2.相关技术概述

[0025]玻璃基体上的氧化钌涂层提供了具有极大的反射太阳能性能的涂布玻璃。这是因为氧化钌展示了对波长大于约650nm的光反射,与SnO2:F的1350nm相比,有效地反射了通过涂布玻璃的NIR能。此外,氧化钌是近红外和可见光谱区的强吸收材料。当太阳反射涂层堆中采用氧化钌时,可获得Tvis(T可见光)68%和Tsol(T太阳光)37%的防阳光性能。

[0027]本发明还可能提供具有本文中讨论的二氧化钌和类钌金属涂层的其它涂层。可将涂层施加到二氧化钌或类钌金属涂层与基体之间,和/或二氧化钌或类钌金属涂层上。可铺在二氧化钌涂层下面的涂层实例可包括但不局限于氧化硅、氧化钛或氧化锡涂层。
[0028]鉴于以上,按照本发明制备的二氧化钌涂层可展示出低电阻率、红外反射和吸收,良好的化学和热稳定性和稳定地形成与介电氧化物的界面连接。本发明的涂层可展示出比相当的氟掺杂氧化锡涂层提高的导电率和优异的防阳光性能。这些氧化钌涂层可以单涂层形式同时获得低辐射和防阳光性能。此外,更薄的所需涂层是环境有利的,且在生产效率上更可取。RuO2涂层体系采用非常低百分比的化学品(例如约0.14%)以得到目标产品所需的薄涂层,这在环境方面都是优选的。
实施例
[0029]以下实施例构成发明人目前认为是实施本发明的最佳模式,仅用于进一步对本发明进行说明,而非对本发明进行限定。
[0030]关于以下表格,就静态涂布机涂层而言:在位于石英管内的碳金属块上通过感应加热源将玻璃加热到所需温度。通过使包含于热不锈钢鼓泡器内的化学品粉升华将钌和氧、氮混合物输送通过热玻璃基体上方。
[0031]就动态涂布机涂层而言:化学品输送类似于静态涂布法。将玻璃基体预热并在涂布机头下方移动,其中将化学品和气体混合物注射到热的移动玻璃上并随后提取。
[0032]就静态涂布机而言,典型条件如下。鼓泡器温度通常为约150-175℃,优选约165℃。N2载体流量通常为约0.2-1.2标准升/分钟(slm),优选约0.5slm,水输送为约0.2-1cc/min,优选约0.4cc/min,O2流量为约1-2slm,优选约2slm,N2平衡流为约3-10slm,优选约5slm。基体通常为约600-625℃,优选约600℃。

Claims (19)
1.一种通过化学气相沉积法在基体上产生二氧化钌涂层或类钌金属涂层的方法,所述方法包括:
提供热玻璃基体,所述基体具有待沉积所述涂层的表面;
将惰性载气、含钌前体和含氧化合物朝向待涂布表面并沿着所述表面;和
使所述含钌前体和含氧化合物在所述玻璃基体表面上或附近反应形成二氧化钌涂层或类钌金属涂层。
2.权利要求1的方法,其中所述惰性载气包括氦和氮气中的至少一种。
3.权利要求1的方法,其中所述含氧化合物为氧气。
4.权利要求1的方法,所述方法还包括提供水蒸气和含钌前体和含氧化合物。
6.权利要求1的方法,其中所述含钌前体选自:羰基钌、二茂钌、三(四甲基庚二酮根)合钌和二(2,2,6,6-四甲基-3,5-庚二酮根)(1,5-环辛二烯)合钌。
7.权利要求6的方法,其中所述含钌前体包含二茂钌。
8.权利要求1的方法,其中所述二氧化钌涂层在约常压下沉积。
9.权利要求1的方法,其中所述二氧化钌涂层在约550℃-约650℃沉积。
10.权利要求7的方法,其中在朝向待涂布表面之前使所述二茂钌在约120-约175℃下升华。
11.权利要求1的方法,其中所述基体包括玻璃。
12.一种通过常压化学气相沉积法在玻璃基体上产生二氧化钌涂层或类钌金属涂层的方法,所述方法包括:
提供热玻璃基体,所述基体具有待沉积所述涂层的表面;
将惰性载气、含钌前体和含氧化合物朝向待涂布表面并沿着所述表面;和
使所述含钌前体和含氧化合物在所述玻璃基体表面上或附近反应形成二氧化钌涂层或类钌金属涂层,
其中所述含钌前体选自:羰基钌、二茂钌、三(四甲基庚二酮根)合钌和二(2,2,6,6-四甲基-3,5-庚二酮根)(1,5-环辛二烯)合钌。
13.一种通过权利要求1的方法制备的涂布制品。
15.权利要求13的涂布制品,其中所述涂层为具有金红石晶体结构的二氧化钌涂层。
16.权利要求13的涂布制品,其中所述二氧化钌或类钌金属涂层的电阻率为约50-约90μΩcm。
17.权利要求13的涂布制品,其中所述涂布玻璃制品为低辐射玻璃。
18.权利要求13的涂布制品,其中所述涂布制品为防阳光玻璃。
19.权利要求13的涂布制品,所述涂布制品除了施加到玻璃基体上的所述二氧化钌或类钌金属涂层外,还包括至少一种其它涂层。
