴线为回转中 心;所述的顶块(2)为圆柱形状,其轴线为回转中心。
