Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型汽车散热器的水室与主片之连接结构,包括上水室(3)、上主片(4)、下水室(9)和下主片(11),所述上水室(3)下缘向外扩展设置有一圈外包边I(3.1),相应于该圈外包边I,所述上主片(4)的外缘向下竖直设置有一圈内包边I(4.1),所述上水室(3)下缘的外包边I(3.1)紧密包络在所述上主片(4)外缘的一圈内包边I(4.1)外,并用钎焊连接固定;所述下水室(9)上缘向外扩展设置有一圈外包边II(9.1),相应于该圈外包边II,所述下主片(11)的外缘向上竖直设置有一圈内包边II(11.1),所述下水室(9)上缘的外包边II(9.1)紧密包络在所述下主片(11)外缘的一圈内包边II(11.1)外,并用钎焊连接固定。本发明采用此水室内包主片的连接方式,首先在构成上保证了产品的外观是整体结构,使水室与主片之间焊接牢固。

Description

新型汽车散热器的水室与主片之连接结构
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车散热器,尤其是涉及一种新型汽车散热器的水室与主片之连接结构。属汽车部件技术领域。
(二)背景技术
汽车散热器是利用汽车发动机的冷却水进行制热的汽车部件。在结构上分为十大部分:进水管、出水管、加水口、上水室、下水室、主片、扁管、翅片、侧板和安装侧板。在生产工艺上采用钎焊。在生产过程中遇到的最大的难题就是水室与主片之间焊接不牢,密封性不好以至于渗漏报废。
(三)发明内容
发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种能使水室与主片之间焊接牢固的新型汽车散热器的水室与主片之连接结构。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种新型汽车散热器的水室与主片之连接结构,包括上水室、上主片、下水室和下主片,
所述上水室下缘向外扩展设置有一圈外包边I,相应于该圈外包边I,所述上主片的外缘向下竖直设置有一圈内包边I,所述上水室下缘的外包边I紧密包络在所述上主片外缘的一圈内包边I外,并用钎焊连接固定;
所述下水室上缘向外扩展设置有一圈外包边II,相应于该圈外包边II,所述下主片的外缘向上竖直设置有一圈内包边II,所述下水室上缘的外包边II紧密包络在所述下主片外缘的一圈内包边II外,并用钎焊连接固定。
本发明采用此水室内包主片的连接方式,首先在构成上保证了产品的外观是整体结构,以便于更好的进行焊接连接,使水室与主片之间焊接牢固。这种包络焊接技术不仅有效的降低了产品的制造成本,而且产品外观光洁,能一次成型。

(五)具体实施方式
参见图1,本发明涉及的汽车散热器,主要由进水管1、加水口2、上水室3、上主片4、侧板5、安装侧板6、翅片7、扁管8、下水室9、出水口10和下主片11组成。
参见图2,所述上水室3下缘向外扩展设置有一圈外包边I 3.1,相应于该圈外包边I 3.1,所述上主片4的外缘向下竖直设置有一圈内包边I4.1,所述上水室3下缘的外包边I 3.1紧密包络在所述上主片4外缘的一圈内包边I 4.1外,并用钎焊连接固定。如图3。
参见图4,所述下水室9上缘向外扩展设置有一圈外包边II 9.1,相应于该圈外包边II 9.1,所述下主片11的外缘向上竖直设置有一圈内包边II11.1,所述下水室9上缘的外包边II 9.1紧密包络在所述下主片11外缘的一圈内包边II 11.1外,并用钎焊连接固定。如图5。

1、一种新型汽车散热器的水室与主片之连接结构,包括上水室(3)、上主片(4)、下水室(9)和下主片(11),其特征在于:
所述上水室(3)下缘向外扩展设置有一圈外包边I(3.1),相应于该圈外包边I(3.1),所述上主片(4)的外缘向下竖直设置有一圈内包边I(4.1),所述上水室(3)下缘的外包边I(3.1)紧密包络在所述上主片(4)外缘的一圈内包边I(4.1)外,并用钎焊连接固定;
所述下水室(9)上缘向外扩展设置有一圈外包边II(9.1),相应于该圈外包边II(9.1),所述下主片(11)的外缘向上竖直设置有一圈内包边II(11.1),所述下水室(9)上缘的外包边II(9.1)紧密包络在所述下主片(11)外缘的一圈内包边II(11.1)外,并用钎焊连接固定。
